To work alongside the Donor Development & Legacies Lead (DDLL) to help develop MSF’s donor development strategy to increase the lifetime value (LTV) of MSF UK supporters, by enhancing their knowledge and understanding of humanitarian action and their awareness of the importance of their own support to MSF. The DD&LL is accountable for the delivery of the full DD&L strategy and has personal responsibility for implementing the mid-value and legacies work programs.
The SDM is responsible for delivering MSF’s supporter development program, overseeing all communications to warm donors (under £10k), focusing on building relationships with individual supporters and developing other warm audiences to increase their financial contribution and loyalty.
Supervise and motivate the Stewardship Officer to implement and improve MSF’s stewardship program, increasing donor engagement and loyalty from those giving under £10k across multiple channels.

We’re looking for a New Business Officer to join our team, to secure new partnerships that will grow income and take us one step closer to a cure.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to cover a period of maternity leave.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Identify and build strategic relationships to generate income from new corporate supporters.
· A focused and strategic approach to identifying, researching, and targeting prospective corporate partners.
· Work closely with Corporate Partnerships Manager (CPM) to deliver our successful new business strategy.
· Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities to include strategic partnerships and charity of the year partnerships.
· Develop engagement plans for prospects, with innovative, commercially minded ideas, to maximise the chances of securing successful partnerships.
· Create innovative and creative applications/proposals for charity of the year and strategic partnerships.
· Actively network with potential corporate partners through warm contacts, events, conferences, and other available media.
· Ensure effective monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of new business approaches in liaison with CPM, communicating progress regularly.
· Take full personal responsibility for the timely recording of prospects, actions, updates, and notes within the CRM (Salesforce).
· Work alongside the Partnership Development Officers on new partnership set-up, including establishing legal agreements with corporate partners.
· Work closely with the Philanthropy team to leverage support from major donors and assist the Philanthropy team with their prospects where possible.
· Achieve agreed financial and non-financial targets, including income generation and meetings.
· Support the CPM in the development and implementation of the corporate fundraising strategy for ARUK, to increase the team’s income, to ensure that the best use is made of internal and external contacts
Represent the charity professionally in a high-level corporate context.
· Organise and attend networking and cultivation events as required, influencing, and engaging high-level external contacts.
· Deliver high-quality and creative presentations and proposals to help target and engage prospects and convert them into partners.
· Organise tailored face-to-face meeting opportunities to initiate and build relationships.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current ARUK activities, including research being funded, and be an advocate of ARUK at all times.
What we are looking for:
· Corporate fundraising experience, or business development experience in a corporate role.
· Evidence of delivering high-quality and creative presentations and proposals to help target and engage potential partners/clients.
· Experience in creatively building new strategic partnerships/clients from scratch within a fundraising and/or corporate environment.
· Experience in engaging and building relationships with key external stakeholders and decision-makers to deliver positive outcomes.
· Experience in securing new partners/clients within a fundraising and/or corporate environment.
· Confidence working with computers – good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Excellent personal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels face to face and on the phone.

Additional Information:
Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.
Roles that are classed as part of the Agile ways of working are not able to claim any costs for Mileage/Travel on Public Transport, Accommodation and/or Meals. This includes when attending the office for various meetings/events.

About the role
The main purpose of this role is to develop and deliver our approach to maintain and grow corporate fundraising income, to support our mission to improve mental health in Hampshire. You should possess good negotiating and influencing skills, as well as excellent relationship management skills, and be highly pro-active and skilled in generating new business leads and moving warm prospects through the ‘sales’ cycle.

The Advocacy and Communications Director will lead Makespace’s advocacy and external communications, to influence systemic change across the community/social enterprise sector and deliver transformational, multi-generational change in line with our strategy. The role will deepen engagement with local and national partners and stakeholders, building on the success of Makespace’s neighbourhood level projects as the organisation moves into the next phase of development. A key part of the role is translating the learning and impact from our hub spaces into compelling advocacy and communications campaigns.
This role is a new position designed to strengthen our senior leadership team, working closely with the Executive Director and Operations Director to guide the strategic direction of the organisation.

Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Westminster Theological Centre (WTC) as Finance Director (FD). WTC is at an exciting phase of its development as a fast-growing, innovative college. We are looking for a visionary, solution focused FD to work with the other members of the Senior Exec Team (SET) to build on current achievements, and help the college take full advantage of the current and future opportunities.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the FD will oversee all finance functions of the college and the associated consulting entity. The role will include being a member of the SET, contributing to the strategic management and governance of WTC within the overall framework of the Strategic Plan and in line with WTC’s core vision, mission and values. WTC launched a for-profit consulting entity in 2020, and the FD will also be a member of the Management Team of WTC Consulting Ltd (WTCC). The role holder will provide strategic financial advice to the WTC Board of Trustees and the WTCC Board of Directors.
The FD role includes the preparation and submission of Group Accounts, engagement with stakeholders and students, and oversight of the financial aspects of events and projects as detailed in the attached job description. The FD will also manage the Finance Manager to ensure the smooth running of all financial aspects of college and consultancy activities.
WTC is a pioneering theological college with a vision to integrate the best of scholarship with the power and gifts of the Holy Spirit to transform, heal, and release God’s people into His purposes for them. We deliver transformational theological education within prophetic, worshipping and learning communities throughout the UK, in partnership with local churches. The successful applicant will need to be in full agreement with WTC’s values and mission. As such it is a genuine occupational requirement for the FD to be a practising Christian.
The successful candidate will have professional accountancy qualifications, commercial and/or professional experience, be strategic and solution oriented, and have strong management, team player and communication skills. WTC staff team is small and hard working, with a strong and positive team culture.
Commitment and Pay scale
This is a 4-5 day/week, permanent position (37.5 hours/week FTE) on completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months. The position attracts a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 FTE per year, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as access to a pension scheme. Annual holiday allowance is 25 days per calendar (FTE) year plus bank holidays.

CJC is a broad coalition of NGOs, trade unions and law firms, encompassing a range of political and thematic priorities, from workers’ rights and modern slavery, to climate and the environment, global justice and the rights of women and girls, children and indigenous peoples. But what brings us together is a shared commitment to ending corporate impunity for human rights abuses and environmental destruction: in line with this, collaborative work for change alongside our partners is at the heart of all we do.
We’re at a crucial point in a campaign which spans advocacy, public communications and engagement with businesses, and seeks to ensure the implementation of a ‘Business, Human Rights and Environment Act’ in the UK. This legislation would help end corporate abuses of human rights and the environment, and make it easier for victims to access justice. At an exciting juncture for the campaign, the successful applicant will play a central role in shaping it and driving it forward, working alongside our civil society partners to do so.

What we’re looking for
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and have a real commitment to campaign for change on corporate accountability for human rights abuses. You’ll be enthusiastic and full of ideas, able to juggle multiple deadlines and tasks, while being ready to show initiative and take ownership of your area of work.
You don’t need to be a policy expert on our issues, but you’ll need to have the ability to rapidly gain an understanding of what we work on and why, and advocate for these issues to Parliamentarians and civil servants.
Facilitating joint work alongside our coalition partners is fundamental to everything we do, so we’re looking for someone who already has experience of working in coalitions or in the not-for-profit sector - whether in the UK charity sector or elsewhere - and who will be at ease regularly communicating with other organisations and facilitating meetings which can have multiple organisations in attendance. We need someone who recognises and understands the value of civil society groups collaborating effectively, and is good communicator comfortable working with stakeholders at multiple levels.
You will update and ensure the delivery of the advocacy strategy for the campaign, leading regular calls with coalition partners, so it’s crucial that you’re comfortable with and enjoy collaborative work with others. You’ll drive forward our engagement with policy makers, thinking up strategies for engagement and potential approaches. You will be supported by a team and engaged Board, as well as coalition partners, but will be encouraged to take ownership of your areas of work and develop proposals for action.
