About us
Who we are
Hope at Home provides safe homes for survivors of modern slavery by offering a range of innovative accommodation options in collaboration with other organisations.
We believe no survivor of slavery should ever have to sleep on the streets.
Operating a national hosting scheme, we train and support volunteer hosts to welcome a survivor into their homes and we work in partnership with agencies supporting the survivor.
Our 2023-2026 Strategic Plan is ambitious and we welcome those who would like to join us as we ensure safe homes for survivors of slavery.
Our culture and values
We are a small team with a big heart and an even bigger vision!

Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
Hope at Home is committed to inclusive employment practices, and we encourage applications from people who have lived experience of the issues our organisation addresses as well as applicants from diverse backgrounds and ethnicities. There is no requirement to disclose lived experience. We encourage applicants to think creatively about how to demonstrate you meet the requirements of the person specification. We are looking for talented people who align with our values and support our mission – there are no barriers to how you demonstrate this. If invited to interview, all questions will be sent in advance and the interview will be a panel of three.
We are proud to be a member of the Experts by Experience Employment Network (www.ebeemployment.org.uk), which aims to increase representation of people with lived experience in the charitable sector. Please feel free to use information and resources at https://www.ebeemployment.org.uk/ebe which may help in preparing your job application.
