We’re looking for a Senior People Partner to join our busy and supportive People and Culture team. What we want from you

We’re looking for a Senior People Partner who will bring solid experience in HR and recruitment—whether through a CIPD or REC Level 4/5 qualification or equivalent hands-on experience. You’re passionate about people, motivated to make a difference, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

You’ll have in-depth knowledge of current employment legislation and best practice and experienced in building effective relationships with senior leaders, managers and employees, you’ll be skilled at managing complex employee relations cases. You’ll know how to approach people matters with fairness, care, and good judgement and is able to respond constructively to complex situations, supporting fair and balanced outcomes.

You’re someone who builds strong relationships quickly. Whether you’re coaching a manager, advising senior leaders, or supporting a colleague through change, you’re a trusted, approachable presence who communicates clearly and with integrity. Ideally, you’ll also have experience as a line manager.

You’ll have experience supporting recruitment from end to end and analysing recruitment data to spot trends and drive improvements. You’ll also have a good understanding of pay and reward, and how to make sure these approaches are fair, sustainable and aligned with an organisation’s goals.

Key responsibilities of this role will be:

• Providing operational support to Foodbank collection centres in host venues across Lambeth and Croydon

The Project Manager will lead the delivery and development of UR4Driving, overseeing its day-to-day operations, strategic direction, financial management, and team supervision.

St Giles and The Wise Group came together to form a partnership with the aim of supporting the Probation Resettlement reforms by offering a high-quality service underpinned by staff who have lived experience and cultural competency. As a result, we have been awarded contracts to deliver Women’s Services for North Yorkshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, and Durham. The service will provide holistic support to sentenced women in the community and those sentenced and un-sentenced in custodial settings.

About this key role

Our successful candidate will monitor and manage the receipt of referrals from Probation through the Customer Approved System (CAS) ensuring they are successfully assigned to Personal Wellbeing Coaches using the appropriate guidance and process, ensure all inputting is accurate and within agreed timescales, plus provide regular activity reports to the Personal Wellbeing Manager.  You will be the primary point of contact for all enquiries, external and internal to ensure communication channels are clear and effective, while also liaising with external stakeholders (e.g. Prisons), delivery partners, spot purchase providers and other agencies to arrange appointments, referrals, and generally ensure information exchanged is done in a clear, timely and effective manner.

Developing and maintaining an Estates log and diary to ensure the team always have an approved site to meet service users in mandated locations when needed and providing administration for meetings, including bookings, invitations and minute-taking, are also vital duties.

What we are looking for

• Experience of managing a case management system including inputting data and creating reports.
• Experience of working in services providing administrative support in a busy, pressurised environment.
• Experience of working in services which provide support to people who have faced adversity and disadvantage.
• Ability to develop and maintain means by which compliance with policy and procedure can be effectively monitored and reported on including financial expenditure.
• Ability to manage their workload including prioritising tasks and communicating with colleagues where delegation or allocation is required.

About Equal Power Equal Voice

The Equal Power Equal Voice (EPEV) programme provides mentoring, training and peer-networking opportunities to ethnic minority people, LGBTQ+ people, disabled people, women and people with any combination of these identities across Wales. This important and unique programme is delivered in a strong and established partnership with Disability Wales, Ethnic Youth Support Team (EYST), Stonewall Cymru and Women’s Equality Network (WEN) Wales.

The EPEV programme aims to ensure more diverse representation in politics and public life by strengthening the knowledge and skills of those who aspire to be there, while learning from and being supported by those who have achieved positions of power, influence and authority in the face of these challenges.

You will build on the success of the previous EPEV programme cycle, which ran between 2021-2024. They will bring enthusiasm and innovation to ensure the next EPEV programme cycle (2025-2028) is efficient and effective and provides the best possible experience to mentees and mentors, paving a direct route to seeing greater diversity in political and public life in Wales.

The EPEV programme is made possible through funding from the Welsh Government and The National Lottery.

This role is part of a collaborative effort, with Programme Co-ordinators being based at each of the partner organisations.

About the Role:

The Programme Co-ordinator will work alongside similar post-holders at Disability Wales, EYST and Stonewall Cymru, and will support WEN’s Programmes Manager to deliver in partnership the Equal Power Equal Voice programme. You will lead on recruiting and supporting the cohort of approximately 25 pairs of mentees and mentors from your organisation. You will support the Programmes Manager in delivering all events within the programme and will attend events online and in person across Wales, and approximately once a year in London.

With a proven track record of delivering projects, you will be dynamic, organised, a good communicator and able to connect people to help them achieve their goals. You will be extremely motivated, able to work on your own initiative and be ready to join a high-performing yet fun and supportive team who are all committed to equality.

Key Objectives of the Role are:

• Working with your cohort of mentees to enable them to access the learning programme, benefit from the peer–to–peer support group and from the relationship with their mentor.

