About the role
The Digital Fundraising Manager is a key member of the Philanthropy team, responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising digital fundraising campaigns in the UK and US. This role will drive revenue growth through online channels, including email campaigns, social media, website fundraising, and other digital initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital fundraising tactics, a creative mindset, and the ability to analyse data to make informed decisions.
You’ll report to our Head of Fundraising - setting your strategy, reporting on whether plans and income are on track, and discussing how you’re dealing with any financial shortfalls, with a mindset focused on significantly expanding our unrestricted income streams.
In 2024/25 the Fundraising Team is aiming to raise circa £1.9m – a critical element of Restless Development’s overall income of around £10m, the rest of which primarily comes from institutional funders and trusts/ foundations and is restricted to particular programmatic work.
Key responsibilities
- Digital Fundraising Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital fundraising strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives. Identify key digital fundraising opportunities and implement strategies to optimise online giving.
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns, including crafting compelling content, designing engaging emails, segmenting lists, and conducting A/B testing to increase donor engagement and conversions.
- Social Media Fundraising: Oversee social media fundraising campaigns, leveraging platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to drive donations and supporter engagement.
- Website Fundraising: Manage and improve the online donation process on the organisation's website, ensuring an easy and secure donation experience for supporters.
- Content Development: Collaborate with the Communications team (including a Digital Communications Manager counter-part) to create persuasive fundraising content, such as donation appeals, impact stories, and success narratives to inspire supporters.
- Donor Engagement: Foster relationships with existing donors through personalised online interactions, stewardship emails, and recognition activities.

Job Purpose
We have an opportunity to fill a brand-new role within our charity for our new perinatal project supporting the partners of birthing parents.
We are looking for an outreach worker, to work alongside colleagues in the Perinatal Mental Health Service team at West London NHS Trust to:
- Identify and provide support for adult non-birthing parents, where the birthing parent is open to WLNT PMHS.
- Provide individual assessments, peer support groups and signposting to partners.
- Promote the mental health and well-being of partners/significant others.
- Provide information to partners/significant others on how they can support the mental health and well-being of the birthing parent and other members of their family e.g. other children.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver support to enquirers and manage a caseload of individuals as agreed with the HFEH Mind Service Manager.
- Work with the West London NHS Trust Perinatal Mental Health team to promote the Perinatal Support for Partners service and create marketing materials.
- To manage the service inbox which may contain enquiries from referrers.
- To identify partners of the birthing parents and inform them of the service.
- To conduct assessments with said partners.
- Signpost to other relevant services, taking into account the partners’ holistic needs.
- Develop a resource collecting local referral and signposting opportunities relevant to the service user group.
- Keep up to date about current best practices and legislation within mental health, as well as within the field of perinatal mental health.

More and more people are now borrowing to cover bills and essentials.
Our campaign combines community organising with national level campaigning and advocacy work to bring the voices of those most affected by the debt crisis to the fore in debates on policy solutions. You will use your policy and campaigning expertise to help ensure the people most impacted by problem household debt have a say in influencing the policies that affect them. You will work on issues such as the growth in council tax debt and bailiff use, the huge build up in energy debt as a result of the cost of living crisis and making insolvency policy and practice fairer and more accessible so more people can get out of debt.
You will be a key member of our household debt project team, working alongside the Head of Campaigns, Head of Policy and Advocacy, Digital Campaigner and Lead Organiser.
We are looking for someone with great policy analysis and advocacy skills, a strong campaigning mindset, and a passion for social justice. We are looking for a Project Lead (peer support) who will manage all aspects of a new project, from developing detailed plans and timelines to collaborating with our steering committee to define objectives and success criteria. You’ll take charge of volunteer management, ensuring adherence to policies, leading recruitment and training sessions, and providing ongoing support to our dedicated volunteers. By building strong links with the community and engaging with existing support groups and healthcare professionals, you’ll help to create a robust network for those affected by ovarian cancer. Additionally, you’ll oversee communication strategies, produce high-calibre progress reports, and continuously evaluate the project’s impact. This project is supported by the National Lottery Community Fund
The role is a full time, 35 hours per week, 3 year fixed-term contract position.
We currently offer a hybrid-working model. This means you may usually work from your home or remote location, but are expected to attend meetings and pay for your own travel to the office in Angel, London when required. The Churches Conservation Trust (CCT) has an international award-winning reputation in heritage conservation and regeneration for its own estate. For this reason CCT has been contracted to deliver a programme of work for Historic Chapels Trust (HCT). HCT owns and cares for 20 of the most significant Nonconformist and Catholic chapels no longer in regular use by their congregations, all listed at Grade I and Grade II*. Key to the project is management of the assets, funded by the National Heritage Memorial Fund (NHMF) through their Cultural Assets Fund (CAF).
As a member of CCT’s national Conservation team you will be the main point of contact for all chapel maintenance related issues, liaising closely with contractors, local groups and volunteers. Alongside the Conservation Projects Manager for Chapels you will deliver the maintenance programme, including regulatory and legal compliance, as well as deal with utilities and insurance of chapels. 10 of the chapels are in our North region, 6 in our West region and 4 are in our South East region.
You will have previous experience in the field of historic buildings maintenance, repair or property management. You will be an effective communicator, be able to plan and deliver your own workload and also work as part of a team. As you’ll be working at chapels throughout England it is essential you have a full driving licence.

audiences. Informed by channel and creative expertise, the team are focussed on delivering
practical advice and support to keep children safe.
The Creative team sit within Brand and Content, providing a range of services, advice and
creative expertise for the wider organisation related to campaigns, services, social media,
copywriting, web content, and organic social.
The Creative Team’s focus is to:

• develop, deliver, and optimise content for our audiences across all channels – paid,

Reporting to the Creative Director and supporting the rest of the Creative team,
stakeholders and commissioners, you will ensure our video content is relevant, engaging
and tailored to audience and channel.Job purpose
This role will deliver video content across a variety of briefs, advising and working closely
with teams across the organisation. The postholder will work alongside other creatives
(copy, production, design, organic social, web content) to ensure best-practice video
creative, working to budget and schedule, suitable to channel.
This will involve deploying a combination of hands-on creative skills (shoot / edit / simple
motion graphics) and commissioning external video production.

Main duties and responsibilities
• Creating or commissioning video/animation/gifs/motion graphics in response to a variety
of briefs.
• An understanding of the difference audiences, content and platforms for both the NSPCC
and Childline and ability to work across both
• Collaborating with Brand and Content team and other stakeholders to develop effective
and engaging video content
• Interpreting briefs and requests applying creativity to meet audience and channels

Person specification
• Experience in hands-on creation of video assets, especially for social channels
• Comfortable using the Adobe CC suite (some combination of Premiere, After Effects,
Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar.
• Practical photography and shooting (DSLR / phone / similar) skills preferable.
• Experience working with and commissioning external video production.
• Experience working with budgets and scheduling.
• Ability to translate objectives and audience insight from a brief into strong video content.
• Consistently delivers to high standards with a strong attention to detail whether
responding to reactively or within planned timeframes.
