We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Fundraising to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that supports our growth and impact. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing funding from a diverse range of sources, with a focus on trusts and foundations.

This role is crucial in ensuring Well Grounded can continue to provide life-changing opportunities for those we support across the UK. This role will largely focus on fundraising for our regional activity building new fundraising partnerships.

The Evidence & Evaluation Manager / Senior Economist will work in a dedicated Impact and Evidence directorate. 

You will be central to our ambition to create the largest repository of robust evidence and evaluations of what works to support young people into good jobs.

• In the directorate, you will support the Head of Evaluation to ensure all Youth Futures’ investments are designed to provide robust evidence of what works.
• The postholder will design, commission and manage impact evaluations and support impact evaluation methods (through a statistics or economics background) within the team. Working closely with commissioned independent evaluators, programme staff, wider delivery partners and colleagues in our Grants and Investment directorate.
• You will also work with colleagues to develop new programmes, which will improve the evidence base on supporting young people into good jobs by working with partners able to run larger-scale trials. 
• You will contribute to the development of our suite of ‘evaluation architecture’, enhancing our data infrastructure and administrative dataset access, as well as methodological guidance and standards. 

This role can be based at any of our hubs located in Birmingham, Leeds or London. We currently operate a hybrid model of two-days per week in the office and three-days from home.

Help the Homeless Leicester (HTH) is expanding its frontline team with two proactive Caseworkers to support families in temporary accommodation as part of our Families Navigator Project. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with families experiencing homelessness, helping them move forward into secure, stable housing. The role is for 12 months, with the potential for extension, offering a unique opportunity to shape and deliver vital support to families experiencing homelessness.

You’ll play a key role in tackling the practical and emotional challenges faced by families in temporary accommodation—offering guidance, advocacy and access to resources that make a real difference. 

The project’s primary aim is to support homeless families in temporary accommodation by helping them to access and secure accommodation in the private rental sector. Additionally, the project seeks to alleviate the challenges and hardships often experienced by families in temporary accommodation. This will be achieved by providing additional resources, enrichment activities, and opportunities that foster a sense of stability and community. The role will also encompass safeguarding, facilitating workshops, signposting to relevant services, and delivering direct, tailored support to empower families.

Key Responsibilities:

Family Support and Housing Assistance:

• Build trusting and empathetic relationships with families, offering tailored, one-to-one guidance.
• Help families overcome barriers to accessing private rental housing, including applying for rent and deposit assistance and addressing landlord concerns. 
• Assist with property searches and provide guidance on navigating tenancy agreements and maintaining housing stability.

Workshops and Community Engagement:

• Facilitate or support workshops to educate families on accessing the private rental sector, managing tenancy responsibilities and overcoming housing challenges.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for families to engage with and learn from one another.

Resource Coordination and Guidance:

• Provide accurate information and signpost families to relevant services, such as benefit maximisation, employment support and health services.
• Make referrals to external organisations where appropriate, ensuring families receive holistic support.

Safeguarding and Confidentiality:

• Act in accordance with HTH’s safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all families.
• Identify and report safeguarding concerns promptly and appropriately.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure all personal data is handled securely and ethically.

Administration and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and outcomes for each family.
• Contribute to project monitoring and evaluation by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Report challenges, trends, and outcomes to the Team Leader and Management, raising any concerns as needed.

Experience and Skills:

• Experience in casework, housing support, or working with vulnerable families in crisis.
• Knowledge of the private rental market, rent and deposit schemes and housing support services.
• Strong understanding and application of safeguarding principles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with vulnerable individuals.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail in record-keeping and reporting.

The future of CCT’s outstanding collection of historic churches depends on communities supporting their local CCT church with funds, events, inspiring interpretation, visitor services and preventive conservation. About the Service

Hertfordshire Mind Network’s Nightlight Service is proud to provide urgent support, crisis intervention and emotional support to people experiencing Mental health Crisis in Hertfordshire as an alternative to statutory pathways. We provide support to adults across Hertfordshire 7 days a week, 365 days a year through our Helpline, Crisis Cafes and a 24/7 Crisis House. We aim to provide a safe space for people in crisis to talk and feel supported, be listened to without judgement, access relevant support with problem solving and facilitate access to external services when necessary.

As a member of our team you will work closely with service users in crisis by using a person-centred approach as to ensure that each individual is supported with dignity and respect.

By honouring the individual experience of each service user, we are able to respect their autonomy as well as encourage and facilitate positive steps towards management of crisis and recovery. Our services are needed now more than ever!

About the role

As a Crisis House Support Worker, you will work closely with other staff as part of a team in supporting the development of quality Crisis Support and instilling Hertfordshire Mind Network’s values throughout the provision.

Purpose of Post

To be a key member of staff supporting the delivery of the Nightlight mental health Crisis Service. Drawing upon your own lived and/or professional experience (where applicable,) in order to provide a mix of face-to-face, therapeutic and holistic support for those accessing overnight provision.

Key Responsibilities

• To provide emotional support and work towards developing, flexible and realistic crisis/person-centred plans with Service Users.
• To work within agreed guidelines with and for Service Users, whilst being guided and supported by Senior Staff (as well as the Leadership team) in regard to documents/plans such as: Assessments of Need, Risk, Crisis support plans and Review forms.
• To draw upon one’s own lived experience (If applicable) as appropriate, as to promote the delivery of person-centred support.
• To provide immediate and appropriate advice and information to clients as to support with crisis prevention.
• To liaise with Nightlight management and external services such as: police, ambulance service, Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team, Single Point of Access, Safeguarding Out of Hours Service, Mental Health Liaison Teams, Adult Community Mental health Services, etc. as needed in terms of accepting referrals and proactively recognising the indicators of deteriorating mental health and facilitating appropriate support.
• Complete appropriate signposting/onward referrals to both internal and external services in accordance with identified needs and risks.
• Arranging transport for service users to facilitate access to services as needed.
• Support clients with activities of daily living as required.
• Ensuring record keeping is maintained to the required standards at all times and contributing to service monitoring requirements.

Head of Individual Giving, Legacy and Supporter Experience

Hours: 30 to 37.5 hours per week (flexible working options available)

What is the role?

As Head of Individual Giving, Legacy and Supporter Experience, you’ll lead a passionate team responsible for individual giving, legacy programmes, and delivering a world-class supporter experience.

You’ll shape and implement data-driven strategies to engage and steward supporters, maximise donor lifetime value, and deliver campaigns that truly resonate. You’ll also lead the development of a first-class supporter journey, ensuring donors feel valued and connected to the impact they make.

This role is key to helping us achieve significant growth across cash appeals, raffles, lottery, committed giving, legacy, and in-memory giving, ensuring Prospect Hospice can continue providing compassionate care to those in need.

The role has a requirement to work occasional evenings and weekends to support events.

About you:

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Proven leadership in individual giving, legacy programmes, and supporter experience
• A successful track record of developing fundraising strategies, plans, multi-channel campaigns and budgets to grow income and impact.
• Deep understanding of supporter journeys, donor engagement, and stewardship best practice
• Exceptional leadership skills to inspire and develop a high-performing team
• Proven track record of delivering income against specified targets
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stewardship skills to engage donors and stakeholders
• Ability to influence and negotiate with ease

Due to the nature of this role, a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is also required.
