Job description

Research & Impact Analyst

Location: Based in one of our hubs (Ely, Cambridge, Huntingdon, Peterborough) hybrid working available

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum

Full Time (35 hours per week) will consider flexible/part time requests

Purpose of your Job:

Centre 33 is seeking a skilled and passionate Research and Impact Analyst to join our Data & Insights Team. At Centre 33, we understand that robust analysis of our impact is crucial for improving our support to young people, informing strategic decisions, and demonstrating the value of our work. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about using data, evaluation and research to drive positive change and enhance our services.

The Research and Impact Analyst is responsible for exploring and analysing Centre 33’s data and communicating findings to a range of audiences. This work will enable a solid understanding of Centre 33’s impact and will aid strategic thinking, service development, fundraising and our influencing priorities. The Research and Impact Analyst will be comfortable analysing a wide range of quantitative and qualitative data such as demographic information, routine outcome measures, and feedback from young people and staff. The postholder will collaborate closely with service teams, shape and move forward key evaluation projects, and contribute to system-wide initiatives with our partners. The postholder will keep up to date with relevant external research and local/national data and will work on collaborative evaluation projects with external partners, including the Fullscope consortium of local organisations supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation’s effectiveness and the lives of the young people we serve. This is a role with opportunity for learning advanced data skills in Excel and PowerBI with the possibility of progression in the team.

You will work to Centre 33’s values of being young person-led, collaborative, inclusive and striving for excellence. You will also be an exemplar of our relevant policies, compliance, standards and values and to help build a team culture.

This post is subject to a DBS check and references.

Centre 33 strives to be an equal opportunities employer. We welcome discussions about part time and flexible working arrangements.
