This is a field working role where you will work from home and the community in the Southampton and Portsmouth area. FTWW: Fair Treatment for the Women of Wales is the only patient-led charity and disabled people’s organisation in Wales dedicated to achieving health equality for women, girls, and people registered female at birth.
Our Vision is for a Wales where everybody’s right to good health and wellbeing is respected and fulfilled, with everyone able to access the healthcare they need, when they need it, and without barriers.
The role of Volunteer Coordinator is a new one for FTWW. Our successful candidate will ensure members are supported and equipped to participate in engagement activities which broaden the reach of the organisation and increase awareness of the wider community’s health and wellbeing needs. You will be key to our small, dedicated team, making sure FTWW is well set-up to maintain and grow its volunteering activity.

Your new company
You will be working for a large faith-based organisation based in Central London. Although it is a religious charity, individuals from all backgrounds and faiths are welcome.
This is a permanent position that is Hybrid with 2/3 days in the office per week. Working hours are flexible and core hours are between 10-4.
Your new role
- Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance and working closely alongside the Finance Systems Analyst.
- Assist with managing and maintaining financial systems and financial related software applications. These include Access Dimensions and focal point, Donor Strategy, budgeting tools and financial reporting platforms.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of financial systems, troubleshooting technical issues and supporting finance teams.
- Assist with resolving system-related queries from users as well as provide user training and documentation across the finance department.
- Assist in developing and maintaining standardised financial reporting templates, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
What you'll need to succeed
- Hold an IT or equivalent degree / qualification or experience and well-developed knowledge of IT and Financial Systems.
- Demonstrated finance software experience. Specifically, experience using Power BI, Power Query or other Microsoft applications.
- Experience / knowledge of SQL and data integration techniques.
- Familiarity with database management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot system-related issues and accounting imbalances.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- The ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.

Job Context
YMCA England & Wales is the national body of the YMCA in England & Wales, supporting, developing and representing just over 100 local YMCA’s, ranging from small community based organisations to nationally relevant specialists.
Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to ensure that YMCA England & Wales is able to mobilise the public, our federation, external organisations and young people to support our campaigns calling for political or social changes to improve the lives of young people across the country. This will include building relationships with local YMCAs and young people to ensure our work is informed and driven by those we represent, creating advocacy actions for them and the public to engage with and giving our young people a platform for their voices to be heard.
Scope and Limits of Authority:
The Campaigns Officer will report into the Public Affairs and Campaigns Manager. The post will have no line management or formal budgetary responsibilities.
The post holder must operate at all times in accordance with the approved policies and procedures of YMCA England & Wales and act in accordance with the values and ethos of the organisation as outlined in the Code of Conduct. In addition all employees must adhere to the performance management processes and systems approved by the Board of Trustees.
The post holder will support the Safeguarding, health and well-being and safety of staff, volunteers and supporters we work with, some of whom may be classed as vulnerable people or adults at risk. Areas of responsibility
● Contribute to the development of YMCA England & Wales’ national campaigns strategies.
● Project manage and deliver the public mobilisation elements of our campaigns and influencing strategies.
● Create online actions to support the campaign strategy on Engaging Networks, our advocacy software, from petitions to emails to MP.
● Lead the content and development of our online campaigns community, ensuring that they are active and engaged on the issues we are working on.
● Create and develop campaign materials such as videos, images and toolkits - including the recruitment, curation and stewardship of our case studies.
● Manage the production process of campaign materials from copywriting and design to printing and delivery.
● Engage with local YMCAs to ensure that they are active in supporting our campaigns.
● Develop materials, training and deliver one-to-one support to local YMCAs to engage in our campaigns.
● Manage the recruitment and onboarding of our YMCA Youth Ambassadors.
● Plan, deliver and evaluate a programme of training and activity throughout the year for Youth Ambassadors, including an annual residential.
● Ensure the voice of young people is central to our campaigns.

The Junction is an out of hours service, open 365 evenings a year, to support and assist individuals experiencing a mental health concern. The aim is to alleviate the need for people in the Swindon locality to access A&E acute mental health services and primary care GP services unnecessarily by managing the presenting symptoms/mental health crisis along with the triggers and context for that crisis.
As a Wellbeing Practitioner, you will be providing a preventative, person centred approach to people accessing the service who may be experiencing a mental health crisis.
The service is open from 4PM-11PM, 365 days a year so this position will include some weekends.

We are recruiting an interim Grants Operations and Data Manager, responsible for the systems, processes and data that contribute to the smooth running of the Foundation’s funding programmes.
The Rothschild Foundation delivers funding programmes both locally, in its home county of Buckinghamshire, and nationally, across England. Our areas of interest are Arts and Culture and Regenerative Food and Farming, where we make a number of multi-year investments each year, as well as operating a Community Fund which provides small grants to support local communities.
This is an exciting time to join the Grants Team. We have begun to refine our approach to our local funding through a Theory of Change process, involving local stakeholders in developing our intended outcomes. Following a review of our food and farming activity, we are developing a rejuvenated Regenerative Food and Farming strategy for our national activity in spring 2024. We have recently begun to develop our evaluation and learning processes.
We are lucky to call the beautiful Waddesdon Estate our home, operating from an office based on the Estate. Our grant-making is inspired by the art collection and buildings of Waddesdon Manor and the natural environment and farming practice of the Waddesdon Estate. We develop close working relationships with our grantees, often using our spaces and our cultural and environmental assets to support their work.
We offer hybrid working with some home-working, with Wednesday a dedicated day with the department all in the office.

