10 Windsor Walk (10WW) is a Community Interest Company established by local therapists concerned to address the provision of intensive psychological services for those most in need.
We meet the needs of local psychoanalysts, psychotherapists and the local community by providing psychotherapy treatment rooms and space for training and events related to developing psychotherapy services.
More than this, we are a hub where therapists and psychoanalysts can meet, work together and exchange ideas on developing the practice as a whole.
- Affordable treatment: We run low- and no-fee psychotherapy for those in need in the local community, alongside Trainees from the Institute of Psychoanalysis who offer low fee psychoanalysis.
- Community space: We run a weekly therapeutic playgroup for parents and toddlers seeking sanctuary in South London. Other public programmes include a monthly Psychoanalytic Film Club and we are also developing a therapeutic community garden.
- Education centre: We host lectures, seminars, steering groups and specialist training for psychotherapists, psychoanalysts, NHS staff and the general public.
About the role
Weʼre seeking a Development Coordinator with a strong background in successful grant writing and funder relationship management. This role will focus on researching and securing grant funding. Weʼre a small team looking for someone who wants to be a key part of our mission-driven work and play an integral role in helping us grow and make a meaningful impact. You will work remotely and attend regular meetings onsite in addition to delivering occasional events for 10WW supporters. You will sit within the core 10WW team, working with the Centre Manager to align funding efforts with program needs and organisational priorities. We’re looking for a New Business Officer to join our team, to secure new partnerships that will grow income and take us one step closer to a cure.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to cover a period of maternity leave.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Identify and build strategic relationships to generate income from new corporate supporters.
· A focused and strategic approach to identifying, researching, and targeting prospective corporate partners.
· Work closely with Corporate Partnerships Manager (CPM) to deliver our successful new business strategy.
· Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities to include strategic partnerships and charity of the year partnerships.
· Develop engagement plans for prospects, with innovative, commercially minded ideas, to maximise the chances of securing successful partnerships.
· Create innovative and creative applications/proposals for charity of the year and strategic partnerships.
· Actively network with potential corporate partners through warm contacts, events, conferences, and other available media.

· Support the CPM in the development and implementation of the corporate fundraising strategy for ARUK, to increase the team’s income, to ensure that the best use is made of internal and external contacts
Represent the charity professionally in a high-level corporate context.
· Organise and attend networking and cultivation events as required, influencing, and engaging high-level external contacts.
· Deliver high-quality and creative presentations and proposals to help target and engage prospects and convert them into partners.
· Organise tailored face-to-face meeting opportunities to initiate and build relationships.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current ARUK activities, including research being funded, and be an advocate of ARUK at all times.
What we are looking for:
· Corporate fundraising experience, or business development experience in a corporate role.
· Evidence of delivering high-quality and creative presentations and proposals to help target and engage potential partners/clients.
· Experience in creatively building new strategic partnerships/clients from scratch within a fundraising and/or corporate environment.
· Experience in engaging and building relationships with key external stakeholders and decision-makers to deliver positive outcomes.

Additional Information:

The High Value Officer for our Fundraising team will focus and lead on supporting the Trusts and Major Donor teams with postal and electronic mailings; keeping the CRM up to date; supporting the Prospects Research Manager with initial research, identifying new opportunities and sources of funding; streamlining administrative systems and processes; creating purchase orders and invoices; supporting the Special Events Officer with setting up webinars.
This is a great junior role, offering opportunities in several High Value fundraising teams. You will get to use your administrative skills across a range of activities and also develop your research skills when looking at prospects and supporting the Corporate team in their due diligence work.

