About the role and the London Adult Service:
The London Adult Service is a transformational service which aims to provide end-to-end support and casework to victims and witnesses of crime in London. The service is funded by the Mayor's Office for Police and Crime (MOPAC) and is a key part of the London criminal justice landscape. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting our external interface with our stakeholders. The role will be home-based, but attendance at our London office may sometimes be required for meetings.
As a Digital Engagement and Partnerships Manager you'll:
- Promote the London adult digital services to encourage referrals into the service.
- Oversee the implementation of key digital initiatives, working with partners to ensure a joined up user journey.
- Work with key stakeholders to encourage feedback and continuous improvement of the service.
- Manage the digital elements of the service ensuring operational teams are provided with assistance, for example with developing webinars and online group activities.
This role takes a matrix approach, reporting to the Head of Digital within the Communications and Digital team and also to staff within the London Adult Service.
We're looking for someone who can:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Has experience developing content for websites, social media and webinars.

The Role
Working as part of the wider Technology department, the Salesforce Data Analyst Manager reports to the Head of Technology and will work closely with the Technical Solutions Specialist and the wider Salesforce project team.
This role is responsible for the quality of data imported and exported from Salesforce and our SQL databases.
The Data Analyst Manager will implement and oversee a data strategy to streamline ETL processes, ensure data quality and produce regular data quality reports. Additionally, they will be responsible for the administering and securing of our SQL server used for data-centric processes. You will be seen as a subject matter expert in their field, providing support across the organisation on a range of key projects.
About You
We’re looking for a hands-on manager, who can get stuck in on the daily tasks and lead a team of data analysts who are tasked with day-to-day operational duties.
You will have:
· Extensive experience of managing and developing a data analyst team
· Proven history of leadership and mentoring
· Proven experience in data management, analysis, reporting and visualisation
· Proven track record of identifying and remediating data inaccuracies to maintain high data quality
· Extensive experience of administering Microsoft SQL, SQL Server
· Strong proficiency in data analysis tools
· Strong experience of Salesforce NPSP administration
· Experience of working in the nonprofit sector is desirable
· Proven experience of collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common data-related goals

Job Summary
We expect this role to focus on developing and maintaining relationships with key funders, stakeholders, institutions and individuals. It will undertake work to secure funding, resources and partnerships for both Shared Assets and the wider land justice movement, and to raise the profile and reputation of Shared Assets.
The role will have responsibility for securing core funding for Shared Assets from trusts, foundations and high net worth individuals, and for supporting colleagues to secure grant and commercial funding for consultancy, research, movement building and communications projects. It will have responsibility for reporting on core grants and providing quality control for colleagues for their bids, tenders and funder reports. As part of this work the role will play a key part in providing intelligence and foresight to contribute to the organisation’s strategy and business planning.
Beyond securing consistent core funding for Shared Assets the role will also work with funders and others to secure longer term resourcing of the wider land movement in order to deliver our collective ambitions for a just and sustainable land system.

Main Responsibilities
Fundraising and resourcing

Develop and maintain relationships with funders to fund work that seeks to support common good land use and to create a more just and sustainable land system.

Main purpose of the role:
As Team Leader you will line manage a team of adult social care Support Workers who support adults with learning disabilities, in a supported Living house.
The Team Leader supports the Registered Care Manager in creating and promoting community and a sense of home, leading the service delivery in line with L’Arche values, traditions and standards, and the requirements of the Care Quality Commission [CQC].
As our Team Leader, you will be responsible for the smooth and safe running of one of our supported living houses. This will include managing and creating the monthly rotas, updating and managing digital care plans and risk assessments, supporting and supervising assistants (including inducting new team members). Also, overseeing reporting such as medication records, health and safety, and quality assurance checks, implementing the planning and undertaking of meaningful activity, taking part in support reviews, ensuring training is relevant and up to date, and working as part of the senior leadership team to maintain a high quality of care.
Essential Criteria
- Experience of leadership in adult social care in a supported living or care home setting;
- A record of accomplishment of effectively leading and managing team performance, such as providing clear objectives, reviewing outcomes, putting in place develpment plans, and taking appropriate action to deal with poor performance;
- Ability to guide, support and teach the essential skills of supporting people with disabilities;
- Supportive of the identity, mission and values of L'Arche and enthusiastic about working within a community organisation rated Outstanding by the CQC;
- Level 3 Health & Social Care Diploma (adult care) or equivalent, or proven ability and equivalent experience combined with willingness to study at this level in accordance with community policy;

For almost 40 years Somerset Environmental Records Centre (SERC) has been the focal organisation for holding data on wildlife sightings, types of habitats and geological information for Somerset.
This is an exciting time for SERC as we drive forward in a mission to have at least 30% of land managed positively for nature by 2030 (30 x 30). We are looking for an experienced and ambitious manager to implement the strategy and grow and manage the SERC Team, whilst positioning SERC as the ‘go to’ ecological data evidence provider for an increasing range of stakeholders in the county.
Job Description – Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Strategy and Business Development:
The SERC Manager will be part of the Operational Management Team of the Somerset Wildlife Trust, supporting the Senior Leadership Team through clear strategy and business development by:
- Developing and overseeing the strategic growth, business planning and operational management of SERC.
- Ensuring SERC is financially sustainable and growing by seeking income generating opportunities to develop SERC business, identifying additional markets and services, and developing and implementing a Business Plan.
- Positioning SERC as the ‘go to’ ecological data evidence provider for the county and leading the marketing and communications to drive this forward.
- Ensuring SERC has capability and resource to achieve commitments through Service Level Agreements, ensuring that SERC is having a positive contribution to planning and policy across the county.
- Overseeing the development and delivery of the Somerset State of Nature Report, ensuring the team can analyse and interpret data to establish trends and identify where action for nature recovery needs to occur as the process for monitoring delivery of the Local Nature Recovery Strategy for Somerset.
Responsibility 1: Data Analysis and Services
Manage a robust data collection and interpretation service by:
- Establishing customer requirements, including researching and monitoring of users’ needs.
- Ensuring high quality information underpins data searches to enable effective planning decisions
- Overseeing the work programmes in data capture, entry, management, analysis, interpretation and dissemination to support evidence driven decision-making.
- Negotiating SLAs with key existing and new service users.
Responsibility 2: SERC Team Management
Achieve the aims of the Business Plan agreed with SERC Executive Group and Somerset Wildlife Trust through:
- Managing the SERC team in the setting of objectives, considering succession, priorities and work programmes to ensure high quality, efficient and timely delivery of projects and services to users.
- Developing and applying Local Records Centre protocols and policies, meeting the requirements of data users and providers, as well as professional codes of conduct and the promotion of national standards, through achieving ALERC accreditation.
- Keeping abreast of and contributing to political and technical developments in biodiversity data management and make presentations of SERC’s work and national policy development to appropriate audiences.
- Receiving and resolving complaints and representations about SERC services from data users and providers.
- Setting and managing budgets, risks and issues.
Responsibility 3: Develop though Advocacy, Influence and Delivery
Be a specialist and nurture strong relationships by:
- Developing excellent relationships with national and local recording communities and support them to contribute high quality useful data that informs an evidence-led strategy to improve Somerset’s natural environment.
- Coordinating the SERC Executive Group to deliver and monitor an effective strategy for the Records Centre that provides usable data for planners, Service Level Agreement holders and working with Somerset Wildlife Trust, in the provision of a conservation strategy for the county.
- Setting data access parameters to secure the SERC business model while making data as open access as possible.
- Developing secure funding and commercial income streams, and manage SERC project-based work, meeting the aims of an agreed Business Plan and Somerset Wildlife Trust’s strategy.
General

About the role
As our Employee Communications and Engagement Lead, you’ll be supporting more than 600 colleagues across England, Scotland, and Wales.

We are a trauma-informed service and have specialist expertise in neuro-diversity and children with special education needs. The well-established team has a strong track record in therapeutic interventions, including music therapy, art therapy and narrative therapy based multi-family groups for younger children who are adopted or with a Special Guardianship Order. We have a purpose built therapy building and have recently built a music studio for our adolescent work. We work within very diverse communities and we consciously challenge ourselves and our practice, seeking at all times to be inclusive and anti-racist. About the role
We are seeking an experienced HCPC qualified Music Therapist to provide leadership, supervision and management of music therapists and other creative therapists in the service. You will carry out therapeutic multi-disciplinary assessments and music therapy interventions with adopted and Special Guardianship Order families. This work involves trauma informed approaches, family work and life story work. The team is led by a Clinical Psychologist and provides creative, relational, and evidence based approaches, collaborating with wider networks and reaching schools and communities to inform child centred and trauma informed practice. The post holder will receive supervision by a highly qualified Music therapist, and be line managed by a Clinical Psychologist. The post offers a unique opportunity to work alongside skilled creative and family therapists. The successful candidate will be experienced at working with managing and supervising therapists, developmental trauma, and child and family work and operates with initiative and responsiveness in a dynamic professional environment. A background in CAMHS and/or a social care services would be desirable, with a good understanding of safeguarding planning and managing highly emotive situations. Experience of running multi-family groups would be an advantage. This role requires a supportive professional, a team player, who enjoys working in a diverse, respectful and challenging team.
