About the role

This role supports the Global Talent and Learning team by delivering global talent development initiatives, maintaining learning management and performance management technologies, and creatively leading team branding, intranet, and social media communication campaigns. The position involves administrative support, the development of training materials, managing the global training calendar, and assisting with events and projects.

About you

The ideal candidate will have graduate qualifications or equivalent experience, strong personal presence and credibility, and the ability to improve business processes and systems. Proficiency in MS Office, understanding of databases and learning management systems, basic project management skills, excellent oral communication, and relationship-building skills are essential. About the Role

The Street Engagement Team is a multi-disciplinary team that provides person-led support to people experiencing street homelessness and interconnecting needs.

A day in this role is never the same – part of it will be spent on the street, offering support to people experiencing homelessness. You might be out with another member of the team, or with one of our specialist health partners like a homeless health nurse, or substance use worker.

You will also be supporting the Enhanced Practitioners with their caseloads day-to-day, responding to ad-hoc outreach referrals, and contributing to the overall running of the team in a duty capacity.

The Finance Manager will run The Peel’s accounts and financial operations, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and providing essential financial information, insight, and advice to support the organisation’s development and decision-making.

This is a key role within a developing and ambitious organisation that makes a significant difference in the local community. The role is part-time and initially on a 12-month, fixed-term basis, with the potential for extension and transitioning to a permanent contract.
