About the role
As the new Community and Events Fundraising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing The Passage's Community Fundraising strategy, designed to inspire and engage both existing and new supporters, ultimately building a stable and sustainable income pipeline.
Main duties
- Help deliver the teams’ existing events and community fundraising products, growing net income and actively seeking new opportunities for expansion.

As our Mass Fundraising Acquisition Marketing Manager (Events) you’ll be part of an in-house team of marketeers responsible for driving mass, new customer acquisition across a portfolio of fundraising products and activities, including events, integrated brand and fundraising campaigns, cash appeals, and regular giving activity.

About you

We are now looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Fundraising to lead the dedicated Fundraising Team at the hospice to ensure financial sustainability of the organisation’s services.
The Role
As the Head of Fundraising, you will be responsible for leading and developing the fundraising department. Duties will include:

Your role
We are seeking a Senior Fundraising Leader to secure funding from diverse sources to support our program and initiatives. The ideal candidate has senior-level fundraising experience at an NGO, organisation, or charity, a strong and established network of executive relationships in major foundations, and a proven track record of identifying and closing deals in the range of 1-5 million USD. The fundraising leader will develop relationships with potential donors, identify fundraising opportunities, and manage the grant application process.

Key Responsibilities
· Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with current and prospective donors, program officers, and key stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact for grant inquiries, reporting, and communications.
· Research: Identify and explore funding opportunities from individuals, corporations, foundations, and other potential donors whose interests align with our programs. Regularly monitor donor databases and other sources for announcements and opportunities.
· Applications & Fundraising Development: Lead the creation of high-quality grant proposals and letters of inquiry in collaboration with program staff, ensuring they are compelling, well-structured, and tailored to donor priorities.
· Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all grants meet donor regulations, reporting requirements, and deadlines. Prepare and submit timely, accurate reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and financial impact.
· Monitoring and Evaluation: Track the success of fundraising efforts, monitor progress toward revenue goals, and use data analysis to identify trends and inform strategy, providing regular updates and insights.
· Events, Networking, and Representation: Organize fundraising events and oversee volunteer and partner teams. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and boost resource mobilization.

About this role:

We are looking for a Fundraising Manager based in or near Kent, to join an incredible mental health charity and lead on the development of fundraising from a range of community groups, events and corporates.
This is a hybrid role with two - three days a week in the Kent office. Part time four days will be considered.

The Role
Reporting into the CEO to lead and deliver fundirasing actvities across the Kent locality.
Lead on fundraising strategy that includes the delivery of existing fundraising activity and develop new initiatives based on insight and evidence.
Lead on the growth and development of new fundraising functions, including, events, community initiatives, online giving, and support Charity of the Year and other giving initiatives from businesses.
Oversee and manage the fundraising budget and have a confident understanding and knowledge of excel.
The Candidate
Experience relationship and stakeholder management experience.
A confident networker, comfortable securing new and managing existing partnerships, individuals and groups encouraging them to raise money.
Be familiar with meeting financial fundraising targets and experience of managing budgets.

Pete’s Dragons is an award-winning charity which provides postvention support to those affected by suicide.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative person that would like to help develop and grow the charity’s fundraising capacity.
The role will involve nuturing relationships with funders & partners, assisting with the logistics of fundraising events, liaison of volunteers, day-to-day running of social media profiles across multiple platforms and providing administration support to funding projects.