We are looking for a multi-skilled, energetic and creative communications manager to join our busy London office. The ideal post holder will be able to produce compelling copy, handle media enquiries and shape our social media content. This new role in DARO will lead on providing insight and intelligence utilising reporting tools to guide, influence and drive strategic and operational activity. The Role
As a member of the Fundraising Team, the Database Officer will work within our Data Team to assist in the management and development of the fundraising database, championing it as an asset within the organisation and to promote data-driven decision making. They will use their broad range of technical skills to uphold the highest standards of data integrity whilst constantly looking to improve processes and deliver actionable insights. These insights will enable the fundraising teams to implement audience focused fundraising campaigns that deliver long-term sustainable income, as well as mutually beneficial relationships with our supporters.
We have achieved significant growth over the last five years, largely through individual giving, legacies, major gifts, and some in memoriam giving. We are keen to make a step change in our voluntary income. This is an exciting time of growth and opportunity at TVAA and we are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team. The Children's Society (TCS) has been helping children and young people for over 140 years. Everything we do is to create positive change in young people's lives. Our annual Good Childhood Report has shown that children and young people's wellbeing is declining. It's our organisational goal to reverse this decline by 2030.
The Audience Insight team is a key function to help us on this journey. We help the organisation to understand opportunities to grow support, deepen engagement with existing supporters and optimise our communications and fundraising products. We have an exciting opportunity in our team: we are looking someone exceptional to join as our supporter insight analyst for 12 months, while the permanent post holder goes on maternity leave. In this role, you will be responsible for generating actionable insight into supporter engagement to help us optimise our activities and communications; ensuring that we are talking to our supporters about the things that they're interested in, in the right media and with the right frequency and evaluating responses in order to continually improve and deepen our supporter engagement.
You will become an insight partner for colleagues across the social impact domain and will help to upskill colleagues to become confident data users to help create an insight culture at TCS.
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in an analyst role and be highly technical with strong SQL skills. You will have the curiosity and capability to use the wealth of data TCS has access to, to help us deepen engagement with existing and new supporter audiences. You must be go-getting and proactive, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You will be inquisitive and curious; always interrogating briefs to ensure we are asking the right questions of the data; and using your knowledge of data to go beyond the brief and add extra value.
This role sits within our Enabling Domain and reports into the Senior Supporter Insight Analyst. Our focus is on elevating young people's voices; challenging public perceptions of the challenges young people face; and attracting, retaining, and mobilising support through voice, time, and money.
Essential Skills
-Minimum of 3 years' experience as a data analyst in a commercial or not for profit organisation
-Advanced excel user
-Proficient in using data to effectively tell stories to stakeholders, through clear and informative data visualisations in PowerBi or other dashboard software such as Tableau, as well as through PowerPoint.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders and influence their decision making.
-Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships

Desirable Skills

We are seeking a Project Research Officer to join our small team to work on a new project, which examines the use of data and powers by HMRC in addressing offshore tax compliance.
HOURS: Part time, 2 days per week (15hrs). A flexible working policy is offered, with core working hours of 1000hrs-1500hrs.

WHO ARE WE: TaxWatch is the UK’s only charity dedicated to compliance and sound administration of the law in the field of taxation. We are an investigative think tank which conducts forensic research and analysis on tax compliance, tax policy, and tax law, publishing our research to improve public understanding of these issues. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with the Director and existing Research Analyst to conduct a research project examining the ways in which HMRC addresses offshore compliance, with a focus on its use of information and existing enforcement powers, identifying areas where compliance could be improved.
Develop and undertake the research project within specified timescales, from inception to delivery, in collaboration with the wider TaxWatch team, driving the project forward, providing updates on progress the Director and Trustees. This will involve:
· Identifying key stakeholders relevant to the project, developing and building relationships, conducting interviews, gaining insight from their knowledge and experiences and identifying areas for further investigation.
· Requesting and analysing information from HMRC.
· Analysing both qualitative and quantitative data to identify key findings and making policy and procedural recommendations based on the findings.
· Producing high quality written work, including long form written reports based on the research undertaken.
· Liaising with other organisations, journalists, politicians and government bodies to publicise the findings of the report.
· A limited amount of administrative tasks that support the running of the project including documentation of research findings and tracking Freedom of Information requests on team systems.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
ESSENTIAL:
· Critical thinking and a curious mindset, particularly seeking out and analysing data, from both qualitative and quantitative sources.
· Strong writing capability. TaxWatch is an organisation that places a high priority on concise and effective written style. Research must be clear, accurate and to the point.
· Ability to work remotely while working co-operatively with wider team. Organised and logical in approach.
· Self motivated. Able to successfully manage own time, work, and hit deadlines.
· Comfortable with statistics, and explaining complex issues to non-specialist audiences.
· Confident communicator and able to express their thoughts clearly, representing TaxWatch credibly to external stakeholders.
DESIRABLE
· A good understanding of offshore tax compliance and how HMRC currently addresses it.
· Knowledge of the current legislation pertaining to the taxation of offshore income and gains, and the enforcement powers held by HMRC.
· Recent employment or work experience in HMRC with either Fraud Investigation Service (FIS) or Risk & Intelligence Service (RIS).
