Our Brand and Marketing team is looking for a proactive, creative and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Marketing Executive for a six-month contract.
You will create and publish engaging content across The Trust’s website, emails and social media channels. You’ll also be responsible for executing campaigns and initiatives to raise vital funds that help support young people, as well as raise awareness of our work to attract more young people onto our programmes. for reporting.
This role is perfect for you if you have experience in traditional and digital marketing, use social media platforms for organic and paid activity and can use analytics platforms for reporting.

As a Youth Development Lead – Enterprise, your mission is to be the driving force behind young entrepreneurs' success stories. The Enterprise programme’s aim is to support young people interested in self-employment to explore and test their ideas, write business plans and start their own businesses or achieve alternative outcomes in education, training, volunteering or work.
You'll be the guiding light for a caseload of young people, helping them successfully launch their business ideas and work towards those vital business start targets. We also won’t have you sitting still as travel will be required, exploring your local area to assist in the programme delivery of our Exploring Enterprise course as needed. The delivery can be a mix of online, in-centre or out in the community.
Crafting robust and viable business plans will be your forte. Cash flow forecasts, personal survival budgets, and sector-specific insights are all part of your toolkit. Plus, your knack for providing positive and constructive feedback will help these ideas flourish. Funding applications? You've got it covered!

We are searching for a motivated, highly experienced Relationship & Account Manager to support our Business Development Team in establishing and maintaining positive relations with the Local Citizens Advice Network, business partners and other external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a goal oriented strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to build relationships with customers and develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
We are seeking a candidate with at least two years experience in a Client Relationship Manager role, or similar and who has the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. If you have a demonstrable track record in networking, building successful relationships, persuading and influencing strategic and operational stakeholders you may just be the person we’re looking for!

Eccles, Salford
The purpose of the post is to work with a wide range of partners and volunteers to build active, more connected and resilient communities within the city of Salford. This includes recruiting, training and supporting volunteers and VCSE organisations to engage in civil contingencies and humanitarian responses within the city, and more broadly supporting the development of our volunteering work across multiple services.
Salford CVS delivers a range of projects and services that build resilient communities and encourage local people to be active citizens.
The postholder will primarily work on our Volunteering and Emergency Response activity, including the development and delivery of Salford CVS’s own volunteering programmes. We anticipate that, while it will fluctuate throughout the year, the postholder will spend roughly half their time on Emergency Response related work, and half their time on volunteering related work (although both areas overlap).
Overall, we are looking for someone who:
- Can work at various levels, including operationally on the ground
- Is willing to be flexible and able to work outside office hours when we are called to respond to emergencies
- Enjoys and is good at coordinating and multi-tasking in a sometimes-challenging working environment
- Enjoys proactively developing things, bringing new ideas to the table
- Will enjoy working within a team of dedicated, friendly people who believe in making a difference
- Will engage and build relationships with our volunteers, VCSE organisations and partners to further develop our work
