As an Educational Partnerships Regional Manager you will be a key contributor to the regional strategy working very much in a one team environment whilst giving you the space to grow and develop your skills. Your role as Educational Partnerships Regional Manager will see you work directly with young people and teachers in schools that take part in Young Enterprise programmes such as company programme, day programmes and digital programmes. You will also oversee regional relationships, at local authority level or equivalent.
The Educational Partnerships Regional Manager role involves being flexible to the needs of the region and your team and to provide regional leadership. Some of the duties include, which is not an exhaustive list.
• Deliver and or support the delivery of Young Enterprise programmes and services in schools, colleges, universities, and youth centres.
• Work as part of the regional team to proactively identify and generate sources of local income to support YE programmes.
• Manage and monitor KPIs and local contracts associated with the above tasks through the regional operations plan set out by the Regional Manager.
• Work with the local YE Volunteer Team (LVT), providing support, direction and opportunities to engage with local activity, which may include fundraising, volunteering on programmes and / or promoting our programmes to new school.
• Work closely with Programmes & Services team to support the development and delivery of our full suite of programmes, while also developing your own knowledge and understanding of our full suite of programmes and services to promote to schools.

Main LGF contact for event sponsors, includes ensuring contractual agreements are met, generally keeping them informed and happy with the partnership.

PR- oversee the activities of our pro bono PR team from an events perspective.

Lead, coach and work closely with the Events and Fundraising Executive to enable them to take on responsibilities for smaller events and manage tasks within the events.

General Event Management - Overseeing the organisation of the event, managing invites and RSVP’s, ticket payments where necessary, event sponsors

Experience, Qualifications and Skills:

At least 2 years of events management experience with a charity or fundraising organisation.

A key role within the charity, the Partnerships Manager is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Director of Business Development and Partnerships to help form strategy and raise funds from a range of income sources such as: corporate partnerships, trusts and foundations and community fundraising.
The successful applicant will have experience in successfully securing, managing and developing partnerships via different avenues, from initial prospect research through to contracting and ongoing management. Job purpose:
The Website Content Manager will lead on the content strategy for our new and improved website - delivering engaging content which inspires our audiences to take action from praying to donating in order for Muslim Hands to continue it’s lifesaving work. The Website Manager will have oversight of all pages, from blogs to appeals, responsible for optimising our each for SEO and CRO.
Main responsibilities:
- Produce and publish new pages from appeals to blogs in line with the organisation’s needs – this includes copywriting and liaising with designers for creative.
- Create and deliver the website content strategy inline with our key fundraising touchpoints – delivering an approach which puts the audience at the centre of our plans.
- Lead on our SEO strategy in partnership with our agency to deliver SEO audits, SEO driven blogs and to improve our overall website ranking.
- Lead on creating and delivering our conversion rate optimisation strategy.
- Deliver a test plan of website content which optimises the user experience.
- Create, update and audit website pages in line with the orgs needs. Including copy, creative, landing pages, functions, journeys in line with our brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the external developers to suggest new features we’d like to test in terms of the site’s functionality.
- Communicate website updates to the wider organisation.
- Lead on reporting for organic search, SEO and CRO metrics on a weekly and monthly basis – sharing with SLT.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to provide optimal user journeys to improve our fundraising and retention efforts.

Person specification:
- A strategic thinker who will problem solve to deliver the website strategy.
- Project and time management skills including ability to implement test strategies.
- Proficient communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile fundraising environment and collaborating across multiple teams with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Detail orientated to provide complete and accurate content, some of which may need regular updating.
- Strong copywriter and storyteller.
- Previous Umbraco experience.
- Experience of SEO and SEM.
- Data driven and comfortable digging into analytics of website metrics.
- Experience working in a fundraising role.
Additional Requirements:
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required for meetings or events.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work outside of normal business hours when necessary:
- Ability to demonstrate current eligibility to work within the United Kingdom
- Must be able to either:
- Provide a valid Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) certificate (issued within the last year) when requested by Muslim Hands; OR
- Undertake to provide full cooperation for Muslim Hands to perform a DBS Check at the required level appropriate for this / similar role.
