Street Child is a global education and child protection NGO whose mission is to ensure that every child can be safe, in school and learning, with a focus on low-resource and crisis contexts where education is disrupted by conflict, climate disaster, disease, displacement and / or extreme poverty.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional based on the East Coast to both drive high-impact new business from corporations and major donors and build our visibility and external communications to support that goal. This is a hybrid role, balancing strategic digital marketing, brand-building and media engagement with income generation, deepening existing relationships with key stakeholders, establishing new partnerships and increasing our visibility.

This is a new position for Street Child, complementing our existing presence on the West Coast. The successful candidate will need to be a strong all-rounder, able to excel in a variety of work areas, although the role will work closely with and be supported by global communications, marketing and corporate fundraising teams, with existing strategies, materials and platforms to leverage and tailor to a US audience.

While this role is not office-based, the successful candidate will be located in or around NYC or DC.

Key Responsibilities:

Major Gift Fundraising (50%)

• Identify, cultivate, and secure partnerships with corporations and major donors, aligning their CSR goals and giving priorities with our mission.
• Leverage existing partnerships and relationships with corporations and major donors to grow a wider network of US-based corporations.
• Develop and manage sponsorship opportunities for campaigns, programs and events.
• Oversee all corporate engagement activities, including employee giving, volunteering and cause marketing campaigns.
• Develop and deliver corporate events to build relationships with and raise funds from our developing network of US-based corporations.
• Collaborate with corporate partners to enhance their internal communications strategies, driving awareness and engagement among their employees around shared initiatives.
• Craft compelling proposals, pitches and presentations for potential partners.
• Steward relationships successfully to ensure long-term impact and retention.
• Track partnership impact, prepare reports and communicate successes to internal and external stakeholders including funding partners and Street Child’s Board of Directors.
• Identify & cultivate new prospects among individuals and corporations.

Communications & Marketing (50%)

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications and digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Drive digital marketing campaigns across key channels, leveraging analytics to optimize performance.
• Lead content creation efforts, including blogs, case studies, impact stories, newsletters and press releases.
• Build and execute a strategy for growing Street Child’s share of voice in the sector, engaging with media and industry influencers.
• Work with external web developers to manage and enhance website content, SEO and UX to improve engagement and conversion.
• Monitor trends, conduct competitor analysis, and identify opportunities to position Street Child as a thought leader.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong track record of securing major gifts ($100,000+) from corporations and individuals, including strategic partnerships, sponsorships and events.
• High-level strategic thinking and planning.​
• Experience in a similar role across fundraising and marketing.
• Proven success in driving digital marketing strategies, growing brand awareness, and managing media relations.
• Excellent storytelling skills with experience in content creation, social media management and PR, and media connections.
• Experience using digital tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively.

Our collaboration with Asda on Cashpot for Schools is another example of unlocking support at scale. This innovative community-led funding model allows shoppers to nominate and fund their local schools simply through everyday spending. In just the last year, this campaign has generated £5.78 million for schools—supporting everything from basic classroom supplies to vital extracurricular programmes and pupil wellbeing initiatives. Also shortlisted for a Business Charity Award, it is already a model for community-driven philanthropy.

Meanwhile, our All Dressed Up campaign—developed with World Book Day and Rubies Masquerade—confronted the often-overlooked issue of financial exclusion on key celebration days. More than 100,000 free dressing up costumes worth £1.34 million were delivered to children from low-income families. By enabling participation in events like World Book Day, we helped spark imagination, joy, and belonging for children who might otherwise feel left out—boosting self-esteem and supporting a positive connection to learning.

Alongside these national campaigns, Parentkind supports families year-round through a growing suite of programmes designed to inform, prepare and empower parents. Our Be School Ready programme offers crucial guidance and confidence to parents preparing their children for the leap into primary education. With a mix of practical advice, developmental tips, and reassurance, through the distribution of 135,000 copies of Be School Ready and an online campaign, it supports families at one of the most formative moments in their child’s life.

