The Bridge Renewal Trust, working in partnership with the NHS, are delivering an exciting programme, working with our Enhanced Health Management of People with Long Term Conditions (LTCs) initiative. This is a fantastic opportunity to identify, manage and support adults at risk of developing or living with LTCs in Haringey’s more deprived neighbourhoods through effective Care Navigation and peer support, and additional signposting to community-based services.
As a Care Navigator/ Peer Support Worker, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) led by Whittington Health, to provide assessments, with a particular focus on congestive heart failure (CHF) and cardiovascular disease (CVD). Your role will involve supporting people to adopt healthier lifestyles, enabling them to better manage their long-term conditions and mitigate the impact of these.
A key aspect of this role is directing patients to appropriate services including activities that may help to promote their health, wellbeing and independence across the voluntary and community sector.

XLP is a youth work charity working to create positive futures for young people and at the cutting edge of tackling poverty and educational failure in inner London. We deliver holistic, long-term work with young people aged 11 to 25 in schools and communities.
The Director of People and Operations will be at the forefront of implementing our commitment to excellence as we grow. Having transitioned from a £2m to £3m charity in recent years, growing from 30 to over 60 staff, with all the resulting complexities to teams, systems and processes, this position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop the charity’s HR, finance, workplaces, IT and governance functions, including line management responsibilities. We are looking for an empathic, organised and intuitive wellbeing professional to join our student support team in the Department of Design Engineering.
As one of two part-time student wellbeing advisers in the department, your primary work will be to provide direct one-to-one support for our postgraduate and undergraduate students. This might include conversations about mental health, relationships, sexuality, finance, studies, family issues, neurodiversity, disability, accommodation, bereavement, trauma and other topics.
The role also involves liaising with academic colleagues, signposting students to internal & external provisions, and running occasional group wellbeing initiatives. You will be a part of developing the wellbeing provision and supporting in upskilling academic staff around wellbeing and mental health issues.
The role is part time 0.4 FTE (2 days per week) and is a fixed term contract for 2 years. The role requires 60% (or more) in-person work at our South Kensington campus, with the option to work the remainder from home. There are certain weeks of the year such as welcome week, exam weeks, and coursework deadline periods where in-person working on both days is required.
Duties and responsibilities
You will provide:
Wellbeing advice – you will listen, support and advise students on wellbeing issues they present with. The aim is to provide a safe, confidential, collaborative space for students to discuss whatever is on their mind. This might be a single conversation, short term support or more regular, ongoing check-ins depending on the situation. At times you will signpost students to internal/external services and liaise with appropriate staff as needed.
You will also:
· Run group wellbeing initiatives for students
· Liaise with colleagues regarding students who need extra academic support due to wellbeing issues
· Support necessary students to access Imperial’s Disability Advice Service, and ensure their required adjustments are communicated to the education team
· Contribute to the department’s EDI committee
· Complete record-keeping and administrative duties related to the role
· Use your own insight and initiative to develop the wellbeing provision

Essential requirements
· You will have experience working with students in a further or higher education setting, or working with young adults in another relevant setting (such as a charity, healthcare, mental health, or a counselling/therapeutic setting).
· You will hold a relevant qualification.
· You will have experience of working within relevant professional protocols and policies, including safeguarding, data protection and confidentiality.
· Experience of providing counselling support to individuals and providing staff training would be considered an advantage, as would accreditation from a recognised professional body in the fields of mental health, wellbeing, counselling or psychotherapy (e.g. BACP, UKCP, HCPC, NCS, BABCP) although not essential.

Role Overview
You’ll be leading the Challenge Events team in the delivery of the charities third party event portfolio including the likes of the TCS London Marathon, London Landmarks Half Marathon and The Royal Parks Half Marathon. You’ll work across the wider Fundraising and Marcomms teams, and with external stakeholders and event organisers to lead a team to market and manage a diverse portfolio of third party sporting events across running, cycling, walking, trekking and other disciplines. You will work towards ambitious growth targets and provide an exceptional supporter experience to the 3,500+ supporters the team manage annually. This is a 1 year fixed term contract.
About You
- You’ll be a strong people manager and competent working with multiple stakeholders.

- You will have a passion for event delivery, project management, marketing and excellent supporter experience.
- You’ll have experience of managing third party event portfolios, and have a good understanding of marketing, stewardship and stakeholder liaison.

Challenge Events raise significant income and the team is a crucial part of the Mass Participation department, which sits within public fundraising. The Mass Participation department is also responsible for Owned Events & Products and Virtual Events, raising £6m per year overall.

Purpose of the Post
To ensure the development of a strategic communication, marketing, and engagement strategy for the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector within the Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership. Background
This is an exciting new opportunity to develop a strategic approach to VCSE voice and influence across the Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership to support good population health and health inequality ambitions, specifically relating to healthy minds, healthy children and families and healthy communities. - Strengthen the Sector – through improving the capability of, and address weaknesses in, organisations that directly divert citizens from the statutory health and social care system.
- Activate the Voice and Influence of Citizens and the VCSE Sector to ensure insight and experience of diverse citizens and VCSE organisations inform and support activity which takes pressure off front line health and social care services.
- And will seek out the voices and insight of the most marginalised communities and those of the VCSE organisations that are working with and supporting those groups to achieve the outcome described above. This citizen voice is a key theme to how we make decisions across our place – Bradford District and Craven.

To deliver an effective and friendly local customer facing housing service to residents.
To develop and maintain effective working relationships with Board members, residents and team members and work with council officers and other relevant agencies/services and professionals where required.
Ensuring tenants comply with the terms and conditions of tenancy agreements, particularly as they relate to the payment of rent and former tenant arrears and that leaseholders stay up to date with the payment of service charges. MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
Tenancy Management
1. To carry out detailed and regular monitoring of individual rent accounts, taking appropriate action as set out in CCRMO’s rent arrears policy and procedures.
2. To use initiative and judgement in considering the most effective and appropriate methods to contact tenants such as by telephone, email and home visits.
3. To provide appropriate advice, support and assistance to tenants, including referrals to appropriate support agencies to assist them sustain their tenancies
4. To deal promptly and effectively with all breaches of tenancies, including Anti-Social Behaviour.
5. Prepare possession applications for court hearings and attend court in support of any legal action.
6. Re-let empty properties in line with council/RMO policy, arrange viewings for prospective tenants & allocate property, minimising void turnaround time and loss of revenue.
7. Undertake 6 week settling-in visits and formally review Introductory and Secure Tenancies at appropriate intervals.
8. To conduct regular tenancy audits to enable CCRMO to confirm tenancy and refer suspicious cases to council to investigate
9. Report on key performance targets for rent collection and arrears, voids lettings and tenancy checks.
Leaseholder Service Charges
10. Ensure leaseholders comply with their lease and arrange approvals required under terms of the lease.
11. To carry out detailed and regular monitoring of all leasehold service charge accounts, taking prompt action to recover any arrears.
12. To provide information on service charge collection and arrears against key performance indicators.
13. To provide information to the Estate Director and the council to assist with identifying items to be re-charged to leaseholders in the annual service charge.
Estate management
14. Assist the Estate Director and Estate Supervisor with monthly estate inspections as required.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Neighbourhood Services Officer who understands effective management of neighbourhood services and contractors to join our small, but supportive, Housing & Neighbourhoods Team working on all aspects of Neighbourhood and Estates. It is an interesting and varied role for an engaging, solution-focused person, with a passion for providing smooth running of the neighbourhoods, support and assist residents and work colleagues and someone who wants to add value within an organisation.
You will bring your knowledge and experience of conducting routine inspections of neighbourhoods and coordinate with contractors to schedule and oversee cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance activities, including building maintenance, cleaning, maintenance of communal areas, monitoring CCTV. Through regular inspections and overseeing the work of contractors, you will ensure that health and safety requirements are met. You will maintain records of inspection findings, complaints and corrective actions taken, providing regular reports to management and stakeholders on the status of cleaning and maintenance.
You should be a resilient, professionally curious person, who is enthusiastic about a career in the Social Housing Neighbourhood arena.
You will work closely with the Neighbourhood Services Manager, in a generalist capacity, to support with continuous improvement across all service areas, while helping to support and achieve our organisational objectives.
Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:
- Conduct routine inspections of neighbourhoods to assess cleanliness and maintenance standards, identifying areas in need of attention.
- Be customer centred, welcoming new residents to their neighbourhoods and ensure information is made available on a range of local services.
- Carry out neighbourhood inspections in line with the programme set out by ISHA, such as checking cleaning and gardening meets the required standards.
- Monitor cleaning and gardening services, check cctv systems, lifts, check and test communal lightings, rotate communal bins and litter pick. Undertake visual weekly safety checks on playgrounds and equipment where applicable. Record your findings on our housing management system database.
- Take ownership and responsibility for any service-related complaints/queries from customers ensuring that the customers experience is positive, professional and within set timescales at all times.

