About the role
We are looking for a values-led, senior People professional to provide maternity cover for the role of our Senior People & Culture Manager. The successful postholder will be responsible for providing high quality generalist People & Culture services at SafeLives, in conjunction with a People & Culture Officer. The role will oversee the smooth running of key HR operations and will be instrumental in building a culture amongst our employees that reflects our values through the provision of excellent People support.
As part of a small, ambitious team you will provide a range of comprehensive, and customer orientated human resources services which support the implementation of SafeLives’ People & Culture strategy. You will be the lead operational HR professional, supported by the Director of People and Culture on strategic matters and a full- time People & Culture Officer on transactional matters, and access to external legal and HR consultancy support when needed. There will be a strong focus on supporting the embedding and development of our culture and behaviours; employee engagement; learning and development, and staff well-being across the organisation.
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
Contract: Fixed term, maternity vover for 9 months.
Location: Remote with occasional travel to London and Bristol offices.

We are looking for a Challenge Events Fundraiser to join our national Regional Fundraising Team.

About the role
As a Challenge Events Fundraiser, you will support the Regional Fundraising Team to build a successful programme of challenge events that will raise funds and positively promote the Charity.
This role will focus on a portfolio of mass participation and challenge events, as well as supporting national campaigns and community events delivered by programme scheduling, resource management, event marketing, participant recruitment and stewardship, financial reporting, database management and event evaluation.
You will produce and maintain the events calendar, research and recommend new events and work with our Customer Care team to ensure support materials are provided as appropriate. You will ensure event performance; supporter engagement and income are recorded tracked and fed back to the Fundraising team.
You will ensure events are marketed and celebrated via established charity platforms, and participant numbers and income are increased through promotion to new and previous supporters.
You will support participants through their journey, creating a memorable experience and positive impression of the charity, and will attend some events in person.
Previous experience of event planning, participant recruitment and sponsor stewardship would be an asset to the successful candidate, who will also need experience of working with a CRM database and be competent at interpreting financial information and reports.
This role is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
About you
You will need a good understanding of the events fundraising sector, it’s relevant law, procedures and techniques.
You will be able to demonstrate an ability to research, plan and support a programme of events on a national scale and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines and KPIs agreed with your line manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Quality
· Develop, implement, and manage quality practices that meet the requirements of the license, as well as requirements set by Government (NCSC and DSIT) to ensure that processes and procedures are compliant.
· Manage and improve the quality framework that delivers an excellent standard of assessment, ensuring that the outcomes are exceeded and improving applicants’ experience.
· Take a lead role in developing the Councils approach to understanding and measuring quality and outcomes through the whole professional registration process being administered by licensed bodies. Highlight areas of improvement, identify solutions and put plans in place,

Performance
· Responsible for the performance management of contracts, ensuring internal and external reporting requirements are adhered to, KPI’s are set, managed and continuously reviewed and reported to LT.
· Oversee all renewal and extensions for client contracts, which will include financial and system performance based KPI’s, including the need to be accountable for the accuracy of financial tracking, cost control, overhead management, and invoicing.
· Managing audit requirements in relation to the contracts, including preparing documentation, coordination, addressing findings and maintaining records.
· Working with various internal and external partners to identify and define solutions for complex issues, working with the appropriate stakeholders to design and implement positive outcomes.
· Work with the marketing and comms lead to ensure that Marketing and comms plans meet the requirements of the license, and that the Council strategy is aligned to support.
· Work with the events and membership co-ordinator to highlight opportunities for collaboration with stakeholders and partners that will support Council strategic objectives.

Role description
Malaria No More UK is looking for a highly motivated Advocacy Officer to join our team and help implement our advocacy strategies. Working to support our UK advocacy team, you will help to cultivate a new generation of malaria champions and push malaria up the political agenda. This role will work on increasing our visibility and the resonance of our case with key stakeholders in the UK, including UK parliamentarians. Securing sustained UK support will be vital to global efforts to accelerate progress towards ending malaria for good within a generation. We are looking for a confident communicator with strong project management skills and a good understanding of the workings of the UK parliament.
Key responsibilities
· Providing project management support for a range of projects relating to our UK advocacy.

Purpose of Role
IBP seeks a Director of Fundraising to drive our organization's resource development and financial sustainability. Working at the highest levels of the organization, this leader will develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure multi-year, multi-million-dollar commitments from major international donors. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated success in diversifying revenue streams and building strategic partnerships, along with the ability to both envision ambitious fundraising goals and execute detailed plans to achieve them.
As a key member of the senior team, the Director will provide strategic leadership while managing hands-on fundraising activities, mentor a dedicated fundraising team, and coordinate closely with the Executive Director, Executive Team, Country Directors, Initiative Managers and Advisory Council. They will strengthen IBP's internal fundraising capacity while cultivating external relationships that advance our mission.

Primary Responsibilities
Fundraising Strategy Development and Execution (50%)
- Setting Fundraising Strategy and Vision: Develop and implement a data-driven fundraising strategy aligned with the organization’s broader strategic goals. Set ambitious yet achievable financial targets and ensure alignment across teams.
- Prospecting: Design and execute tailored strategies for identifying, soliciting, and stewarding institutional and individual funders.

Mission Without Borders (MWBI) is an international network of Christians who journey with the poor and marginalized, bringing practical and spiritual support with hope of a better future, enabling and encouraging people to lift themselves out of poverty, always sharing the hope found in Jesus Christ. Mission Without Borders International leads and co-ordinates the work of six countries in Eastern Europe where we conduct our program work and twelve countries where we raise support for these programs and associated MWBI costs. An international executive team (IET) supports this work in terms of program maintenance and development, fundraising, communications, finance, risk management and compliance and it and digital.
Purpose of role
The overarching governing body of the Mission is the Board of Mission Without Borders International. The International Board are seeking a senior International Fundraising Director who will help drive our fundraising strategy by strengthening and diversifying our fundraising sources. The Mission requires an experienced leader with a proven track record in international fundraising who will inspire our international fundraising teams to differentiate and grow income as we enter this new phase of strategic growth.
The International Fundraising Director will provide leadership, oversight and guidance to the Mission’s National Fundraising Directors. They will: implement and manage the diversification of income, including major donor income and field sourced income; work closely with the digital team in fundraising and communication; engage with field countries on beneficiary management and sponsor engagement; lead on impact reporting and work with other members of IET to lead the executive and operational elements of the Mission.

· To provide strategic direction, leadership and drive for fundraising in all new development areas across the Mission. They will have direct responsibility for raising funds at the international level with a specific focus on driving forward major donors, trusts and institutions income as this is currently an underdeveloped source of income for the Mission. Parkinson’s UK works with health and social care professionals to transform Parkinson’s services across the UK.
We do this through the Parkinson’s UK Excellence Network (PEN), a network of around 6,000 health and care professionals with a shared vision: to build an expert Parkinson’s workforce and improve health and care services for people with Parkinson’s.
We bring together and support health and care professionals to share best practice, network and collaborate, share resources and education, and drive improvements to services for people with Parkinson’s and their loved ones.
Since its establishment in 2015, the Excellence Network has provided networking and collaboration opportunities for professionals across the different regions of the UK. In England, the Excellence Network is moving to a new regional model aligned to the 7 NHS England regions. The regional model in the devolved nations will remain the same: 3 regions in Scotland, 2 in Wales and 1 in Northern Ireland.
To help us deliver this new regional model, we are looking for 2 healthcare professionals to take on the role of Regional Clinical Lead on a consultancy basis.
We currently have vacancies in the following regions in England. To apply for the role, you will need to be based in these regions:

What will be expected of you in this role
You’ll:
- Be expected to co-opt a multidisciplinary leadership team to support you in your role. This team should reflect the multi-professional composition of regional services, as well as the geography and should include at least one person with Parkinson's.
- Drive engagement and participation with the Excellence Network at a regional level.
- Inspire, challenge and collaborate with the health and social care professional community to drive significant improvements to Parkinson’s services across your region.
- Act as a professional ambassador for the Excellence Network and help represent the professionals in your region.
- Engage with Integrated Care Board (ICB) leaders to help influence the development of your Integrated Care System (ICS).
- Work closely with the Professional Engagement team at Parkinson’s UK to organise and hold engagement opportunities in your region. This will include working with the team to hold and lead at least one in-person meeting in your region per year.
- Attend the annual in-person PEN National and Regional Clinical Leads meeting.
- Support the PEN national calendar of events through attendance or promotion. This includes Excellence Hub meetings and other activities centred around our national priorities.
- Work closely with the PEN National Clinical Leadership Team (CLT) to discuss and review national and regional priorities. Attend a virtual meeting with CLT 2 times per year.
What expertise you’ll bring
You’ll:
- Be a UK-based clinical healthcare professional, working in Parkinson’s or with extensive interest and expertise in the condition, with exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills. Healthcare professionals living with Parkinson’s are also encouraged to apply.
- Have a good understanding of the landscape of health and social care delivery, education and workforce development to support the strategic aims and objectives of Parkinson’s UK.
What you can expect from Parkinson’s UK
You’ll:
- Be formally welcomed and introduced to the Excellence Network and your role as a regional clinical lead.
- Be provided with an introduction pack, which outlines all the activities of the PEN at a national, regional and local level, so that you can gain an understanding of where your role fits in.
- Meet regularly with the Professional Engagement team to discuss and plan activity in your region, working to a co-developed engagement plan for your PEN region. We will be flexible, taking into account your individual needs.
- Meet with the Professional Engagement Lead or Associate Director of Policy & Health Strategy after 6 months in the role for a review meeting and then annually thereafter (or more frequently if required).
- Be provided with a set of resources and information to support you in your role eg. a ready made presentation on the PEN, data from the services within your patch, including relevant data from the UK Parkinson’s Audit.
- Be invited to an annual event for the National and Regional Clinical Leads, to provide updates, training and opportunities for discussion.
A bit more about the opportunity
Time commitment will be 0.5 days per week (1 programmed activity) to be worked flexibly across the month.
Monthly rate will be based on skills and experience.
Term of consultancy services will be set tenure of 3 years from date of appointment, with an option to extend once for a further 3 years.
We will also ask you/your employer to send across a monthly invoice to the Professional Engagement Manager at Parkinson’s UK and include a short paragraph outlining what you’ve done in the role each month. We can provide an example of this.

Purpose of the role
The Head of Support Services is responsible for leading the delivery of The Vitiligo Society’s tailored support to patients with vitiligo and their families, and contributing to the strategic development of the organisation and its services.
Your Experience
We are looking for a candidate (or candidates) who either have a background in charity service management & safeguarding, or working in healthcare, nursing or mental health support.

Deliver direct support to individuals affected by vitiligo, supporting them through their diagnosis and treatment journey.

Manage the budgets for service delivery.

Identify opportunities to improve our current support and develop new activities with a particular focus on patient and family support.

Develop and embed robust monitoring and evaluation processes across all services and provide reports to the Charity Director, the Board and funders as required.

Champion an evidence-based research and insights approach to service development and delivery, especially Health Psychology.
Safeguarding

Appointed Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Lead on the development of delivery of The Vitiligo Society’s approach to safeguarding children and adults at risk including policy and process development.

Ensure that the outputs of all The Vitiligo Society’s services are in line with the relevant safeguarding legislation and best practice.

To lead on the development and nurturing of partnerships with healthcare professionals, education professionals and voluntary organisations.

To lead on Technology Appraisal submissions with NICE and work with other healthcare regulatory bodies to ensure fair access for patients to the latest vitiligo treatment innovations.

Contribute to funding applications related to service development and delivery, as appropriate.
