The role:
This is a key role within the Executive Leadership team, with accountability for Finance, Procurement and IT at the Globe. You will work collaboratively with the CEO and Executive leadership team to drive strong business as usual delivery, and provide provide balanced insight to Executive Leadership Team and the Senior Leadership Group so that they can take responsibility for questioning routines and rituals, and for streamlining processes that improve efficiency.
The Finance Director is the lead on the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) and is a key part of other relevant committees. You will also attend and report at Board meetings, developing strong working relationships with Board members, the Artistic Director, Executive Leadership members, members of the Senior Leadership Group (SLG), the Finance and Procurement team, the Globe’s IT contractor, and colleagues throughout the Globe.
The skills:
· Chartered Accountant.
· Extensive Director level business experience in a complex organisation.

The team:
The Finance Department provides timely and accurate financial information to key stakeholders while protecting Shakespeare’s Globe assets and ensures compliance with laws and regulations in relation to financial and taxation matters. Serving as a key partner on topics requiring economic, financial and value for money inputs and expertise, the Finance Department manages Accounting and Financial Reporting, Tax, Banking Relationships, Procurement, Financial Risk Management, Contracts, Management Reporting, and external audit partners

Role Details
We are looking for someone with a passion to improve healthcare for babies born premature or sick, through supporting neonatal units to improve practice with the Bliss Baby Charter.
The Baby Charter is a national accreditation programme being undertaken by most neonatal units in the UK. It aims to improve outcomes for babies born premature or sick by encouraging neonatal healthcare professionals to involve parents in the care of their baby. This is known as Family Integrated Care, or FICare.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
•Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience of communicating with a range stakeholders
•Demonstrable time management and organisational skills, and ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time and prioritise effectively across a busy workload
•A flexible, positive and solution-oriented approach to work

Key Responsibilities
•Support the effective delivery of a programme of development and engagement activities with young people across the #iwill Movement

The Specialist Housing IDVA will work within a dynamic, fast paced team to provide intervention, advocacy and support that empowers women and ensures that the voice of survivors informs every stage of their journey towards improved safety. This is a new and exciting service, and we are looking for someone passionate about ensuring that all survivors of domestic abuse are able to access safe and appropriate accommodation which meets their needs.
To be successful as the Senior Specialist Housing IDVA you will need the below experience and skills:
You will bring solid experience of supporting women who have experienced domestic abuse in all its forms; coming from a sector with transferrable skills or possess a feminist/VAWG higher level qualification.
You will have an excellent understanding of domestic abuse and its effects on survivors and their children, and of best practice within the domestic abuse and housing sectors. You will be skilled in risk management and safety planning, remaining calm in a crisis and in handling sensitive information on a daily basis. The post holder will hold a caseload of survivors and will also be required to support Advance’s duty team on a rota basis which will involve completing intake assessments and providing crisis intervention support.

You will provide inclusive stewardship to networks and communities, acting as a welcoming and supportive point of contact for people living with cancer who are engaged in Macmillan’s work. Working alongside our other Participation and Stewardship Officers and the wider team, you will assist with the design and delivery of participation programmes with a focus on organising high-quality and accessible participation activities. You will deliver a well-administered and responsive participation experience for people living with cancer, ensuring GDPR-compliant data management. You will develop and maintain systems to manage Macmillan's external networks and ensure effective, accessible management of up-to-date documents, resources, tools, and templates for colleagues. You will work the Communities and Participation leadership team to shape and maintain effective team management tools and processes.

Please note: this is a part-time role, working 21 hours across 3 days per week. We are open to a conversation about how you work these hours flexibly, but for this role the post-holder will be required to work Wednesday and/or Thursday as part of their core working days. This will typically involve no more than one evening each quarter and one Saturday each quarter, with each event requiring a few hours of work. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience and creativity to deliver an exciting digital, marketing and communications plan, including
Digital Marketing
Create engaging brand social media content and publishing it across our channels, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
Support services, fundraising and retail marketing on social media, including implementing paid-for advertising.
Create and edit photography and video content for our website and social media channels
Create and send out marketing emails using MailChimp and report on their performance.
Monitor responses on our social media channels, ensuring messages and comments are responded to in a timely manner.
Support our WordPress website, including updating pages and uploading posts and stories, and look for opportunities for search engine optimisation.
Monitor the performance of our WordPress website and ensure that senior managers are alerted to any issues that arise.
Communications
Write case studies, blogs and other written content, working with colleagues across the organisation.
Design posters, flyers, brochures and reports using Canva, ensuring they are within the SCT brand.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential
Digital Marketing
A minimum of two years managing social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linked in.
