We are seeking a Mission Enabler, Regional Mission to work in partnership with key staff across the Movement. They will provide direction and energy to Scripture Union’s Regional Ministry with a focus on establishing and sustaining ministry opportunities. This will require the person to recruit, motivate, train, equip and support a large number of volunteers/Faith Guides, with whom they work in partnership as well as leading by example, through the modelling of excellent mission delivery to children and young people consistent with Scripture Union’s mission. The successful candidate will:

· Identify, recruit and support Faith Guides, volunteers and Local Mission Partners (LMPs) through a range of methods, including electronic, phone and face to face.

· Provide relevant coaching and/or mentoring, equipping and resourcing for Faith Guides, volunteers and LMPs.

· Lead local mission activity within Scripture Union’s mission framework, establishing a clear hand-over process and timetable to local church partners.

· Pioneer new approaches/ideas in line with SU’s strategy that have the potential to be replicated elsewhere and lead to a greater scale and depth of mission activity.

· Support, by promotion or direct involvement,  SU’s wider programme of holidays and missions across England and Wales and, if appropriate, internationally.

· Undertake specific fundraising activities and approaches in line with SU’s fundraising approach.

About the role
We are seeking a Partnership Manager experienced in winning, developing and managing funding relationships (trust and foundations, corporate and paid delivery partnerships). 
Reporting to the Director of Income Generation, HFTF’s Partnership Manager will be an integral part of the Fundraising team responsible for growing and managing our partnerships, driving the charity forward, increasing impact, securing increasing and sustainable funding and engaging increasingly wider and more diverse segments of society, in our work - equipping citizens across the UK with the tools they need to have effective and impactful conversations with their local politicians on climate change and nature.

Combining exceptional fundraising knowledge and an ability to think innovatively and strategically, this role will be essential to establishing new funding from trusts and foundations, corporate and paid delivery partnerships and stewarding these towards longer term support for our vision - that together, communities and politicians secure a healthy planet for all.

Key Opportunities

* Growing our individual giving programme with a particular focus on regular giving, major appeals, capital projects, adopt-an-object, and exploring opportunities through content and gaming.

* Developing and implementing a major donor and mid-level giving programme.

 About the Role

The Development Administrator is a permanent hybrid role with a salary c£25,550. You will play a vital administrative role, supporting the team in a wide range of activities including assisting with detailed prospect research, excellent donor stewardship, and providing essential logistical and administrative support. You will also take a lead coordinating our CRM database (Raiser’s Edge), ensuring accurate fundraising recording and reporting, and supporting the wider team in its use.

Hope House Children’s Hospices have an opportunity for an Area Fundraiser to join our Fundraising Team; the role will be on a hybrid basis with a mix of predominantly working in the community of North Wales, working from home and regular travel to the office in Conwy. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, (although part-time working of 30 hours will be considered). In return, our Area Fundraiser will receive a competitive salary of £26,930 - £33,599 per annum (depending on experience). In addition, Car Allowance of £4,920 per annum.

About the Area Fundraiser role:

Reporting to the Fundraising Team Leader, the Fundraiser is the link between the Hospices and the local community it serves as well as being the face of the charity. As an Area Fundraiser, you will strive to offer the best experience to our supporters.  You will be responsible for event management as well as financial targets set within an agreed expenditure budget, undertaking analytical work to evaluate success of appeals, events and promotions.  These will be delivered through a range of channels, including digital and virtual campaigns, across a variety of fundraising programmes.

As a member of the fundraising team, the Fundraiser will also work closely with the engagement, lottery, communications and donations teams to maximise income generation opportunities.

We are looking for an Area Fundraiser who:

• Proactively raising income from the local community including individuals, friends groups, corporates, community groups and schools.
• Initiating and developing innovative fundraising initiatives and events which capture the imagination of our supporters, adding diversity to community, corporate and individual fundraising.
• Engaging with and establishing new and existing relationships within the local community to encourage ongoing support and funds and increase supporter retention.
• Sharing the incredible stories from our brave children and families.
• The ability to communicate in Welsh would be highly desirable.

The Country Fundraiser will engage with high net worth individuals within Nigeria that are able to contribute towards annual planned funding growth that will be toward vital programmes in Nigeria, they will also collaborate with other fundraising teams in Sightsavers to implement the Global Fundraisings team's plans for Nigeria.

As the ideal candidate you will posses extensive fundraising experience in Nigeria that has involved high level relationships and high net worth individuals. You will have proven success in cultivating new relationships with prospective supporters/clients and maintaining relationships with existing supporters/clients and have a background in fundraising from corporate/foundation fundraising and/or major individual donors and/or significant experience of working at senior level, in a fundraising, marketing or sales capacity.
