This is an exciting opportunity to join the high performing RCR Exams Quality Team. In this varied role the Examiner and Committee Administrator will be high functioning and able to multitask to support and service the RCR’s exam committee meetings. You will provide secretariat support for committee as well as organising facilities, travel, accommodation, dinners, and expenses as well as manage the examiner recruitment, induction and training process.
The successful candidate will be a good communicator, able to work collaboratively with colleagues, examiners, and chairs of relevant committees. With excellent administrative skills it is important that the successful candidate has a commitment to providing a professional, friendly and proactive service.
What you will do:
- Coordinate committee meetings in person, online or hybrid routinely or as when needed.
- Prepare committee agendas, source papers for timely circulation.
- Keep accurate records including updating the CRM and website.
- Manage examiner recruitment materials, acting as main point of contact for applicants.
- Support examiners with travel and accommodation bookings.
- Evaluate and grow our examiner appreciation work.

We are seeking a Communications and Events Assistant to help amplify the Foundation’s research and promote our flagship Strengthening Families, Strengthening Communities programme. We’re looking for a passionate communicator who wants to use their skills to drive positive change.

We are looking for a Mentor Services Coordinator to support our volunteer mentors in London, Surrey and Hertfordshire.
About the role
Our Mentor Services Coordinators are the key contacts for our volunteer mentors from their first enquiry about mentoring until they are matched with a young person. The Mentor Services Coordinators conduct in depth interviews with all prospective volunteer mentors, organise training, organise DBS checks and make the process as smooth and supported as possible.
Key responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service to mentors, volunteers and partners using strong communication skills on the telephone, in virtual meetings, by email and sometimes in person

Ensure all of our volunteer mentors are individually supported and fully engaged at every stage of their mentor journey

Deliver information sessions, participate in mentor one-to-one conversations and facilitate mentor training sessions and other mentor engagement activities.
About you:

Customer service experience

Experience of or strong interest in working or volunteering in the charity or third sectors

People person with excellent communication and listening skills and empathy

Well organised with great administrative skills and attention to detail
