In this role you will work as part of the partnerships team, as well as the wider business development team, to support the delivery of SIA’s corporate fundraising, business membership and trusted partnerships. Working with the partnerships manager, you will deliver corporate fundraising activities to build SIA’s corporate relationships so that they are actively, emotionally and financially invested in our work.

We are looking for an individual who is organised, motivated, and results-oriented, with a passion for developing relationships with corporate supporters. As a key point of contact for the team, you will be a vital link between the partnerships team and internal and external colleagues. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations and efficient management of corporate relationships. You will also contribute towards planning corporate events, conducting research and producing corporate marketing materials.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the first point of contact for corporate enquiries and internal stakeholder, facilitating effective communication and relationship management
• Acting as the primary contact for enquires from business members, with support from the partnerships coordinator.
• Overseeing renewals of SIA’s business membership scheme.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for all corporate supporters using SIA’s CRM system.
• Producing, scheduling and sending regular communications to corporate supporters, including quarterly newsletters and charity wide updates.
• Recording, acknowledging and tracking income from corporate partnerships,
• Managing paperwork for partnerships, business members, and other corporate supporters.

BRIGHT FUTURES UK:

Bright Futures UK is the first and only charity to support young people experiencing long term illness, back into education. Working with young people from the ages of 5-24 who have both long-term physical, chronic and mental health illnesses. We work to create different educational and social programmes of support, including Tutoring, Befriending and Career Mentoring programmes. We work with some of the biggest hospital trusts not only in London but in the UK, including UCLH, Great Ormond Street.

THE JOB:

Join us as a Programme Coordinator and become an integral part of our mission to transform the lives of young people suffering from illness in education. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in the charity sector while contributing to various essential areas of our programme delivery, such as program administration, programme development, assistance with fundraising, partnerships and growth and volunteer coordination. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to swiftly assess and manage referrals which are sent to Bright Futures UK, ensuring no one falls through the cracks and every individual gets the support they need.
• Managing matching administration between young people and volunteers to set them up in their programmes.
• Managing introductions between young people and their volunteers, helping to break the ice and be a friendly face for both parties.
• Support ongoing relationships between volunteers and young people by maintaining frequent communication and gathering feedback ensuring that each program runs productively and positively.
• Assisting where needed on development projects and being creative with resource expansion.
• Helping to support the Workshop Manager where needed in the creation and development of in hospital workshops.
• Monitor and support the creation of new volunteer adverts as needed.
• Assisting and attending events, where you'll have the chance to share our mission first-hand and inspire others to join our cause

To coordinate and grow York Mind’s community and events fundraising income through effective networking, event, and volunteer coordination.

This role sits within our Corporate Wellbeing Service team, where you will mainly work alongside our Head of Corporate Wellbeing Services and Corporate Fundraiser, to generate income for the charity through community engagement and events. You will be responsible for meeting the annual community and events income target. The role will require someone with strong organisational skills, and prior experience as a Fundraiser in another organisation. You will divide your time between developing, planning, and running events, supporting people to raise money on behalf of York Mind, and creating new relationships in the community, such as with schools and sports clubs. We have an annual calendar of both internal and external events, including our annual Mental Elf run, as well as challenges such as the York 10k and Yorkshire Marathon. Your role will be to fill events, and effectively steward and support people to raise as much money as possible through their participation. As part of your role in event coordination, you will be responsible for our fundraising volunteer base, including recruitment and effective utilisation of volunteers at our various events. Flexibility will be key, as some events happen on evenings and weekends. Another important part of this role will be engaging and developing relationships with community supporters. You should have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy getting out and about in the community (eg. sports clubs/community organisations) to grow our supporter base and look after those who we currently work with. Finally, the Corporate Wellbeing Services Team work collaboratively and therefore you should be able to work effectively as part of a team and be willing to support others in their roles to ensure the effective running of the whole department. For example, you may be involved in running campaigns and referring individuals to our training courses. This will require someone who is adaptable and supportive.

About EFA

English for Action provides free, participatory, and empowering English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)  classes for migrants in London. Our classes are spaces to build community and support students to organise collectively around issues like employment and housing rights. Our work currently supports around 400 adult migrants across London. We’ve become a national centre of good practice for a radical participatory approach to ESOL, informed by the work of Paulo Freire, and we share this approach through training, research and partnerships. 

Organisation: We are a staff team of 8 people supported by a larger team of volunteers and 9 trustees. EFA promotes shared leadership and collaboration and we aim for our organisational structure to reflect this. In the last 4 years we’ve transitioned away from having a CEO to an executive team to oversee operations and decision-making. As a charity, ultimate responsibility for, and control of, the organisation lies with the Board of Trustees. 

