About the Role
As Product Lead (Content), you’ll play a key role in managing the lifecycle of learning content, from development to implementation. Your work will ensure that content aligns with product strategy, regulatory requirements, and user needs.

Role Summary
The Programme Officer UK will be instrumental in providing administrative support for the successful delivery of our three programme strands across the UK. Reporting to the Joint Head of Programmes (Nations Lead), this role ensures the smooth and efficient running of projects by managing key organisational tasks, providing high quality customer service and supporting specific activities including data driven targeted work. Working closely with Programme Leads, Programme Coordinators and the wider team, the Programme Officer UK will play a vital role in maintaining seamless administration activities, contributing to the successful delivery and impact of our programmes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the delivery of cross-programme activity in all four nations, including training for teachers and careers professionals, workshops, conferences and events.
- Meet regularly with each of the nations’ teams to ensure a joined-up approach and understanding of the place-based programme activity and requirements in each area.
- Oversee and support the management and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM database of the nations’ place-based activity, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
- Assist with data collection and evaluation for reporting to funders by ensuring accurate data input and collection from relevant stakeholders including liaison with the Research and Data Officer.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications (Marcomms) team to assist in promoting the programme across all communication channels, including signups to our training programme for educators, entries to our filmmaking competitions, the Into Film Awards, and bookings for the Into Film Festival, Spring Screenings and other events for our Screen Careers programme.
- Work with Marcomms and Programme Coordinators to run targeted marketing campaigns to increase and drive engagement in our place-based targeted areas across the UK.
- Assist in desk-based research to identify partners and organisations (including schools) to engage underserved and underrepresented young people in our programmes.
- Work with Programme Leads to support the development and delivery of our Youth Advisory Council and Education Ambassador initiatives.
- Undertake additional general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the team including but not limited to booking travel, processing invoices, and ordering materials.
- Represent Into Film at conferences and events as required.

General Responsibilities:

Person Specification:
Minimum Requirements:

Job Summary
The role of the Link Worker is to deliver support sessions, deliver groups and carers' assessments to adult carers who live in Salford. Whether the support sessions be in person, out in the community or via phone or video call – it is the role of the Link Worker to provide meaningful and creative support to carers of all ages and backgrounds using the service.
Job Purpose
The service supports carers of all ages (young carers, young adult carers and adult carers) across Salford through a model of identifying carers, offering support and offering them the appropriate provision. Part of this may be an offer of information, access to groups, or a time-limited session package of support which will sometimes include a carers assessment. The aim of support provided is to enable carers to develop resilience and to also be linked into local community assets, thereby reducing their reliance on other services.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Key duties:
• Provide one to one sessional support with carers aged over 25 – using a casework template. Support sessions can be held in person, virtually or by telephone – based on the carer’s request.
• Deliver Statutory Carers Assessments to carers aged over 18.
• Design and run support groups/ events for carers you support to attend to provide respite and to allow carers to build healthy relationships.
• Attend family core groups where necessary to provide informal advocacy for carers on your caseload.
• Keep an up-to date record of daily support sessions/ meetings.

Our new Director of Operations will be primarily responsible for ensuring our operational delivery pieces of work are delivered to a high standard, to targets and within timescales.
They’ll be responsible for line managing our current service and programme managers, ensuring that service / programme operational plans (including KPIs) and relevant individual staff work plans are in place and being adhered to.

The latest research suggesting that the number of children and young people at risk of hunger has rocketed to 2.7 million* means that one in five children don't have enough to eat. When a child is too hungry to learn, when they’re aching for something to eat, they can’t concentrate. They can’t absorb information. Big feelings and worries can be impossible to control. They fall behind in their studies.
Magic Breakfast provide a nutritious and filling breakfast to over 200,000 children and young people every school day. We work with schools in areas of high disadvantage, helping staff target the children most in need without barrier or stigma. Magic Breakfast are ambitious to grow our impact to remove hunger as a barrier to learning for all children and young people in the UK.
The new UK government’s Children’s Wellbeing Bill outlined in the King’s Speech, includes a requirement for free school breakfast clubs in every English primary school. This is a fantastic start towards ending child morning hunger. Magic Breakfast’s influence will be instrumental to ensuring school breakfasts are introduced in a way that is hunger-focused and barrier free. In 2021, the Scottish Government, pledged a not yet enacted promise to provide breakfast to primary children.
Thousands of secondary school children are at risk of losing their free school breakfasts from September next year. For many of these students, this is their only opportunity to have a nutritious meal before facing a demanding school day, including taking exams.

MAIN PURPOSE OF POST
- To work with the CEO and senior leadership team to create and implement the fundraising and engagement strategy for the organisation.
