The Senior Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for driving forward CBM UK’s digital fundraising, growing our online presence and directly contributing to the success of our fundraising efforts.
The position holder is the digital fundraising lead responsible for the coordination, development, delivery, and testing of stand-alone digital fundraising projects, and (where appropriate) support and integrate with offline activity and wider fundraising and communications campaigns.
Using technical knowledge and expertise, and working closely alongside colleagues in the fundraising and communications team, in particular the Senior Communications Officer and Marketing Officers, the position holder will lead on all stages of digital fundraising campaigns from conception to implementation and evaluation.
We are looking for someone with knowledge of digital fundraising and experience of developing new and innovative digital campaigns. Candidates should have experience working alongside agencies and freelancers to co-ordinate, review and monitor digital acquisition activity and experience of setting up and sending mass marketing emails.

Job Description
Working as a qualified Teacher within a Study Programme contract, you will deliver Functional Skills maths and English qualifications.
This will be from all Entry levels up to and including level 2, within our college site for students aged 16-18 years.
Main duties include:
- To lead on the production of schemes of work for the service delivery
- To prepare and develop innovative lesson plans, design and deliver group activities
- Deliver training to individual young people and groups following the programme curriculum, setting objectives and targets for achievement
- To diagnose learners literacy, numeracy and ICT needs and requirements by using various teaching aids
- To liaise with relevant team members to ensure learners achieve their targets and progress into appropriate outcomes
- To provide appropriate encouragement, guidance and support to learners to help them progress
- To appropriately manage any behaviour issues that arise

Qualifications
- Professional qualification relevant to area of instruction
- Minimum level 2 maths and English
- A relevant teaching qualification, Cert Ed, PGCE or equivalent to DTTLS.
- Qualified to deliver Functional Skills
Additional information
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum
Hours of work: Full time, 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

This role sits within the Community Education and Training team, working to support our learners to access, complete and progress through our wide range of adult learning provision. The main focus will be on providing additional support for learners who need wrap-around support relating to a range of additional personal and educational needs. This could include welfare, personal and family support and wider mental health and wellbeing support or additional learning needs such as dyslexia, ADHD, literacy support and other needs.
You will work with the team to implement strategies and support plans for individuals to aid learning and enhance educational experience. You will support the team’s administrator to monitor learner’s attendance, contacting them via phone, email or arranging a meeting in person where pastoral support is needed.
You will work with our Adult Safeguarding Lead to support safeguarding cases across our departments, including keeping safeguarding records, making referrals and building a database of local support services available to learners and other service users.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting learners to ensure they have the best opportunity to thrive on their learning journey.
You will also support wider functions in the team such as contributing to the organisation of our termly learners’ forum to celebrate achievement and attending events in the community to publicise our work.
The successful applicant will have experience of working with vulnerable individuals or groups, be committed to safeguarding, have excellent administration skills, be flexible and excited about being at the heart of a busy team and committed to providing an excellent service to High Trees’ users.
