We are looking for a Head of Health & Wellbeing who will be responsible for the strategic development of the Trust’s health and wellbeing provision. Managing and overseeing the delivery and development of existing programmes, as well as staff associated with them.

Your Roles and Responsibilities, but Not Limited To:
- Lead, develop, and support staff you manage by offering advice, guidance and an inclusive working environment.
- Develop a Trust internal wellbeing group in line with the People Strategy to create a positive and supportive working environment.
- To develop and foster positive relationships with key stakeholders and external agencies at a senior level to implement new health and wellbeing initiatives which meet the Trust’s strategic objectives, as well as supporting local health and wellbeing priorities.
- Take responsibility for developing a Health and Wellbeing Strategy to direct the Trust’s health and wellbeing provision.
- Take responsibility for monitoring programme budgets, funding meetings and liaising with partners throughout the lifetime of projects/initiatives, ensuring that the Trust’s obligations detailed in contracts/SLA’s are met.
- Set appropriate budgets and oversee, manage, and monitor these, to ensure the targets are achieved.
- Work with the Community Director and funding officer to identify and submit relevant grants, funding applications, and tenders/bids for commissioned work.
- Secure funding and increase unrestricted income streams to support on-going programme delivery and sustainability of the department.
- Oversee the implementation of a robust, high-quality data capture process to ensure the department can evidence impact and social value of its programmes through a variety of methods such as reports, case studies, testimonies, media articles, and feedback surveys.
You Must Have:
- Significant experience of line managing, leading and developing staff and volunteers creating a strong team culture and inclusive working environment.
- Success in building relationships both internally and externally, working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- Proven experience of working at management / leadership level.
- Experienced in project management, ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams and completing priorities.
- Sound experience of setting and managing budgets.
- Proven track record of securing funding for projects or initiatives including local, regional and national funders through partnership work and / or bid writing.
- Ability to identify trends and analyse data to inform decision making.
- An experience of leading, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) and safeguarding.
- A level 3 (‘A’ Level or equivalent) qualification or higher in a health-related subject, or other relevant subject area.
- A full and valid UK Driving Licence, as well as access to a vehicle for work.

- Ability to work calmly under pressure, meet deadlines and have an attention to detail.

You Ideally Would Have:
- Knowledge and understanding of the health priorities across Hertfordshire and Harrow.
- Experience of putting together service level agreements/contracts for project partners.
- Experience of using IT systems to monitor and evaluate the delivery of services.
- Experience of event management.
- Valid Emergency Aid and Safeguarding children and vulnerable adults’ certificates (or willing to complete these prior to commencing in the role).
- Minimum Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification and GP referral Qualification.
- Educated to Degree Level - Health and Fitness Related.

Job Description
Title: Operations Support Coordinator
Reports to: Senior Operations Administrator
Based: Remotely - however must be willing and able to travel as and when required to meetings and events.
Job Purpose: To maintain a high level of operational support to all areas of the Charity Group
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide operational administrative support within the Charity Group (UK & USA); tasks to include but not limited to updating database with varying records, spreadsheet creation and maintenance, running reports, managing administration projects
· Taking payments over the phone as and when needed
· Administer data received from online forms, calls and emails (follow up as necessary and update Database)
· Grants: undertaking research to identify funding opportunities for the Charity Group, completing associated forms and working with the Senior Operations Administrator to submit applications.
· Adding holidays, absences and meetings to the company diary as required.
· Collate websites update requests and liaise with Communications Team to instigate the changes.
· Assist the Patient Services Team with patient enquiries, answering calls as and when required and taking messages when necessary. Screening and responding as appropriate to incoming emails or calls.
· Administer the charity resource review process for all the resources the Charities publish -set annual or periodic review dates for current titles and engage with HCP’s and other medical professionals on reviews and approvals of new titles and subjects. Work closely with the Patient Services Manager who would manage this project.
· Provide cover for administration and other tasks when staff are on holiday or absent
· Planning, coordinating, attending events/programmes such as World Heart Rhythm Week, Global AF Aware Week, Heart Rhythm Congress, Heart Rhythm Updates, and any other event/programmes or initiatives