Main Tasks will include, but not be limited to:

Project Organisation and Delivery

• Supporting the Programmes Manager in setting up all systems and lead the recruitment of mentees and mentors from your organisation’s networks

We're seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to Chair our Independent Advisory Group (IAG) whose role is to provide independent advice to the Travalyst Board and Secretariat on the delivery of Travalyst’s strategy. As Chair, you'll provide independent strategic guidance, critical insights, and expert advice to shape Travalyst’s initiatives and impact. This role requires a commitment of approximately 1-2 days per month over an initial two-year term (with the possibility of renewal).

Your Impact

• Set the IAG’s agenda and priorities, in close collaboration with the Travalyst CEO and Board Chair.

• Chair a minimum of six virtual meetings per year, bringing all IAG Members together to share learning and provide strategic business updates; ensuring that divergent opinions are heard and respected, and that the group forms a collective view when needed.

• Ensure that the IAG’s advice is timely, relevant, and delivered appropriately to the Board and/or Secretariat.

• Attending Travalyst Board meetings to give updates on IAG activities, performance and learnings (likely 1-2 per year).

• Attending Travalyst’s Annual Convening (likely 2 days per year, usually in Europe).

• Regular strategy and operations meetings with the Secretariat and Travalyst COO.

About the IAG

Our IAG is comprised of a global group of some of the world’s leading travel and sustainability experts. The role of the IAG is to provide independent advice to the Travalyst Board and Secretariat on the delivery of Travalyst’s strategy. Its primary remit is the expert review of Travalyst’s product roadmaps, including impact evaluation. In addition, the IAG’s proactive advice is invited on any topic, including Travalyst’s strategy and theory of change.

The IAG currently has six members, appointed as a core group of experts with a systemic view of travel and tourism. We expect this group to grow to 8-10 members during 2025/6, to fill specific gaps in expertise. IAG Members are appointed by the Secretariat, in consultation with the IAG Chair.

Where needed, the IAG may form a task group (including external subject matter experts) with a clear, time-bound remit. External subject matter experts are appointed by the Secretariat, in consultation with the IAG Chair.

The IAG sets its agenda and priorities through close collaboration between the IAG Chair, Travalyst CEO, and Travalyst Board Chair. It is accountable to its Terms of Reference, which are approved by the Board.

Operational support from the Secretariat will include:

• Preparing, supporting and debriefing IAG meetings, and managing records of key advice and decisions.

• Leading recruitment and onboarding of new IAG Members and/or subject matter experts.

• Monitoring IAG governance processes and performance, and making recommendations for improving processes.

Honorarium

The IAG Chair will be offered an annual honorarium, in recognition of the critical role played by the IAG and the time commitment required for full participation and leadership.

Additionally, pre-approved reasonable out-of-pocket expenses can be reimbursed, where required.

Project-Y is a new outworking of our vision where we plan to place youth workers in local churches all over Ireland. We aim to help young people across Ireland have easy access to a Christian faith forming community. Rolling out Project-Y takes significant time and financial investment, especially as we are providing seed funding for placing youth workers, alongside intensive support when they are palced in churches.

This summer we have a unique opportunity to platform the story of Project-Y in the USA. We need someone to take a leading role in the management and delivery of this incredibly exciting fundraising campaign. This will give us access to approximately 73,000 young people and leaders across 900+ individual churches. This is an unprecedented exposure to potential supporters, partners, and donors.

With your skill base and expertise, could you help us to maximise this opportunity?

The Campaign Manager will drive and catalyse the support base required to propel Project-Y forward. We know this opportunity offers a concentrated pipeline to financial sustainability, both in regard to immediate one-off donations, but also longer-term multi-year support.

We have the front facing ask of the campaign in place. However, the missing piece is someone to manage and utilise the best systems and communication techniques to make sure the back-end processing of the campaign is smooth and seemless. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for donor stewardship, supporter segmentation, ongoing communication, optimising databases processes and increasing engagement to ensure the long-term sustainability of the program. 

The Campaign Manager will have excellent expereince in donor management, skilled in automated and relational communications, and ideally is passionate about youth ministry. Someone who understands church partnerships, and excels in campaign management and especially the execution. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage communications for this campaign Develop appropriate donor communication strategy and suitable platform engagement for each of the three calls of action: young people, leaders and churches. 

• Organise segment-based communications to keep supporters and those interested with the campaign informed and engaged.
• Implement a systematic donor stewardship plan, ensuring timely acknowledgment of gifts, personalised appreciation, and impact reporting to reinforce the value of their contributions.
• Gather and share stories of young people, churches, and youth leaders impacted by Project-Y.
• Segment churches into Major, Mid-Level, and General categories based on their giving capacity and engagement level.

Miscellaneous:
