Leading heritage charity, The Landmark Trust is seeking a new member of a successful Development team that raises philanthropic funding in support of our award-winning heritage conservation projects throughout Britain.
Our charity saves historic buildings in danger of being lost forever. We are passionate about heritage conservation, crafts skills, and making precious places available for all to enjoy. You'll be working on a varied and ambitious pipeline of rescue projects which depend on the success of our fundraising - from a WW2 control tower in Hampshire to a 1720s Palladian villa near Edinburgh - and other projects.
You'll be making a difference in a programme of philanthropic giving from trusts, foundations and individuals supporting capital appeals and other areas of Landmark’s work including the island of Lundy. Managing your own portfolio of supporters and prospects you will bring high standards of donor care to grow income and sustain long-term relationships.The role reports to the Development Manager (Major Gifts). Includes trusts prospect identification and research, writing compelling proposals, case studies and updates to demonstrate our impact.

Hours: Full-time
Remuneration: Up to £31,500 GBP gross per annum (dependent on experience)
Duration: Permanent
Location: Based within UK-Med’s two (2) warehouses at Stockport (SK4 and SK8) including occasional visits to UK-Med’s office in Manchester.

Do you have significant experience in warehouse/pharmaceutical supply chain supervision. Can you use your expertise as a Warehouse Supervisor to help UK-Med deliver life-saving medical aid?
UK-Med is a frontline medical aid charity. Born of the NHS, we’ve been working for over 30 years.
As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for all UK-Med’s medical warehouse activities and provide day to day supervision of our medical warehouse Unit 9.
You will oversee the administration and practical control of all systems and procedures to manage pharmacy, medical supplies and equipment whilst ensuring stock is maintained in accordance with MHRA regulations.
With a qualification or equivalent experience in Warehousing/Logistics/Supply Chain, or qualified as a Pharmacy Technician, you will have relevant knowledge in the distribution of medicinal products (WDA/GDP) and awareness of MHRA licencing requirements.
You will have a positive and flexible problem-solving approach and be willing, able and ready to deploy to support all UK-Med programmes and projects.

New Horizon Youth Centre (NHYC) runs London's only youth-specific emergency accommodation project in partnership with Depaul UK. The London Youth Hub, based in Islington, provides emergency accommodation and support to help young people facing rough sleeping to transition into safe, long-term housing and achieve independence. The Services Manager supports the Head of Services in overseeing NHYC’s Youth Hub, managing daily operations, coordinating with Depaul UK to facilitate smooth transitions into long-term housing, and building partnerships with external stakeholders to improve housing pathways. Additionally, the manager leads and develops a team of Assessment and Resettlement Workers, oversees daily work planning and safeguarding, while addressing complex cases and supporting staff in securing project resources. This position contributes to the broader goal of expanding the Youth Hub model across London.

This is an excitign opportunity to lead our Youth Work programme and Day Centre provision at NHYC. This position is a six-month fixed-term contract to cover a staff member going on sabbatical. The contract is planned to run from February-August 2025. We are looking for someone who is able to maintain stable and consistent leadership for the team throughout that period, is a quick learner, and confident overseeing multiple programmes and activities.
