We are looking for a part time Information & Advocacy Community Support Worker in Scotland. You will be home based living in the North of Scotland.
You will ensure that service users (children and adults) and their families, receive high quality support, from the point of diagnosis and throughout their journey, and will assist them to access funding, equipment and care and support that they are entitled to. About the role
The Legal Clinic Administrator will work under the Legal Clinic Manager and be expected to provide administrative support in a varied and demanding environment.
A key function will be the day-to-day administration and promotion of the Legal Clinic. The Supported Housing Operations Manager (Homelessness) will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of several supported housing schemes designed for individuals experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantages. This role is critical in ensuring that the services provided are psychologically and trauma-informed, aligned with the Making Every Adult Matter (MEAM) principle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the performance and management of services, including supported housing and community-based outreach/support services.

- Adhering to policy/procedures, health & safety, and risk management protocols.

Working professionally and collaboratively with senior management and colleagues across the organisation as well as external stakeholders to ensure the CEO is well prepared for all engagements and that tasks are completed to a high standard and on time.
Maintaining absolute confidentiality wherever appropriate due to the nature of information flowing in and out of the CEO’s office. You will assist the EA to provide support to the Board. In addition, to provide administrative support for Board meetings, circulating papers to trustees in a timely manner and to also attend Board meetings to assist with minute-taking.
You will cultivate professional relationships with colleagues and a range of external contacts and stakeholders. Calls, enquiries, requests are scrutinised and delegated where appropriate to senior managers/colleagues. You will also Procure value for money items and utilise systems, processes and procedures appropriately.
Primarily you will work closely with the Head of Governance to assist with the effective and efficient functioning of the board and it’s three committees; Audit & Risk, Resources, and Remuneration, Nomination & Governance.
You will also provide support to the wider CEO Office team, working with the Personal Assistant to ensure the smooth running of all CEO Office operations.