This is busy and varied role, so we’re looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, who can adapt to a fast-paced working environment while ensuring consistency, alongside considering and minimising risks, who will play an integral role in estate services and building inspection by monitoring and inspecting against standards and health and safety assessments.
Working closely with our key internal and external stakeholders, you will make recommendations for estate improvements and ensure the better delivery of services to customers. You will ensure health and safety are identified, reported and action as soon as possible.

Cancer52 is a national organisation, created in 2007 by Professor Sir Mike Richards, CBE, then National Clinical Director for Cancer, and registered as a charity in England and Wales in September 2017.
We are an exceptional organisation, providing one voice for all those affected by rare and less common cancers. Historically, these cancers have been underrepresented and under-funded. Today, they represent 47% of people diagnosed with cancer, but 55% of all cancer deaths – a hidden majority. Cancer52’s aim is to change this by taking the collective voice of our members to those who influence cancer policy, research, services and treatment.
Cancer52 is recognised for its strong convening role, bringing together our 115 member charities with organisations in industry, government, the NHS and other stakeholders to address the inequalities faced by patients with rare and less common cancers. Our reputation is strong and we are in a unique position to provide a common voice for these underrepresented cancers. The figures for people with these cancers are challenging and there is much work to do.
After a hugely successful tenure during which Cancer52’s size and influence has grown dramatically, our current CEO is retiring from full time work in July. The Board of Trustees is now seeking to appoint a successor to build on the successes and achievements of recent years.
To be our next Chief Executive, you will be a talented leader, able to motivate and empower others and develop strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated HR Systems Project & Implementation Manager to join a busy, friendly, supportive, HR team. You will be responsible for the implementation of our clients new HR Core, Onboarding and Payroll systems, designing, configuring and testing of processes for seamless transition to the new HR system.
This is an important role for the Trust, and a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to deliver all three systems on time and in line with requirements.
With proven technical expertise in HR technology implementation, configuration and data management (preferably IRIS Cascade), you will collaborate with HR subject matter experts to create streamlined workflow automation process maps to maximise efficiency and minimise disruption to users. You will possess proven project management skills in system implementation, together with a sound knowledge of HR policy, processes and procedures and how these adapt to workflows in the system.
A strong communicator, you will be able to convey complex information to diverse audiences, together with experience of collaborating with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the business, as well as external system providers. You need to have experience of project management methodology to track progress and writing highlight reports for senior management. You will also have sound experience of payroll systems, preferably IRIS Cascade.
As well as advanced proficiency in IT and excellent MS Office skills, you will also possess an enquiring mind to identify user requirements together with strong organisational and time management skills.
You will be CIPD qualified and ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management Information Systems, or Data Analytics but this is not essential.
This is a hybrid role. Thrir modern office is based in Birmingham, and you will need to be flexible on the days you attend per week.

Our highly committed Regional Casework Coordinators are SSAFA’s front line of support for members of the armed forces community in need. They are the first point of contact for all beneficiaries into the North East England & Yorkshire Regional Office, assessing needs and allocating the case to one of our volunteer caseworkers.
You will sometimes handle complex problems from individuals who may be distressed, identifying the presenting and potential underlying needs to determine the best way to support the beneficiary. You will have ownership of cases from beginning to end, coordinating the casework process in a timely manner and ensure that the beneficiary journey is at the centre of the Service. You will have the opportunity to shape processes and procedures within the office which will lead to improvements in the service offered to clients.
To help you establish yourself in this new post you will receive excellent training and induction to SSAFA.
Whilst the post is homebased, to be eligible for this role you are required to live in the North East England or Yorkshire region, which includes North, South, East and West Yorkshire, Teesside, County Durham, Tyne & Wear and Northumberland. There will be occasional travel around these areas and you may be required to travel at short notice for face to face meetings.
The post is part time, three days per week, working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays.
About the team
The team works remotely and prides itself in maintaining a close working bond which ensures the smooth operation of the office. You will work closely with volunteers from the eight SSAFA branches in these regions, supporting them to administer casework for SSAFA beneficiaries. The wider support team includes a Casework Manager and a Regional Operations Manager.
About you
To carry out this role successfully you will have a track record of providing welfare advice in key areas such as, housing benefits, debt, disability, mobility or immigration issues. You will have knowledge of safeguarding and GDPR, along with experience in dealing with sensitive information and people in vulnerable situations. You will be able to provide excellent customer service by telephone, e-mail and face to face. You will have used Microsoft Office 365 to a high standard. It is important that you have experience of planning and managing your own workload, with minimal supervision.
It would be advantageous if you have an understanding of the way of life for today’s Armed Forces, veterans and their families, along with supporting volunteers. An understanding of the voluntary sector and preferably the military charity sector landscape across the North East & Yorkshire would be valuable.