Specific Duties Include
Systems and IT:
- Management of grants database (Blackbaud Grantmaking) including maintenance, auditing and system updates.
- Development of the database including external portal to improve user experience.
- Management and creation of online grant application and reporting forms with associated grantee correspondence and staff management dashboards.
- Working closely with IT and Records Management to structure and maintain the Grants Team’s SharePoint site and shared drives.
Finance:
- Develop, manage and maintain reporting systems to enable effective financial reporting.
- Develop and implement robust due diligence processes for all stages of grant making.
- Oversee grant payment requests and instructions, liaising with Accounts department to ensure payments are made on time and in accordance with grant agreements.
- Liaison with the Accounts department to prepare year end grants reports for statutory accounts and external auditing.
Data and Learning:
- Management and development of systems for collating and organising quantitative and qualitative data to meet evaluation and learning needs.
- Data analysis including creation of infographics and data visualisation.
- Liaison with external partners on systems for collating, organising and sharing data in accordance with current data regulation.
- Supporting the Buckinghamshire Data Exchange (BDEx) by providing data updates and contributing to project effectiveness.
- Ensuring regular grant data updates to the 360 Giving portal are made
Communications:
- Management of the RF website including updates, content creation and liaising with website developers.
- Review of website content to ensure alignment with accessibility guidelines.
- Management of the RF’s social media presence including LinkedIn profile and MailChimp newsletter.
- Assist in production of the RF’s publications, such as Annual Review.
Line Management:
- Line management responsibility of the Grants Officer role.
Administration:
- Manage and improve administrative processes and procedures.
- Preparation of Committee and Trustee papers.
- Minute taking (if required).
- Support where needed in planning and organising logistics for events, in collaboration with Waddesdon’s Private Events and Operational Teams where appropriate.
The role would suit people who have:
- Experience of managing databases, including some experience of grant-making software. We use Blackbaud and training can be provided.
- Experience of share drives and Microsoft office.
- Experience of developing processes for data collection and analysis, including infographics.
- Some financial accounting experience. Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail is a must.
- Strong project management skills.
- Confident and articulate communication, both verbal and written.
- Initiative and are able to work independently, sometimes under pressure.
- An enjoyment of collaborative teamworking.
- Flexibility in approaching new areas with confidence and creativity.
- Access to a car and a clean driving license

As CTA's Business Development Manager, your role involves increasing the uptake of MiDAS training and growing CTA membership. Job Summary
CAAS provide an ADHD and Autism Support Service for the 8 boroughs of NW London, from our base in Eastcote, with a team of Support Workers. Our work includes offering information, advice, and support to ADHD / autistic people, their families, and professionals in NW London, with the aim of improving quality of life and developing neurodiverse-aware communities. Some of the support is offered through one2one meetings, some of the support is provided through groups and courses which aim to increase understanding and awareness, and provide opportunities for peer support, and some of the support is offered through training and workshops to educate professionals and drive for accommodations to be made to services to allow greater access for our client group.
As Finance Manager you will report to and work closely with the Finance Director and have responsibility for the operational delivery of the finance, resource, monitoring, HR and contracting work streams within the charity. The role sits within the management group at CAAS, alongside the Youth, Adult and Family Service managers and the Client Programmes Director and manages the Finance and Monitoring Assistant and the Office Assistant.
The Finance Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the infrastructure and operational delivery at the charity are effective for the more than 30 staff we employ, and the more than 11,000 instances of support we provide each year. Financial Planning, Management and Reporting

You will be required to also provide administrative and secretarial support to the Private Service, it’s clinicians, clientele and management.

About the role
The Senior People Advisor works within the People and Culture team to provide staff with advisory support across the whole employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding and ongoing HR support, which reflects and highlights our organisational culture and values. Would you like to be part of an exciting collaboration that aims to empower young women and girls aged 16–25 years, helping them to build their confidence and self-esteem?
Woman’s Trust are part of the Maia & Lift project, funded by the London Violence and Reduction Unit to do just that. Join us to provide therapeutic and mental health support to young women and girls, helping to improve the support that is out there for them.
We are looking for a Young Women & Girls Groupworker to deliver psycho-educational workshops to young women and girls, including engagement with service users prior to and, at times, following the workshops and providing information and support to enable increased engagement in the project. You will also offer a short-term counselling service for clients on the Woman’s Trust counselling waiting list following a person-centred approach, as well as the provision of some initial assessments.
This is a part-time (21 hours per week), fixed-term contract for 18 months starting from September 2024, subject to availability of funding and review.
