This is a new and exciting role at Crisis Skylight Birmingham to join a team of experienced and highly skilled staff supporting homeless people move into their own long term sustainable tenancies.
About the role
As Housing Procurement Officer, you will join our team in Birmingham at an exciting time, delivering an outstanding property procurement service across the private and social rented sector. Working alongside our team of lead worker coaches you will identify appropriate matches of tenants and homes. It’s a role requiring commercial acumen and creativity as you partner with both Social and Private landlords and our members. You will work collaboratively with partners, coaches and staff across the organisation to ensure tenants receive the support they need to sustain their homes and landlord relationships are nurtured. There is scope for development of the role and plenty of support. It’s a fantastic opportunity to make the role your own and shape it from the beginning.

About you
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills, experience and knowledge:

About the role
The main purpose of this role is to develop and deliver our approach to maintain and grow corporate fundraising income, to support our mission to improve mental health in Hampshire. About the Role:
This role is a hybrid working role and is based at our Singer Street offices, Islington, London for a minimum of one day a week and home working, subject to operational demand. As a Deputy Head of Service you will assist the Head of Service (HoS) to deliver consistently safe, high-quality support for all service users across the Service and ensure contractual targets are met. Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is looking to start or develop their HR career. This role will help generate and collate monthly and quarterly people metrics so excellent IT skills (particularly Microsoft Office and database reporting) are essential. Achievement of, or study toward, your CIPD Level 3 is preferable but is not essential. Knowledge of basic employment law and HR practices would be advantageous for the role.

Shannon Trust are delighted to be working with His Majesty’s Prison & Probation Service (HMPPS) to provide peer-led learning programmes at HMP Bristol. Working closely with the prison and their staff, people in prison, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors, this post will lead the delivery and development of our prison based reading and numeracy programme, maximising opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.
Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach.
This role is a fixed term role until April 2025 with the opportunity to be made permanent subject to contract renewal.
The role will be prison-based. We provide fully funded food education programmes to schools. Job Purpose
· To manage an exciting, new programme in Southwark implementing a whole school approach (WSA) to food
· To promote, develop and deliver the programme across nurseries, primaries, secondaries and SEN schools in Southwark
· To ensure that the programme is delivered on time and on budget
Key Tasks include:
- Onboard and line-manage a Project Officer and volunteers to support delivery, providing training as required

Join the ACU as Head of Programme to provide the overall leadership and contract management of the ACU’s contribution to the successful delivery of a UK government mobility scheme, working with a range of UK-based partners.

The role
This is a key role, and the post holder will need excellent project and risk management skills and to be able to use appropriate tools to monitor and report on progress, dependencies, and risks to provide assurance to the ACU senior team and partners. The Head of Programme will have experience of working at pace to deliver multi-partner projects.
The Head of Programme will work with colleagues in the ACU’s External Affairs, People and Culture, Finance, Programmes and International Mobility teams and will lead the dedicated ACU Programme team of three ACU staff, four senior assessors and 24 assessors to deliver the assessment and appeals processes and related assessment boards helping ensure delivery of the programme’s policy objectives.
The role will report to the Head of Programmes and International Mobility and provide regular updates for the ACU Leadership Team and our partners.

• Significant project management experience at a senior level – professional track record and appropriate qualifications

About the role
The Programmes Administrator will be in charge of the smooth running of 1MM Mentoring Programmes in Greater Manchester and other regions, including the supporting of mentors & mentees through their journey. Stronger Communities aims to remove barriers to accessing healthcare, increase community engagement and co-production, and reduce health inequalities in the borough of Harrow. This role involves developing and delivering a comprehensive portfolio of training sessions focused on Health and Social Inequalities, including Make Every Contact Count (MECC).
Responsibilities
- Develop a portfolio of training sessions covering a range of topics, particularly related to Health & Social Inequalities (including Make Every Contact Count (MECC)).
- Liaise with internal colleagues to ensure training content stays accurate

Voluntary Action Harrow Co-operative work with the local community providing information, training and guidance.
Based in Harrow, we are a not-for-profit co-operative owned by our workers. We have in-depth knowledge of the local area and of who’s doing what. Our members collectively have over 35 years’ experience in the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector, specialising in capacity building in a variety of different organisational development areas.
We’ve worked with a diverse range of local organisations, from small community groups, to regional and international charities. We also run, manage and co-ordinate projects, working with local people and groups to help them make a difference in their local community.

Roll up your sleeves and deliver employability sessions directly to our incredible young people. You'll also help our Delivery Partners and volunteers do the same, both in person and virtually through our trusty MS Teams. When we're doing things face-to-face, you’ll need to hit the road and be there in person to help with programme delivery or programme visits to make sure all is running as smoothly as possible.
And if that’s not enough to keep you busy, you’ll also be keeping meticulous records of information and data on our young people, volunteers, and partners. It's all about making sure every step of their journey is accurately reflected in our systems so that it complies with our funding contracts.
