PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Responsible for delivering marketing content to promote the mission, vision and values of the charity. Your primary goal will be to increase awareness and engagement with the work the Charity does.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- With support from the Marketing Director, create and deliver content plans for charity fundraising and awareness campaigns.
- Take a lead role in developing a monthly marketing calendar to plan and schedule content in line with the overall Marketing Strategy
- Work directly with young people and through the Charity’s team to tell their stories, working to make this a positive, empowering experience for them.
- Prepare monthly analytics report and adjust marketing plans accordingly in discussion with Marketing Director.
- Write, design and send newsletters for charity stakeholders.
- Write, design and upload blogs posts on the Charity’s website.
- Write, design and schedule social media posts.
- With support from the Marketing Director, make updates and improvements to the Charity’s website.
- Monitor and respond to engagement on social media, maintaining a positive digital community.
- Create press releases as requested and collaborate with PR partners to raise the profile of Caudwell Youth.
- Create designs for the Charity to use across all marketing channels, building strong relationships with all departments.

Located in Tower Hamlets, we welcome people of all ages to our large, friendly community centre in Shoreditch where we offer a wide range of activities promoting wellbeing and social connections. Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support the advocacy e-mail programme by writing, building, and/or sending e-mail marketing broadcasts on behalf of PETA and other PETA entities to increase engagement with or awareness of campaigns
- Maintain and regularly update digital campaign action alerts, which may include updating campaign targets, ensuring the accuracy of the text, and writing campaign updates
- Build and publish action alerts or petitions on PETA’s and other PETA entities’ websites

Possible is a climate action charity working on climate solutions which improve people’s lives, support communities and cut the cost of living, as well as slashing carbon. Our “Where We Live” workstrand creates innovative new ways to improve the roll-out of clean, affordable heat and energy, and to better insulate homes.
We are looking for someone with experience of delivering community energy and/or heat projects. As our new Community Heat and Energy Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering our major new community heat and energy workstrand. You’ll work with expert partners to move forward local renewable energy projects which help power clean heat solutions at three different sites, as well as developing ways to remove barriers to delivering this type of project, such as supplying energy locally and matching supply and demand.
The role will include coordinating and working with key expert partners, including community energy groups and research partners, across the three sites. The design stage of the project is largely complete, but there is still scope for creativity in delivery.
Like all our staff, you will contribute to our anti-oppression work, attend team-wide meetings and training sessions and feed in to the production of organisational strategy. The Role
Reports to: Chief Operations Officer
Role Purpose
The Social Media Officer will play a crucial role in enhancing Dialogue Earth’s digital presence by implementing a dynamic and evolving social media strategy. Working closely with the Social Media Content Creator and international team members, the post-holder will ensure content is disseminated effectively across various platforms, with a strong focus on audience engagement and alignment with audience personas. Overall purpose of role
As the WeProtect Global Alliance Head of Members, you will grow and lead our capability and capacity to harness and grow our global alliance network to guide and drive the implementation of our Strategy and mission targets. This role requires an organised, driven, and people-oriented leader with deep and global connections in the child protection field.
Your team will develop and deliver an elevated approach to managing a diverse community of members, supporting the Alliance maximise our impact on the global stage, support and advise the Management Board, Executive Team, Head of Strategy and Head of Development on the best ways to harness our Alliance community to respond to a rapidly evolving operational landscape and navigate key strategic decisions.
You will also work closely with the Head of Strategy and Head of Development to support the development of new ways of working to understand our collective impact and ensure our secretariat, members and broader organization actively remain relevant and focused on delivering our mission and strategic objectives.
You will grow the capabilities and lead the WeProtect Global Alliance members work, with key accountability for the following outcomes:

Working together: You’ll join an organisation of 23 people in our Central London office from diverse backgrounds, collaborating, building and learning together. We are delivering our multi-year strategic plan to protect democracy and civic spaces from authoritarian technologies, defend people’s dignity as they seek access and protection, challenge companies who profit from exploitation, and hold governments accountable for the extraordinary powers they amass. We engage stakeholders, institutions, and adversaries with tact and persistence. We target systems-level change and establish safeguards for people across the world so that freedom and privacy will be the foundations of tomorrow’s societies.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
What you’ll be doing
The Legal Officer will conduct advocacy to achieve PI’s goals. This will include legal, policy, research, outreach and public engagement initiatives as PI formulates new and creative ways to demand change globally, including working with our partners across the world.
Essentials
Experiences
- Experience working with international human rights standards and/or national rights frameworks, including enforcing them.
- Experience working with data protection regulations, including enforcing them or ensuring organisational compliance.
- Law degree or equivalent postgraduate diploma in any jurisdiction.
- Admitted/qualified to practice in any jurisdiction.
- Experience in a legal role post admission/qualification.
- Understanding of and experience working within a variety of local, national, and international jurisdictions, including those governed by common law or civil law.
- Experience taking creative approaches to novel legal challenges.
- Experience in NGOs/human rights organisations.
- Knowledge of legal issues related to data and privacy, including data protection and surveillance, or the legal concerns raised by techniques such as the use of artificial intelligence, automated decision-making, data brokerage and profiling.
- Experience mitigating legal risks faced by organisations.
- Passion for technology and its interaction with human rights.
- Proven track record of communicating complex issues to diverse audiences.
- Experience in engaging in strategic advocacy regarding conduct of state or non-state actors.
- Experience in designing and delivering learning and education activities and content, i.e. trainings, workshops, etc
Skills
- Ability to work with and manage relationships with partner organisations, coalitions and counsel.
- Proactive and self-motivated, capable of working unsupervised and taking responsibility for managing relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and adversaries.
- Capable to deliver projects, working collaboratively through delegation and coordination, and incorporate critical reflections into future planning.
- Thoughtful interpersonal skills for engaging with colleagues and stakeholders from experientially, demographically, cognitively, and culturally diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrable excellent written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail and audiences.
Desirable experience and skills
- Knowledge of and experience advocating for the protection of social, economic and cultural rights.
- Record of stakeholder engagement, promoting or enabling meaningful participation of communities and civil society in advocacy.
- Deft at speaking publicly, including with the media and at conferences and high-level stakeholder meetings.
- Experience in identifying, researching, monitoring and documenting technologies and technology-related policies and practices of state actors, companies, and other third-parties.
- Willing and able to travel internationally.
- Fluency in a language other than English, with one of the other 5 UN languages (Spanish, French, Russian, Arabic and Chinese) an asset.