Fundraising at EFA: We have one permanent fundraiser at EFA, who works two days per week on this area of work. The majority of EFA’s funding comes from charitable trusts and foundations but we are also funded directly by some of our partner institutions to provide courses for their members. We receive some local authority/EU funding as well. We raise additional funds through individual giving, corporate relationships and earned income. We are keen to explore new areas of fundraising and/or develop some of our less well established income streams.

The Daniel Spargo-Mabbs Foundation is a drug and alcohol education charity, founded by Fiona and Tim Spargo-Mabbs in 2014 in response to the death of their 16-year-old son Dan having taken ecstasy. You’ll be responsible for arranging and confirming bookings for Theatre in Education play performances within schools, coordinating DSMF events and working with the existing Bookings Administrator to support our ever-growing delivery of drug education workshops withing schools. A key aspect of your work will be developing effective professional relationships with the theatre companies commissioned to deliver the performances, and with the schools we work with.

This is a new role that will help Young Citizens ensure that our portfolio of long-standing and newly developed educational programmes and events are of the highest quality for schools and young people across the UK.

You will support the coordination team in delivering a series of events throughout the year, including our longest-running programme, the Bar Mock Trial Competition, which involves 22 events over six consecutive weeks in November. We work with schools, venues, and volunteers to provide inspiring learning experiences and programmes for children and young people.

You will contribute directly to our mission by leading the delivery of our school events programme. This includes responsibility for all aspects of event planning, delivery, and management, partner and volunteer development and management, audience development and evaluation, and events budgeting.

Location: Phoenix Youth Centre plus working across locations in East Surrey as necessary.

 To help involve project participants in the co-production of programmes, activities and services

 To be proactive in connecting with other agencies who can provide activities to support Step Forward sessions

 Attending networking events and meetings, online and in-person, to promote Step Forward

 To work collaboratively with Surrey CCGs, GPs, local CYPS and adult mental health teams and other community-based services to provide the most ef fective service for young adults and reach targets set by partners whilst keeping within the YMCA values of service

 To keep accurate records of individual engagement, evidence of change and celebrate progress with participants

 To record and report the appropriate data to ensure the project can be accurately monitored and evaluated

 Where appropriate, to apply safeguarding and child and vulnerable adult protection procedures

 To organise and provide written case studies as evidence of the ef fectiveness of individual interventions and activities

 To work as part of a team and attend team meetings, training events and participate fully in one to one, peer and group supervision

 Support summer activity programmes with partner group WAVES with supervising young people of f -site

 Planning, organising and running summer activities for Step Forward participants (Wellbeing Coordinator – Step Forward, September 2024)

 To take responsibility for Youth Support Workers, volunteers and colleagues volunteering time to the project, taking charge of a staf f rota and ensuring guidelines are in place and updated regularly to ensure best practice

 Outreaching to external volunteer workers and communicating closely with HR

 Any other duties are required to be performed within the grade and renumeration of the role

The Role

Your work will include delivering Ashden’s 2025 awards and collaborating with colleagues to set the process by which the winners will be chosen. You will oversee the communication with finalists, and support panels of expert judges to decide the champions.

You will also collaborate with colleagues to ensure delivery of a high-profile awards ceremony in London next summer. You will support the international award winners as they visit the UK to take part in that event and lead the integration of all the 2025 winners into ongoing projects and programmes. 

Your responsibilities will include development and oversight of the relevant budget. You will report to the Editor.

What you will be doing:

• Working with colleagues on the programme teams to deliver the awards process.
• Overseeing the assessment and judging process; winners liaison; planning for integration into support programmes. 
• Work closely with the fundraising team to ensure the sponsor requirements are met. 
• Management of awards budgets, including contracts with suppliers.
• Generation of insights and data through the awards process to feed into the organisational monitoring, evaluation and learning process.

Islamic Relief UK (IRUK) is actively recruiting for the position of ‘Digital Partnerships Coordinator’ on a full time, permanent basis, to be based from its Waterloo Office, London. The organisation is currently operating to a hybrid working model.

The purpose of the role is to maintain existing and develop new partnerships with social media influencers, and digital publishers, to broaden the reach of Islamic Relief UK’s messaging and campaigns, as part of Islamic Relief UK’s wider influencer programme.

The successful candidate must have:

• Demonstrable experience of implementing digital engagement and social media campaigns to garner support for a cause