We’re redeveloping one of the most respected radiology e-learning programmes in the world — R-ITI — and we need a driven, strategic and organised Project Manager to bring it to life.

In this 18-month fixed-term role, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of over 300 digital learning modules. You’ll collaborate with the Learning Development Manager, the Learning Technologist and the e-learning faculty comprising Subject Matter Experts (SMEs – who are doctors) while undertaking the project to relaunch these essential resources on our new Learning Management System (LMS).

You’ll not only be supporting radiologists in their professional development but you’ll also play a key role is helping ensure the offering is financially sustainable, enabling us to reinvest in growing our influence and impact globally.

What you’ll do 

• Oversee the entire life cycle of selected R-ITI modules marked for redevelopment, from establishing SME groups to review and update content, to working with learning technology colleagues to produce and publish them on time and within budget on RCR’s LMS. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and objectives and provide support to the working groups whilst they redevelop the modules. 
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Be responsible for overall quality control of newly developed content by working collaboratively with SMEs and learning technology colleagues to create accurate, engaging and effective e-learning content for our members. 
• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of SMEs, internal or externally sourced e-learning developers, designers, and quality assurance testers.
• Be the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing necessary support, troubleshooting queries and ensuring strategically sound decisions are made.
• Manage project budgets and promptly report any potential spending variances to the Learning Development Manager.

About the role:

This is a vital and high-profile role for us and requires a person with strong technical skills and the power of independent thought; meticulous organisational skills and attention to detail; and drive to constantly develop new and improved ways of working. The successful candidate will be a qualified and committed accountant, ready to lead financial control for Ark’s central Finance team.

The Financial Controller will be mainly responsible for ensuring the highest standards of financial control are met across Ark, its subsidiaries and the various external ventures Ark supports. Within this, the role will be responsible for the processing and reporting of financial accounting data for Ark and its related entities, day-to-day cash flow management and compliant statutory returns (including VAT).

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff management including training and regular appraisals. The team currently consists of two Finance Officers. Also supporting two business partners.
• Provide up-to-date financial information and technical advice to Ark management and the Venture teams, including cash management.
• Lead the year-end process, including creation of annual accounts for Ark and its related entities (excluding Ark Schools) and overseeing the audits.
• First review of monthly management accounts.
• Take responsibility for the year-end audit and preparation/supervision of draft statutory accounts for the Group and 5 subsidiary entities in accordance with Charities SORP, Companies Act and UK GAAP. Liaise with auditors and ensure timetable and deadlines are met
• Management and oversight of the month-end process to ensure timely period close, including approval of all manual journals posted to the accounting system.
• Review and approval of balance sheets control account reconciliations, including bank reconciliation, petty cash, purchase ledger, staff loans, credit card, and Payroll accounts.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Group’s cash flow and Treasury and preparation of performance reports for the Ark Management Team and Finance and Risk Committee.
• Set-up and maintenance of PS Financials (accounting system) and Concur (invoice and expense system), including maintaining workflows in accordance with the Scheme of Delegation.
• Relationship owner for Lloyds (banker), including set-up of Commercial Banking Online and credit cards in accordance with the Scheme of Delegation. Responsible for maintaining all bank accounts and mandates.
• Responsibility for writing and maintaining finance policies and processes, including the financial Scheme of Delegation, and ensuring these are freely available to all relevant staff.
• Accounts Payable Lead ensuring all suppliers are paid on time. Responsible for processing weekly BACs runs and authorisations in line with the Scheme of Delegation.
• Manage insurance provision for the Ark Group.

Key Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.

The role

In an exciting note role within TEP, we are recruiting our first Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will have an excellent track record of designing and managing marketing and communications campaigns with impact.

Working closely with TEP Directors and ImpactEd Group Directors you will develop, implement and manage the communications and marketing activity for TEP as we build awareness and uptake of The Engagement Platform across the country and internationally.

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant to the Deputy Director of Programmes will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring the efficient operation of the office and supporting the Deputy Director in managing their workload. 2. Project Coordination:
