About the role:
As a Caseworker, you will play a vital role in providing high quality, end-to-end support to victims of anti-social behaviour to cope and recover. You will be responsible for establishing contact with the person to assess the impact of the anti-social behaviour and provide them with appropriate information and support. As the needs and experiences of our clients are wide-ranging, the support you will provide will range from brief interventions over the telephone to longer term 1:1 and telephone based support.
You will be working from home however regular travel will be required to work across Avon & Somerset. You may at times be asked to support cases across Dorset and Hampshire.
You will have the skills to provide effective crisis intervention, carry out risk assessments, safety planning, assessment of needs and individual support planning. You should have demonstrable experience of working in a similar setting or position. An ability to work independently and prioritise a busy workload is essential.

About the Role
Club Managers are crucial members of the delivery team, responsible for an exciting programme of activities for their given area. As Senior Club Manager, you will work across all Youth Zone sessions and have lead responsibility for:

About You
We are looking for a Senior Club Manager with a relevant qualification or strong demonstrable experience in Youth Work. You will have evidence of ongoing professional development (for example safeguarding, health and safety, management)

- Working with young people aged 13 to 19 (up to 25 for those with additional needs) in a range of settings
- Engaging vulnerable, disengaged or hard to reach young people in activities in-line with relevant guidance and good practice
- Managing a team of staff, ideally including volunteers

You will be extracting meaningful information, producing reports and dashboards to deadlines, providing training and support to colleagues across the international organisation. This is a technical role and someone with experience of Sightsavers key thematic areas of eye health, education, social inclusion and NTDs would be particularly of interest.

Surrounded by 12 acres of beautiful woodland garden St Joseph's hospice cares for around 200 patients, and their families, every year from across a diverse geographical area, which includes Sefton, Liverpool and West Lancashire.

All of the invaluable services the hospice provides, which include bereavement services, are entirely free of charge to patients and their families despite costing around £10k per day to run, so the hospice is largely dependent on fundraised income.
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Community & Events Fundraiser to join the ambitious and dedicated Fundraising Team at the hospice.
The Role
As a Community & Events Fundraiser you will be responsible for developing and implementing a programme of vibrant, commercially successful fundraising events. Duties will include:
- Managing community fundraising and building relationships with donors to maximise income.
- Recruiting and managing the Fundraising volunteers.
- Supporting the Income & Business Development Manager in delivering the annual objectives and targets.
- Attending third party fundraising events to offer support and promote the hospice within the community
The Person

Primary job functions and key accountabilities
- Representing the sector and wider Association at meetings, conferences, exhibitions etc. and making presentations on the work of the Association and the interests of members.
- Ensuring the effective working of the sector forum, including organising and taking minutes of the Biogas forum meetings (held at least quarterly) and Steering Groups for Biogas and separately Hydrogen and landfill gas.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, other forums and, where appropriate, other stakeholders to strengthen the sector’s influence. This includes working on industry-wide campaigns.

About the role:
As an ISVA you will provide ongoing continuity, advocacy and impartial advice and information to all survivors accessing our service. You will be confident in offering advice such as reporting to the police, accessing Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) services, and specialist support such as pre-trial therapy and sexual violence counselling.
You will conduct risk assessments and analyse the specific needs of clients who have suffered sexual violence. Your expertise in this area will enable you to develop individual service plans that address these risks and needs. You will have a proven track record of working with high and complex caseloads and have demonstrated resilience in your professional life, enabling you to work effectively under pressure. You will have extensive experience working with vulnerable clients and possess the skills to maintain professional boundaries and promote empowerment to survivors, rather than fostering reliance on support. You will also be adept at working in a trauma-informed manner, acknowledging that trauma can impact individuals in different ways, and offering support with this as a priority. As an advocate for sexual violence survivors/victims, you will work to promote their confidence, resilience, and empowerment both within and outside of the criminal justice system.
You will provide non-therapeutic support to victims/survivors. This will be delivered face-to-face or via telephone, text and/or email based on the preferences of the client. To build links with services across West Yorkshire to ensure wrap-around support is available.
You will offer guidance and support to clients in navigating the criminal justice process while ensuring their rights are protected in accordance with the Victims Code of Practice. You will be able to explain legal, criminal, and civil remedies to clients as necessary. You will provide victims with access to resources and support to help them through the criminal justice process.

About the Role

- Engaging vulnerable, disengaged or hard to reach young people in activities in-line with relevant guidance and good practice.

Bank Support Workers will provide support to customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet the assessed needs of the customers of the service. They will work with customers to promote social inclusion and alongside other members of the team to promote independent living, encouraging customers to maximise their skills and choices. Within Learning Disability services, this will include providing physical, domestic, emotional and social care. Within Mental Health and Homelessness services they will enable vulnerable people living in a variety of different tenures to manage their tenancies/ licences and move towards greater independence within the community by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package. While carrying out activities, Bank Support Workers should deal with all customers, visitors and staff in a professional and appropriate manner and report to Look Ahead staff and management any observations relating to customers' welfare.
