Location: Home working. The posts are remote but will be delivering in the pilot sites of London, Manchester, Cleveland and North Wales. Salary: Point 31-34 £34,016 to £36,754 (a London Allowance will be applied

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week, with funding until 2026 and

About the role:
The Triage IDVA will work as part of the Triage Team in their pilot area, reporting to the Triage Team Leader and working alongside the Triage Worker. They will be responsible for supporting and presenting the voice of the victims and their children in cases where the perpetrator has been referred to the team for an assessment of suitability for a Positive Requirement during an application for a DAPO.
They will be responsible for attempting to contact the victims to carry out the relevant safety checks, risk assessments and provide advocacy during the assessment stage and make onward referrals for further support for the victim. They will capture the voice of the victim as part of the overall assessment for a positive requirement and feed their views and any relevant information about risk or need into the overall recommendation. The IDVA’s work and expertise will ensure that the risks and needs for both the Perpetrator and Victims/families are considered so that a co-ordinated and individual intervention plan can be created when appropriate and safe to apply as part of the DAPO.

About you:
The post holder will have a demonstrable track record as an accredited IDVA with experience of working complex cases within a multi-agency environment and have been part of implanting multi-agency plans to reduce risk and harm to victims and families who have suffered Domestic Abuse.

Overall Aim

The Team lead is responsible to the Head of Operations for the daily management and support of staff and overseeing effective support of clients. Liaising and building professional relationships with contract managers, agencies and other bodies offering support to clients

· Qualification or equivalent to Diploma/ Degree/NVQ 5 or equivalent work level experience and the willingness to achieve a level 5, relevant qualification
· Ability to work across WHAG’s contract area and travel for training and meeting purposes.

Key Objectives
The Team Leader will work with the Operations Manager to support the delivery of all operational aspects of WHAG, focusing on supporting the team and day-to-day delivery of commissioned and grant-funded work.
WHAG staff are part of a team providing practical and emotional support to individuals and families experiencing domestic abuse, sexual violence, women, and young parents experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
You will ensure that all work is carried out within contractual requirements, and this involves multi-agency working, and engaging with local partners. You will work effectively with the Operations Manager to lead on allocated working priorities, which may include accommodation and community-based teams, both grants, funded and contracted.
This will include, for example, 24/7 access to support, the intake of enquiries and allocation of referrals, outreach, and accommodation support, working with individuals and children.
You will provide supervision, case management, and case quality audits and database oversight and will deputise for other team leaders (in your area) in their absence.
Working in partnership with the HR team you will support the effective recruitment and, onboarding induction of staff and volunteers in the areas, you are responsible for.
Support the monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of the service budget, financial sustainability and impact of all products and services.
Proactively seek new opportunities, and innovative ways of working and achieve the defined aims and objectives.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- To lead and manage WHAG’s young parents project ensuring the projects work in line with WHAG strategies resources and procedures to operate effectively and in line with agreed policies and plans.
- To ensure the safeguarding of all clients and their children
- To work with the head of operations in providing consistent and responsible line management.
- To provide individual supervision and appraisal to staff for whom you have direct line management responsibility and to organise regular team meetings.
- To input into setting and controlling of your project’s budgets.
- To take part in the recruitment of staff and volunteers
- To be responsible for staff training and development needs.
- To ensure that all service users have appropriate and up to date risk assessments in line with WHAG’s policy and procedure and to ensure that working practices are developed and implemented based on these assessments.
- To ensure that all staff members work, at all times, in accordance with agreed service specifications, operational policies and other policies and procedures of WHAG.
- To monitor and develop the support services in line with the QAF and contract requirements
- To ensure Health and Safety good practice throughout the Services and that all staff implement WHAG’s equal opportunities policy.

- To accept supervision and appraisal in line with WHAG’S policy and be prepared to pursue identified training needs.

About the role:
This role is based in Rochdale Police station along with some hybrid working, you must be prepared to deliver and facilitate recognised support and behaviour change programmes to perpetrators of domestic abuse (DA) and those at risk of becoming perpetrators.
As a Perpetrator Caseworker you will:
- Plan, prepare and effectively facilitate (lead and co-facilitate) the delivery of group work programmes to perpetrators of DA. This may be delivered through face to face, online or a blended approach.
- Maintain a proactive response to service users, continuously providing positive options for behaviour change throughout the service user's time in the service. Using a combination of motivational work, relationship building and a broad range of skills to encourage service users to address their abusive behaviour and understand that they are accountable for continued use of abuse and abusive behaviour towards others.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships and promote effective communication between staff. Integrate the programme activity offered to Perpetrators with the support offered to Victims within the local domestic abuse service structure; which may be internal or external, ensuring you work closely with those services supporting the partners, ex-partners, new partners, and family members of service users
You will need:
- Excellent understanding of domestic abuse and stalking, including the impact on victims and their children, and the legal and practical remedies available.
- Belief in perpetrator behaviour change.
- Empathy and the ability to support and guide your service users, demonstrating excellent advisory, negotiation & persuasive skills.
- Experience of working directly with perpetrators of domestic abuse in a statutory, voluntary, social or community work setting.
- A good knowledge of effective ways of working/engaging with perpetrators of domestic abuse.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including networking skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with other agencies.
- Ideally a background in Probation, Homelessness or the Police would be advantageous.