Role Summary
The Communications and Fundraising Manager is a critical role within the organisation, working collaboratively with colleagues across Together Women to increase awareness of our work, grow our external communications presence, increase digital engagement and increase public fundraising.
This is an exciting and dynamic role which will balance operational delivery of communications and fundraising activity, with a strategic approach to growing the impact of our communications and funds raised via public donations.
We’re looking for a talented and creative communicator, with previous success in the growth of communications engagement and/or fundraising, and experience implementing strategies and working to targets.
You will have experience creating compelling written, visual and verbal content for a range of audiences, and be confident managing digital channels and platforms.
You will be a positive and effective collaborator, who can build relationships internal and externally, with the skill to spot opportunities and make the most of them.
You will also have experience implementing and adhering to key compliance frameworks, such as UK GDPR, PECR and/or Fundraising Code of Practice, and experience of working with databases or CRM systems.
Key Accountabilities
External communications strategy and planning
- Develop and implement Together Women’s communications strategy to increase awareness of our work and advocate for systemic change for women within the criminal justice system.
- In line with our strategy, ensure the voices, stories and experiences of women we support are at the core of our communications strategy.
- Identify ways we can co-create communications with the women we support
- Set ambitious, achievable targets to drive growth in communications engagement and reach.

Digital communications
- Manage our website and social media channels, ensuring content is updated regularly.
- Lead the redesign of our website, with support from an external agency.
- Increase digital resources available for service users and professionals.
- Generate engaging content across our social channels, and develop channel-specific plans to increase our reach and impact.
- Utilise analytics to report on digital campaigns, track monthly performance across channels, and apply learnings to future activity.

Content creation
- Maintain our collection of brand assets and resources to promote Together Women's work.

Public Fundraising
- Develop and implement a new public fundraising strategy, in collaboration with Centre Managers, Directors and our CEO, with an initial target of £200,000 in the first 2 years, and ambition to significantly increase over the long term.
- Build a pipeline of opportunities, develop pitches and secure new supporters and funds, with a particular focus on Corporate, Grant Funders, Philanthropy and Community supporters.
- Increase Gift in Kind donations to support Centre and Central operations
- Develop and deliver donor stewardship strategies, to engage and retain donors long term.
- Ensure robust fundraising compliance, processes and procedures in place, and ensure regular review of this, including processing, recording and thanking donors
- Work closely with our Data and Impact team, to ensure any fundraising data is processed and stored in line with UK GDPR and Data protection principles.
Internal Communications
- Support delivery of our internal communications strategy in collaboration with Directors and Managers.
- Create and maintain all staff communications on SharePoint.
- Create and distribute regular staff updates, quarterly newsletters and staff surveys.
- Support planning and delivery of key staff events, such as our annual staff away day.
PR and media
- Identify media opportunities, and support Centre teams to generate local media coverage, and identify opportunities for national media coverage.
- Ensure robust processes are in place for securing and recording media permissions.
- Draft press releases as required, and create PR templates.
- Conduct media monitoring, and manage our archive of media coverage.
- Ensure clear processes in place for managing emergency media responses.
- Handle day-to-day, communication queries, internally and externally.
General communications support
- Support the HR team to compose job adverts and identify advertising channels to attract a diverse range of candidates.

About the Role:
As the Educational Partnerships Manager, you will play a vital role in connecting with schools, colleges, and youth clubs across North East London, with a particular focus on those based in the most disadvantaged communities. This is an exciting and vital role within the Education Programme of a leading mental health charity focused on supporting the systems around children and young people. As Local Volunteering Attraction Coordinator, you'll play a key role in promoting volunteering and driving new volunteer applications to support and grow our services. Working flexibly and independently, you'll engage with local communities, build relationships with organisations, and use a range of marketing and outreach activities to encourage people to get involved. You'll need to be adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider team, using technology to stay connected.
You'll develop and implement strategic recruitment plans, using a mix of social media, local media, community events, and partnerships to identify potential volunteers. Representing Guide Dogs at events and fairs, you'll raise awareness of our work and inspire people to take the next step in their volunteering journey. Planning and hosting events will be a key part of the role, ensuring that engagement is maximised, and recruitment targets are met.
Collaboration will be essential as you’ll be working closely with Communications colleagues to ensure best value from advertising partnerships and presence on Guide Dogs’ digital channels. You'll also work with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with local and national volunteer targets, supporting regional campaigns and monitoring performance to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, you'll need experience in volunteer recruitment, community outreach, marketing, or related fields, with a strong ability to engage and inspire others. You'll be confident in delivering marketing campaigns, creating engaging advertising materials, and using data to track and improve recruitment strategies. A degree or formal qualifications in marketing or volunteering would be beneficial, but not essential.
This is a part-time home-based role, working 28 hours per week, with regular travel across Bristol and Somerset and down through Devon & Cornwall. You’ll need to demonstrate a proactive, flexible approach and willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends to attend key events. The closest office is Bristol.
