The role and your key responsibilities
As a Partner Success Lead your role is to provide world class customer service to our partner base of over 2,500 schools and colleges. You will be responsible for onboarding our new schools and supporting our existing schools to make the most of the Unifrog platform. Solutions and customer service focused, you will make sure that all interactions with Unifrog are prompt, positive and successful.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Partner management
- Being the first point of contact for enquiries from our existing 2,500+ partners.
- Onboarding our new schools by setting them up on our platform and making sure teachers and students are ready to get the most out of Unifrog.
- Continually improving our onboarding materials and processes using feedback from our partners.

Internal-facing Support:
- Support the Programme Management Team with maintaining the integrity of data within Salesforce.
- Working with the Senior Programme Manager to support the effective programme management and launch of Flourishing Leaders and Teachers.
- Lead on administrative tasks relating to recruitment of Flourishing Leaders and Teachers.
- Event administration for Flourishing Leaders and Teachers, including keeping the calendar up to date, creating online meetings, liaising with staff who will participate, and ensuring Blackboard is updated as needed.

DFN Project SEARCH offer an evidence-based supported internship model which takes place entirely in the workplace. We are recruiting a General Advice Officer to support with the delivery of advice and welfare support to vulnerable guests who access the Community Wellbeing Service, a local support hub offering relief from the rising cost of living for local families. The General Advice Officer will support our guests on a range of areas including benefits, immigration, housing, money management and access to training and employment services. The postholder will provide high quality welfare advice and guidance through weekly one-to-one advice sessions, undertake case work, work with partners to facilitate referrals, and provide support to advice volunteers.
The successful candidate must have at least two years’ experience delivering effective advice or in a similar capacity, demonstrate empathy, an understanding of the issues facing vulnerable people, and have in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of welfare benefits and housing policies/legislations, with a strong focus on achieving tangible outcomes for our guests.
Advice Work
- Carry out assessments to identify urgent needs and appropriate support pathways for members at the Community Wellbeing Service.
- Support outreach or community engagement activities as needed.
- Provide holistic and person-centred advice and casework on the main enquiry areas, particularly welfare benefits, housing, employment, health and wellbeing, immigration and money management.

The role
NEA has an exciting opportunity for a Training and Education Officer to support with the delivery of our accredited training and qualifications to stakeholders across the United Kingdom as well as develop and deliver our expanding education programme nationwide.
You will work across both the training and education teams to develop and deliver training courses and education workshops to frontline workers, volunteers and young people from a wide range of organisations, including local authorities, housing associations, voluntary and community groups, and commercial organisations.
Our training courses and workshops cover key issues associated with fuel poverty, fuel debt, affordable warmth, low-carbon technologies and practical energy efficiency advice. You will work alongside the training team to develop, design and deliver these engaging online and face-to-face courses and qualifications. You will act as an examiner for all NEA qualifications, assist in the development of future assessment-based qualifications; and have the ability to identify new opportunities for training and assessment product development.
You will work closely with the existing education team to enhance the current education provision of the charity; you will develop and deliver education sessions in line with programme and funding needs. Delivery will include both Primary and Secondary school sessions as well as bespoke education sessions for care leavers, young carers, youth offenders and children soon to be attending university or college.

What you will need to succeed
You will possess a relevant training or education qualification and have recent, demonstrable experience in delivering adult training and or primary / secondary school sessions. About the Youth Endowment Fund
We’re here to prevent children and young people becoming involved in violence. We do this by finding out what works and building a movement to put this knowledge into practice.
In recent years violent crime has risen significantly. Homicides, assaults, robberies and offences involving weapons have all seen sustained growth. We have also seen large increases in violent crime involving children and young people. This is a tragedy. Every child captured in these numbers is an important member of our community and society has a duty to protect them.
The Youth Endowment Fund (YEF) is a charity with a £200m endowment and a mission that matters. We exist to prevent children becoming involved in violence. Our mission is to find what works and build a movement to put it into practice. A big part of the movement that we need to build is in the world of education. We need to inspire and connect with education leaders across England and Wales to spread what works and make our country safer for some of our most vulnerable children. We are looking for someone to lead on making this happen.
Key Responsibilities
We are making good progress building the evidence of what works within and around education to reduce violence, including launching our new Education, Children and Violence Guidance in May 2024 which provides school, college and alternative provision leaders with five evidence-based recommendations to help prevent children’s involvement in violence. We also have our Toolkit, annual Children, Violence and Vulnerability Report and new implementation resources due next year. But the big risk is that we publish these resources and nothing changes. That’s where you come in.
Your role is to help us ensure more senior education leaders within schools, colleges and alternative provision settings use our Guidance, toolkit, research and implementation tools to inform day to day operations and strategic decision making. This will involve:
- Developing great relationships and partnerships with executive and senior leaders in education, making connections and building credibility and trust with the sector.

The Marketing and Communications Officer is an important role at the College as you will proactively support the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns and activities, helping to ensure that the RCPCH continues to lead the way in children’s health.

Educational Psychologist
We are looking for an Educational Psychologist (term time + 3 weeks only) to join a team that provides educational support to children and young people, their families, and local schools.
Position: Educational Psychologist
Location: West London (office-based)
Salary: £57,072 - £64,623 per annum (£54,218 – £61,391 actual/pro-rata)
Hours: Full-Time (36 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent (term time + 3 weeks only = 42 weeks)

The Role
The Educational Psychologist at the Education Hub will provide specialist psychological assessments and trauma-informed interventions to children and young people affected by the Grenfell Tragedy. The role focuses on helping students overcome barriers to learning, supporting emotional resilience, and working closely with families and schools to enhance their wellbeing.
You will:
• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate cognitive, emotional, and behavioural development.
• Provide one-to-one and group interventions to support emotional regulation and resilience.
• Deliver trauma-informed approaches to schools, ensuring students receive the best educational support.
• Offer expert advice to teachers, parents, and other professionals on how to foster inclusive learning environments.
• Support students during key transitions, from early years to post-16 pathways, equipping them with lifelong learning strategies.
• Develop and lead training programmes for schools, families, and professionals on mental health, trauma recovery, and behaviour management.
About You
• Postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology and registered with the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council).
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed practices and experience working with children affected by adverse experiences.
• Expertise in conducting psychological assessments and developing Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) in line with UK SEND guidelines.
• Ability to provide strategic advice to schools on behaviour, learning support, and emotional wellbeing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with diverse communities.
• Culturally competent, with an ability to tailor interventions to meet the needs of families from diverse backgrounds.
• A commitment to inclusive education, safeguarding children, and supporting long-term recovery.

About the organisation:
The Grenfell 'Education Hub' will open later this year to serve those most affected by the Grenfell Tower tragedy. The hub will provide educational support to children and young people, their families, and local schools.
A consultation process in 2023 and 2024 about the needs of the community and the bereaved and survivors led to proposals for an educational ‘hub’. This will comprise a wide range of professionals including four specialist teachers, an Educational Psychologist, a Speech and Language Therapist, an Occupational Therapist, a Careers Coordinator, and a Family Support Worker. Their time will be divided between direct work with children and families in the ‘Hub’, and support for local schools. The activity of the hub aims to;
• Provide good quality educational support to as many children and young people as possible
• Build the skills and confidence of children and young people, their families, and education staff in local schools
• Develop strong relationships with those most affected by the Grenfell Tower fire
• Accurately assess its impact

This is an opportunity to take on a new leadership position in a unique educational charity. As part of our succession planning, Number Champions is recruiting a CEO to take on all management of the charity and to help the board define and deliver its strategy. This will be our most senior staff position.
Background - Number Champions
We train volunteers to use games and other creative activities in primary schools in one-to-one sessions with children to help them gain confidence and skills in maths. This support helps put children on track to achieve their full potential in a world where numeracy is a vital building block. Over half the children we support are from disadvantaged backgrounds, which is where the need is greatest.
Founded in 2018, we have already helped over 1,500 children. We now have 115 volunteers running weekly sessions. This year they are helping 334 children in 38 partner schools across London, and we plan to continue to grow organically every year to support more children.
Our vision is not just that we grow in scale, but that through our example other organisations copy our model, and that eventually all primary school children will have access to volunteer support in maths.
CEO role
The CEO will be a new permanent role, reporting to our founder Chair and to the board of trustees. You will take on all aspects of managing our award-winning charity and drive the board process of setting and delivering strategy. This will include financial management of the charity and involvement in fundraising. This is in the context of our succession plan, whereby our Chair will hand over the executive responsibilities which he currently exercises on a pro bono basis. This is to allow us to recruit a new Chair within two years.
You will line manage the Head of Operations - our current senior employee, who manages our other two staff. The role will be part time for the equivalent of 3 days a week.
Location
You will work mainly remotely, although you will be expected to attend periodic meetings in London. We therefore require candidates to live within commuting distance of Central London, giving maximum flexibility for both the employee and the charity.
Person specification
Candidates must be able to show previous success as a member of the Senior Leadership Team of a charity. You should be a collaborative worker able to build productive working relationships with people throughout the charity and beyond. As continuing our growth is a strategic goal, we need you to have experience in marketing.
We have a high-performing staff team, and a key requirement is that you are able to continue to develop the team. You therefore need the interpersonal skills to keep the existing staff motivated, productive, and appreciated. You will also require the confidence to implement changes you identify as important. As you will take over all the executive responsibilities of the charity’s founder Chair, you will also need the sensitivity to navigate any resultant issues.
