About the role:
As a Key Worker at Alana House, you will hold a case load of women and be involved in one to one work support work and group based sessions. Your Key Worker responsibilities will include:

· create and review support plans in collaboration with the woman, and other agencies
· facilitate and deliver group-based support

As a Key Worker, you’ll bring an in depth knowledge of issues facing women with multiple disadvantages, including those with convictions and those at risk of offending. You’ll also have significant experience of supporting women with issues such as homelessness, substance misuse, domestic abuse and mental health, preferably within a criminal justice setting.

About the Role
As part-time Young People Support Worker you will work under the direction, guidance and support of a manager/senior worker you will be responsible for a caseload of clients as well as share responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of all clients, volunteers and staff in the service.
In accommodation based services you will ensure that the accommodation is properly maintained and support the client to sustain their tenancy and participate in positive and successful move on.

About the project
The proposed service Kineara aims to provide is a Community-Based Housing Advice and Support Service for lone parents living in TA (Temporary Accommodation) and to provide a prevented service that advice and support lone parents living in PRS and social rented accommodation, where their tenancies is insecure.
This service will address urgent housing concerns, provide essential advice, and offer tailored, intensive support for those with complex needs. The project will focus on delivering maximum reach through our outreach while maintaining smaller 1:1 caseload for high-needs cases.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and compassionate community -based housing advice and support worker. This role involves conducting community drop- in surgeries which will be delivered across Lambeth Schools, Children’s Centres, Community Groups, GP practices and
Housing Advice Surgeries offering face-to-face housing advice, legal support (where necessary), and signposting to additional service.
You will have experience of working with families and individuals with complex needs. You will be an enthusiastic person who has empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to working with clients and who thrives when working independently with a passion to support change. As the world’s first and oldest international university network, the Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) has been bringing universities together from across the Commonwealth for more than 100 years. Our network currently encompasses over 400 universities in more than 40 countries.
In this newly created role, the Head of Philanthropy will develop and implement a philanthropic fundraising strategy for the ACU. In the longer term, we wish to continue building the existing endowment for the Queen Elizabeth Commonwealth Scholarships and develop new programmes to support our strategy, including our ground-breaking initiative, the King’s Commonwealth Fellowship Programme (KCFP). Who we are looking for
We are looking for a proactive, senior major donor fundraiser who is comfortable at all levels of philanthropic cultivation, from prospecting and building a strong pipeline to building relationships and securing gifts from high-net-worth individuals and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
Due diligence is critical to this role, so understanding and experience within this is key.
Person Specification:
• Direct experience of donor engagement and stewardship, including reporting.
• Direct experience, or a demonstrably clear understanding of fundraising ethics and gift acceptance.

Key responsibilities include but are not exhaustive;
- Create a safe and stimulating learning environment for pupils, rooted in mutual respect considering pupils’ sensory needs.
- Adapt the teaching of the National Curriculum to meet the varying learning needs of pupils with Autistic Spectrum Conditions.

The Individual Giving Manager will contribute towards Ex Cathedra’s ongoing sustainability and success by maximising philanthropic income:
Strategy and research
• build, maintain and continually seek to expand a pipeline of prospects capable of making gifts at a high 4-, 5- and 6-figure level, making sure that all progress is tracked, monitored and reviewed on a routine basis
• explore our existing data to identify major gift prospects, working in line with data protection law and fundraising regulations
Individual giving
• work closely with the General Manager and Individual Giving Officer to further develop and implement strategies that will increase major gifts and legacy donations to Ex Cathedra, dovetailing with the Trusts and Foundations consultant where appropriate
• arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects and donors to help build and progress meaningful relationships through regular dialogue
• use their judgement to involve the artistic director, trustees and colleagues where most beneficial/advantageous
• align prospective donors with high-value funding opportunities for the performance programme, education and participation work, or area of greatest need according to the interests of the donor
• promote and encourage giving towards the establishment of an Endowment Fund that will provide long-term financial sustainability for the organisation
• meet agreed targets for activity (i.e. number of prospect meetings and solicitations) and income generation (i.e. funds raised)

About you

The Role
In this leadership position, you will focus on improving the quality of life for autistic children and young people by integrating therapy and education through impactful MDT working . Administrative tasks are kept to a minimum, allowing you to direct your time to working with focus on integrating therapy and education with the Heads and Senior Leaders in our educational settings, the class-based practitioners, the Therapy Team and the Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) leads.
Together, we will design and implement effective systems and processes that integrate evidence-based therapy and educational practices, ensuring the best outcomes for our pupils and learners.
This position is 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE), with the option to extend to a full-time role by taking on an additional two days of clinical caseload if you are an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Speech and Language Therapist (SLT).
