As a Regional Partnership Manager, you'll make a mark on our Corporate Partnerships team, winning and creating exciting new partnerships for the British Heart Foundation (BHF).

Working arrangements
Fixed term until April 2025, covering family leave.
This is a home-based role with some travel (approximately 2-3 trips per month) to meet with partners, prospects, and Community Fundraising teams across Scotland, North and North East of England. In addition, there will be occasional travel to Northern Ireland and Wales. You’ll be reimbursed for all reasonable travel expenses.
As this is a regional role and given the current pipeline of opportunities, we are looking for candidates who live in the North East of England or Scotland.
On occasion, you may also be required to work flexibly to support evening and weekend activity. Where this is the case, you will be compensated for this with time off in lieu.
About you
As our perfect candidate, you bring end-to-end experience of identifying a partnership opportunity, taking the prospect through the sales cycle, and securing the corporate partnership. You have demonstrable experience in thinking commercially and winning high value opportunities.
With excellent communication, networking, influencing, and relationship building skills, you have proven experience of working with others to secure significant bids, sharing skills and experiences with those around you.
A results-oriented go-getter, you are always willing to pick up the phone and reach out to cold prospects and have a demonstrable track record of building and writing partnership proposals and delivering presentations to board-level decision makers.
Integral to coming into this role is your experience in winning new business, whether it’s from working for a charity in corporate partnerships or in the private sector in a sales role.
A strategic thinker, you’ll be brimming with innovative and creative ways to win new business. You'll also be confident in presenting to internal and external stakeholders at all levels and have experience of developing CRM/product promotion and sponsorship partnerships.
You can work under your own initiative from a home base while still contributing positively to the regional teams.
It is desirable (although not essential) for you to have a full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we can end it.
We are now recruiting for a new role in the Resources Team, Crisis at Christmas to support with coordinating the material donations needed to set up and run Crisis at Christmas centres and services. Every year, Crisis at Christmas opens its doors to people who need our support, offering warmth, accommodation, healthcare, food, and specialist advice. Last Christmas we worked with over 6,600 people facing homelessness through our day centres and hotels in London, and Crisis Skylight centres across Britain.
Contract: Fixed term contract from 10 September 2024 to 28 February 2025
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week. Core working hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, but due to the nature of the project some weekend and evening work may be required.

About the role
As a Project Coordinator – Resources your role will involve building relationships with current and new corporate donors to ensure we can resource all the required material donations we need to run the Crisis at Christmas centres in London. Gift in kind donations we require range from food and beverages to clothing, hairdressing equipment and minibuses. This is a varied role that involves researching donors, communicating with large corporate companies, managing volunteers, and running community donations.

About the role
Sightsavers Nigeria has an exciting and fulfilling opportunity to join the team as the Country Fundraiser, where you will secure funding from new and existing foundations and corporate partners as well as managing and maintaining donor relationships to achieve annual income targets and deliver significant year-on-year long term growth.

Develop and implement vital operational plans in support of fundraising strategies, including creation of bespoke development plans to engage new prospects, and to encourage growth in income from existing corporate partners and Nigerian foundation portfolios. Identify and research new prospects to introduce into pipeline.
Contract Management and Reporting:
Manage funding contracts and grants for agreed Sightsavers' projects to deliver on internal and external reporting requirements:
Work with the Country Director and Board of Sightsavers Nigeria Foundation on income, key performance indicators, prospecting, and account planning.
Report to donors on project delivery.
Develop communication plans to support corporate funding partnerships.
Market understanding:
Develop and maintain a broad knowledge and understanding of the corporate social responsibility agenda of corporate organisations/partners in Nigeria and advise the country office on potentials areas of collaboration and fundraising.

As the ideal candidate you will posses extensive fundraising experience in Nigeria that has involved high level relationships and high net worth individuals. You will have proven success in cultivating new relationships with prospective supporters/clients and maintaining relationships with existing supporters/clients and have a background in fundraising from corporate/foundation fundraising and/or major individual donors and/or significant experience of working at senior level, in a fundraising, marketing or sales capacity.

About the Role
The Development Administrator is a permanent hybrid role with a salary c£25,550. You will play a vital administrative role, supporting the team in a wide range of activities including assisting with detailed prospect research, excellent donor stewardship, and providing essential logistical and administrative support. Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a leading children charity to recruit for a Community Fundraiser - North Wales and Welsh Boarders in order to support and steward existing volunteer networks, develop new relationships, and establish new fundraising groups in for North Wales and the Welsh Borders.
Whilst the role is primarily home based, there is an expectation for the successful candidate to travel freely across Wales (travel expenses covered), plus occasionally travel to other parts of the country for team meetings, training and to support the wider team.
As a Community Fundraiser you will:

In order to be successful, you must have experienced :
- Experience of success in developing relationships to achieve results within a fundraising or income generating environment.
- Well-developed ability to lead, develop and manage relationships with individuals and organisations both internally and externally to achieve objectives.
- Excellent communication skills to deliver fundraising pitches, ideas, and project updates to a range of audiences in a clear, inspiring, and confident way.

Reporting to the Senior Development Manager (Trusts & Foundations) you will apply for and manage grants whilst also managing the research of new funding opportunities for the team.
