This role will add capacity to our current Admin Team, supporting the organisation with increased demand around finance, admin and resources. You will work as part of a small, yet critical team to ensure the organisation and our services run smoothly. You should be well organised, a great communicator, and experienced in or willing to learn financial procedures.
This is an entry-level role. You do not need significant prior experience. We are looking for someone open to learning new skills, passionate about our mission, and willing to get stuck in to support the wider team.
The role is based at our day centre in Camden.

About the Role
As the Durham Service Manager you will oversee the successful operation of supported accommodation providing an assessment, support and move on service to young people at risk of homelessness – creating a safe and engaging environment that individuals feel proud to call home.
You will work across the Bishop Auckland Supported Accommodation service and the Dispersed Accommodation service based in Tow Law managing a team of Progression Coaches, Night Progression Coaches and Outreach Workers. You will support and guide the team in providing targeted support for clients and take responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of all young people, volunteers, staff and the building in the service. Additionally, you will ensure the service meets all the relevant regulatory and quality standards, including compliance with Ofsted requirements to maintain the highest level of care and support.
Key responsibilities include:
• Build and maintain local relationships with commissioners, stakeholders, and delivery partners, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Oversee building safety through regular risk assessments, health and safety checks, and compliance with Depaul policies.

Senior Trusts Fundraising Officer – Maternity Cover

The Vacancy
The Programme Officer will work within the Conflict Advisory Unit (CAU). The CAU provides high-quality advisory and technical support to a range of aid actors across the humanitarian, development and peacebuilding sectors, including donor institutions, UN agencies, international and national NGOs, civil society organisations, financial institutions and the private sector to integrate conflict sensitivity principles and practices into their strategies, policies, and programmes. Conservation Collective (CC) funds solutions to protect the environment, restore nature, and safeguard against climate change. The CC UK charity incubates, launches, and supports locally focused foundations, which open new funding channels to support the most impactful environmental grassroots projects. Our network comprises 20 members based all over the world and is growing.
We manage and monitor our donor relations, grant giving governance, contacts, and event activities, via a bespoke and customised salesforce system. This was launched in early 2022, and has been developed and configured to meet our growing needs since then.
As the demand for our model increases around the world, we need a highly capable Salesforce and data administrator to support us to ensure our system is well managed, users are trained, and we can create accurate reports for our donors and other audiences. We’re looking for someone who can not only ensure that the existing system works well and is well managed, but who can identify opportunities for improvement and help us generate high-quality reports from the system to help us to raise more funding to support grassroots conservation work.

About The Role
As a Ubele Programme Coordinator, you will be a member of the Community Wealth Building hub supporting the programme manager by overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating learning programmes, communicating with our partners ensuring resource availability for the project team from project inception to completion.
Main duties and responsibilities
1. Programme Coordination & Collaboration
Collaborate with the CWB Director and Agbero Programme Manager to coordinate the delivery of learning and training within Agbero2100.