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced social worker to join our Central Support & Social Care Team. This is a fully home-based team providing tailored support to children and young people with cancer across the UK, over the phone and via digital channels. The team works alongside our social work teams in hospitals across the UK.
A key remit of the team is to provide support to our hospital-based social work teams during periods of reduced capacity or a spike in referrals. So as well as 17.5 core hours each week, this postholder will be expected to undertake additional hours as and when required. Support carried out for hospital-based teams will also be over the phone or via digital channels - you won't be expected to travel to the hospital site.

About the role:
This role is based at either our Preston or Accrington Office. After six months probation you will be eligible to apply for hybrid working. All travel costs to and from appointments from your office base will be reimbursed.
As a Triage & early Intervention worker you will be:
- Making initial contact assessing and providing information to victims/survivors.
- Providing any immediate safety and support needs for the victims/and their children(s) including safeguarding when required.
- Providing administrative support to our wider team to support them in the delivery of advocacy to victims/survivors of mainly domestic abuse.
- Liaising with the police and other agencies to ensure all relevant information is collected including safe contact numbers and consent from victims/survivors.
- Gathering feedback from service users and collating this into monthly reports and contributing to monitoring information for the service.
- Participating in regular supervisions and reviews.
You will need to:
- Have a good understanding of domestic abuse including the impact of domestic abuse on victims and their children.
- Understand the myths, facts and misconceptions about domestic abuse.
- Understand Safeguarding issues, and the legal responsibilities surrounding these issues.
- Understand the needs of victims/survivors of domestic abuse.
- Understand the effects of trauma and the importance of trauma informed practice.
- Have a good understanding of the Criminal Justice System.
- Have strong crisis management skills and the ability to deal with stressful and difficult situations.
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and advisory skills, both written and verbal when interacting with a range of agencies and individuals.
- Demonstrate the ability to use IT applications competently including, Microsoft Word, Excel etc. and Case Management systems in order to keep accurate records and monitoring your performance.

Lead the development, quality and delivery of Hope After Harm’s training programme in line with the charity’s values, strategic direction, placing victim-survivors and those with lived experienced at the heart of what you do.
Deliver training and consultancy to professionals, organisations and businesses from our set package of training, or by curating and delivering bespoke packages to meet their needs.
Upkeep current training packages, whilst scoping and developing new packages in line with sector need and organisational strategy.

Person Specification
Essential
A thorough understanding of domestic abuse and gender-based violence through a trauma informed and intersectional lens, including the impact and mitigation of vicarious trauma.
Be an experienced, highly skilled trainer with the ability to engage people through remote and in-person delivery.
Experience in managing training programmes, and with an absolute commitment to quality and client satisfaction
Ability to recruit, train and oversee a pool of sessional trainers.
Excellent communication, negotiation and advisory skills, both written and verbal when interacting with a range of agencies and individuals.
Motivate individuals and agencies to move through courses of action and decision-making processes
Knowledge and experience of using CRM’s, such as Hubspot, to track client engagement.
Track record of income generation - creating growth strategies for training programmes, in particular using social media and online sales platforms
Ability to plan and prioritise work effectively and manage projects and multiple deadlines
Skilled user of technology with high literacy of key presenting programmes, video platforms and databases.
Ability to travel for stakeholder meetings and team/organisation away days and deliver training when required (most meetings and contracts are remote)
Be comfortable operating a remote working environment with ability to network internally and externally
Have the flexibility to undertake tasks beyond the job description

We are recruiting a full-time Counselling Services Coordinator to coordinate a trauma-informed counselling service for survivors of sexual violence and rape at our centre in Sale. Our Counselling Service Coordinator will support our team of qualified counsellors whilst they deliver up to 26 free counselling sessions; recruit, induct and hold clinical responsibility for the counsellors and student counsellors; oversee, assess and manage the triage service for new counselling referrals; oversee and facilitate group work and the drop-in; undertake any reporting, data collecting, and analysis of stats related to service; and act as Designated Safeguarding Lead for TRC counselling services.
TRC Sexual Abuse & Rape Support Greater Manchester (TRC) is a feminist charity that supports survivors of sexual violence and rape with trauma-informed services delivered by a passionate team of employees and trained volunteers from the local community. TRC believes survivors, is non-judgmental, confidential and understands the importance of survivors’ advocacy, supporting survivors to rebuild confidence, trust, self-esteem and their lives after rape and/or sexual violence. Location: Homebased with travel within North Wales

Our charity, the Jon Egging Trust, is looking for a highly motivated individual with experience of working with young people, to plan and deliver inspiring teamwork, leadership and employability programmes in North Wales. The role involves liaising with school staff, local partners (including the Military and local businesses) and volunteers to ensure programmes meet the needs of our young people and is supported by the Regional Manager, North Wales.
The successful candidate will be based from home with a requirement to travel to partner schools and business sites in and around Anglesey, Bangor and occasionally along the A55 corridor. Fuel expenses are paid and travel time is included as part of working hours. Working with secondary schools to provide early support programmes, core delivery time is usually within the school working day and during school terms only. All other working hours can be managed with flexibility by the post holder to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed as required.
