Night Support Workers enable people with particular needs to manage their tenancies and live independent lives of their choosing in the community. Night Support Workers are responsible for ensuring continuity of a support service at night and for keeping customers and the building safe.

What you'll do:
- Building supportive, trusting relationships with customers and creating a positive atmosphere
- Working proactively with other members of the team to handle the service caseload and administrative responsibilities
- Conducting key work sessions as required, that are innovative and engaging in order to achieve Support Plan goals
- Ensuring ongoing assessment and management of risks associated with customers within an attitude of 'positive risk taking'
- Providing support with daily living activities, including practical assistance to support customers to independent living e.g. budgeting, cooking, establishing a night time routine
- Supporting customers to maintain a healthy environment and where appropriate assisting them to clean their accommodation and maintain good personal hygiene
- Assisting in the recording and reporting of customer incidents
- Managing customer referrals, completing assessments and obtaining and maintaining all relevant paperwork
- Developing productive relationships with partner organisations to improve service outcomes
- Adhering to lone working protocols and maintaining high levels of awareness in relation to the health and safety of yourself and colleagues
- Involving customers in the design, development and delivery of the service
- Ensuring Look Ahead Health and Safety policies and local protocols are adhered to at all times e.g. fire risk assessments, fire alarm checks etc.
- Taking on shift leading responsibilities by coordinating and leading shifts in the absence of a manager
- Being responsible for the handover of key information between shifts
- Adhering to all other Look Ahead's policies and procedures
- Engaging in learning and development activity to increase knowledge and skills
- Undertaking any other duties consistent with the grade and nature of the post as assigned by the Team Leader/ Manager

About you:
You’ll have extensive experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or non-profits, including community management, content creation, and campaign execution. You are a creative thinker with the ability to deliver social media strategies that align with organisational goals and inspire your audience to take action.
You will be confident using social media analytics tools such as Sprout Social to analyse trends, performance, and user engagement, and you will be proficient in content creation tools like Canva to develop engaging social media assets. You’ll be driven by data and insights, and motivated to continuously improve Blue Cross’s online presence.
As a collaborative leader, you will enjoy working with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver exceptional results. You will have a passion for animal welfare and a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of pets and people.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Substantial experience managing social media accounts for businesses or non-profits including community management, content creation, and moderation.
- Experience developing and delivering social media strategies.
- Excellent knowledge of industry best practice, social channels and tools including analytics and social listening platforms.
- Experience monitoring, analysing and reporting on social media performance, and using insights to optimise activities.

Hounslow Young People is Supported Accommodation Service for young people and young parents aged 16-25 in Hounslow. The Service encompasses a mix of units across six sites supporting 63 vulnerable young people and 19 teen parents.
The aim of the service is to empower Young People to move towards independent living, supporting their successful transition from childhood; laying the foundations for healthy, ambitious, and safe adult lives with minimal ongoing support. We are recruiting for Waking Night Support Worker to join our dynamic service and team. In the role of Waking Night Support Worker; individuals will ensure continues support is provided to young people at the standards of day staff with particular focus on safety of vulnerable young people.

The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure members of the local community are able to access critical mental health support at all hours. The service receives referrals primarily from a local hospital emergency department and crisis lines, and may receive these referrals at anytime of day or night.

We're looking for a kind, compassionate and resilient Complex Needs Support Worker to join our Heaney Cluster service in Kensington and Chelsea.

There are 5 hostels in the cluster ranging from high, medium to low support which are all based in the borough of RBKC.
The Heaney Cluster an intensively supported housing scheme for the most challenging customers in the borough. The majority of the customers come with a history of entrenched rough sleeping; often coupled with enduring mental health difficulties. The aim is to offer a home to those who would have difficulty finding accommodation because of their lifestyle choices involving extreme drug and alcohol misuse. The high support hostel caters for eleven service users with complex needs and is staffed 24 hours a day with the minimum of three staff on duty. The medium support services are staffed from 9am to 9pm where the customers present with varying degrees of mental health issues. The Assessment Centre is staffed 24/7.
The hostels are in close proximity to each other, and staff will be expected to work across the units. Three of the hostels supports both male and female customers and one is males only.
Heaney Hub implements and promotes the Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) model. This is an approach to supporting people out of homelessness, particularly those who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with a personality disorder. It also considers the psychological needs of staff: developing skills and knowledge, increasing motivation, job satisfaction and resilience.
Support Workers will devise person centred support plans with customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet their needs and goals. This will include sign posting them to the local drug and alcohol services to address substance misuse issues. They will work with customers to promote social inclusion and alongside other members of the team to promote independent living, encouraging customers to maximise their skills and choices.

Conservation Collective (CC) funds solutions to protect the environment, restore nature, and safeguard against climate change. The CC UK charity incubates, launches, and supports locally focused foundations, which open new funding channels to support the most impactful environmental grassroots projects. Our network comprises 20 members based all over the world and is growing.
We manage and monitor our donor relations, grant giving governance, contacts, and event activities, via a bespoke and customised salesforce system. This was launched in early 2022, and has been developed and configured to meet our growing needs since then.
As the demand for our model increases around the world, we need a highly capable Salesforce and data administrator to support us to ensure our system is well managed, users are trained, and we can create accurate reports for our donors and other audiences. You will play a crucial role in guiding and nurturing MacIntyre's educational and social care endeavours across the Group.
This senior role encompasses the responsibilities of CEO of MacIntyre Academies Trust and Operations Director for the Children and Young Person’s Division in MacIntyre Care. You will lead with purpose, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care to over 1,500 children and young people across various settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Shape the future of The Group’s educational and social care services with innovative strategies that ensure sustainability and excellence.
- Operational Oversight: Manage a diverse portfolio of schools, children’s homes, and further education partnerships, driving improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee a £28m budget, ensuring financial efficiency and sustainability across all services.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Create relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, local authorities, and the Department for Education, to enhance the quality and impact of our services.
Ideally you’ll be based in the Milton Keynes area, with regular travel in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and the Midlands required.

The Grants Manager will need to have a background in health as they will be responsible for oversight of a portfolio of grants delivering immunization and health system strengthening programmes across different geographies. The post holder will be fully involved in all aspects of the day to day management of their designated service, including line managing the relevant front line staff. You will lead and develop competence of direct reports as well as carry caseloads of customers requiring support. You will work closely with the contract manager to ensure that the service delivers on all targets, both financial and those around the quality of the service.
This is a fixed term contract of 12 months.

What you'll do:
Lead and motivate your team to ensure the championing of and maintenance of a positive local culture within your service
Deliver effective supervision and team meetings with staff and ensure that information, reporting and communication
Responsible for the personal development of staff, identifying high performers and feeding into the organisations succession plans
Ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) required as part of the Contract are met and recorded correctly
Develop key business relationships with all appropriate relevant customers/external parties to ensure service delivery excellence and maximise new business opportunities in own patch
Participate in and monitor the initial and continuous assessment of needs and ensure that support planning is carried out in line with assessed needs of the customer
Carry out other administrative tasks as relevant to the service and directed by the Contract/Heads of Operations
Deliver an out of hours on-call service for region, where required
Ensure that all safeguarding cases are managed in line with safeguarding protocols and are reported to Contract Manager/Head of Operations, as appropriate
Ensure Look Ahead Health and Safety policies are adhered to at all times and to uphold all health and safety responsibilities within relevant policies and local protocols
Adhere to all the policies and procedures of Look Ahead Care, Support & Housing plus those specific to the project including any statutory requirements
