To deliver an effective and friendly local customer facing housing service to residents.
To develop and maintain effective working relationships with Board members, residents and team members and work with council officers and other relevant agencies/services and professionals where required.
Ensuring tenants comply with the terms and conditions of tenancy agreements, particularly as they relate to the payment of rent and former tenant arrears and that leaseholders stay up to date with the payment of service charges. The post holder will have responsibility for the collection of arrears and to ensure arrears are kept to a minimum.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
Tenancy Management
1. To carry out detailed and regular monitoring of individual rent accounts, taking appropriate action as set out in CCRMO’s rent arrears policy and procedures.
2. To use initiative and judgement in considering the most effective and appropriate methods to contact tenants such as by telephone, email and home visits.
3. To provide appropriate advice, support and assistance to tenants, including referrals to appropriate support agencies to assist them sustain their tenancies
4. To deal promptly and effectively with all breaches of tenancies, including Anti-Social Behaviour.
5. Prepare possession applications for court hearings and attend court in support of any legal action.
6. Re-let empty properties in line with council/RMO policy, arrange viewings for prospective tenants & allocate property, minimising void turnaround time and loss of revenue.
7. Undertake 6 week settling-in visits and formally review Introductory and Secure Tenancies at appropriate intervals.
8. To conduct regular tenancy audits to enable CCRMO to confirm tenancy and refer suspicious cases to council to investigate
9. Report on key performance targets for rent collection and arrears, voids lettings and tenancy checks.
Leaseholder Service Charges
10. Ensure leaseholders comply with their lease and arrange approvals required under terms of the lease.
11. To carry out detailed and regular monitoring of all leasehold service charge accounts, taking prompt action to recover any arrears.
12. To provide information on service charge collection and arrears against key performance indicators.
13. To provide information to the Estate Director and the council to assist with identifying items to be re-charged to leaseholders in the annual service charge.
Estate management
14. Assist the Estate Director and Estate Supervisor with monthly estate inspections as required.

Reporting to the Manager OSG, the Administration Officer performs an important supporting role combining various logistics and operational support functions that ensure the CTO’s internal operations are efficient. The Administration Officer will also work closely with the IT Administrator to build a CTO internal administration database that includes relevant data.

To be successful, you will have experience in database management, minute taking and, travel and hotel booking. The post holder needs to have strong IT and database skills, as well as experience in mail merge. An exposure to event management is an asset.

Role Description
The role of Senior Alumni Engagement Coordinator is to develop and maintain effective and long-lasting relationships with SEO alumni, through volunteering initiatives that encourage engagement including- creating volunteering opportunities, communications, events and stewardship. Stakeholder management is key to this role, and as such they need to be adaptable and have proven experience in managing stakeholders and multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and a track record in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders is fundamental to this role.
SEO London Alumni Relations Programme
SEO has a long history with our first alumni cohort graduating from the class of 2001. Our role is the nurture relationships with our vast pool of alumni, through an exciting engagement programme which includes industry networking events, social gatherings, newsletters and communications, volunteering opportunities and access to our talent pool. We create avenues for our alumni to stay connected to SEO as well as the broader network and open doors for them in industry. Creating advocates who would recommend our programmes and support the next generation of under represented students to gain access to sectors which may not be immediately available to them.
Accountabilities
VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT
- Working with the Head of Alumni Relations create our volunteering programme, providing a tangible offer for Alumni to continue to give back as members of our community as well as develop personally.
- Co- create and maintain a Volunteering database which will sit within the CRM and allow us to track, monitor and thank our volunteers accordingly. Helping to provide a better service to our alumni who have chosen to give their time.
- Create innovative ways through robust communication channels to attract volunteers to our roles
- Develop an engagement plan for our alumni, how do we steward our volunteers, do they receive a volunteering newsletter? How do we help them understand the impact they are having?
- Maintain the CRM and update with all active roles and progress
- Provide volunteering insights on a monthly basis to track and monitor the success of our recruitment offer
COMMUNICATIONS
- Alongside the Head of Alumni Relations you will be responsible for managing the creation and delivery of the Monthly newsletter, as an active participant in editorial meetings, you will be responsible for creating content and publishing the monthly newsletter
- As Comms lead for Social media you will be responsible for posting frequently across Linked In and Instagram to build engagement with our audience on these platforms
- You will provide monthly reporting on Newsletter open rates, the success of our comms in engaging our alumni as well as likes/ shares/ comments on social media EVENTS
EVENTS
- Supporting the Head of Alumni Relations in the delivery of monthly events, assisting with promotion as well as representing the team where possible at the events.

- Ensuring the CRM is kept up to date with all alumni data, highlighting any issues or concerns and providing solutions where possible, adhering to GDPR at all times.

In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping and executing Animal Trust's earned media plan. We aim to raise our brand profile nationally with consumers and within the veterinary industry.
As part of a small team, reporting to the Brand Manager, you will primarily deliver activity that generates on-brand coverage across all media in the veterinary industry. We also need to raise consumer awareness via the appropriate media.
You will:
- Manage creative PR activations.

Summary of role
The Community Fundraising Lead will work as part of the Partnerships team. The role will collaborate on the development of the community fundraising strategy and will lead on its implementation. Tempo Time Credits started 15 years ago and is an ambitious movement that empowers, encourages, and engages people from all walks of life, from communities across the UK, to get involved and volunteer. For example, befriending or helping to improve outdoor spaces. Volunteers earn Tempo Time Credits as part of a reward and recognition which can be exchanged for a range of services and activities provided by our local and national partners.
In these challenging times, community support is more crucial than ever. Tempo stands at the forefront having engaged with 40 commissioned programmes, collaborated with 1,500 charities, empowered over 15,000 volunteers, issued over 1 million Time Credits, cultivated 750+ business venues offering rewards, and pioneered the world's first national Time Credit network.
Funded by the Welsh Government the Tempo Time Credits Cymru programme builds Time Credit networks across Wales and empowers communities to support pathways to inclusion and volunteering. As the Tempo Time Credits Cymru Programme and Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating relationships and opportunities in Mid & North Wales.
Key responsibilities:
- Management contracts, staff and resources: You will ensure all programmes are delivered within budget, and you will oversee contracts and reporting, producing convincing reports that show impact and delivery of KPIs.
- Oversight of networks delivery and performance: You will oversee programme planning and network management. You'll map out community groups, service and business partners and set up project activities and events, including training and workshops for network partners and key partner staff.
- Stakeholder relationship management and reporting: You will develop and maintain positive relationships with key funders and stakeholders in the region. You will also oversee reporting on programmes and ensure evaluation data collection and dissemination.
- Development and implementation of local strategic plans: You will oversee implementation of regional plans, including coordination of priorities and allocation of resource.
- Profile raising and sustainability: You will speak at and attend events and meetings with potential funders and explore opportunities for growth/ You'll also oversee contract renewal process including development of sustainability plans or new delivery models and contract signing.
- Innovation, learning & development across the organisation: You will feed into innovation and development work through sharing learning and best practice across the organisation, and supporting development of systems and approaches.
The Programme and Partnership Manager will have proven experience in community development, stakeholder engagement and contract management. They will have a passion for heritage conservation and community development, and will be an inspiring leader, keen to develop their team. You will have strong communication skills, including presentations and report writing, and you will have experience facilitating workshops and training.
You will also have experience working with communities, public and voluntary sectors, the ability to influence others, and have experience designing and implementing new initiatives. Most importantly, the successful candidate will be proactive and passionate about communities and creating positive, lasting change, with an awareness of the voluntary sector and its opportunities and challenges.This role will require flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends when required. It also will involve significant regional travel, with some national travel and overnight stays. You'll need the ability to travel independently. We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and proactive individual to join Young Enterprise as Programme Coordinator until the end of December 2025.
About the role
The Programme Coordinator will primarily be responsible for supporting Money Heroes, our largest primary programme designed to develop the financial capability of children across England and Wales. Money Heroes provides resources, training and mentoring for primary schools, as well as storybooks, games and other materials to supplement learning about money at school and in the home.
The Programme Coordinator will work closely with the Programme Manager and the Money Heroes team to ensure the smooth running of the programme, including coordinating content development and website updates, supporting the delivery of teacher training events, supporting the marketing and promotion of the programme, and supporting ongoing monitoring and evaluation. The role also works more broadly across the whole of the Programmes and Services team to ensure joined-up cohesive support is offered internally and externally to staff, teachers and other educators.
The post holder will be responsible for providing high-level customer service both internally and externally to a variety of people including teachers and other educators and YE staff. This role will also provide ongoing support to ensure we are effectively communicating the aims and objectives of our programmes to external stakeholders through newsletters, social media and email campaigns.

We are seeking an individual with first-rate organisational skills. Someone with experience of programme coordination, or the desire to develop a career in this space, who would like to support the development and delivery of training events and teaching materials.
Reporting to the Programme Manager, this is a role that can grow with the capabilities and interests of the person in post, with opportunities to develop skills in project management, digital development, writing copy and inputting into social media and marketing campaigns. This role provides a real opportunity to help drive YE’s programme offer forward and to ensure that young people across the country have access to vital skills and attributes for future life and work.

We are now looking for a Head of Operations and Service Delivery to help us develop and deliver our core support, information and training services in line with our new three-year strategy. Sense has a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Business Development team as our Partnerships Executive. This is a full time, 12 month fixed term, position working 37.5 hours per week. This role will working flexibly between home and our office in King's Cross, London.
