Acting as a functional consultant and product owner, you'll ensure the system supports teams to work smarter and more efficiently.

You’ll also manage our external CRM supplier relationship, lead system improvements, and help build a digital-first culture that enables growth and strong user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for all things Dynamics 365 and Portal-related.

• Own the CRM service desk—your ability to prioritise tasks will directly impact how smoothly teams across the charity operate.

• Liaise with external suppliers to ensure a high-quality service for users.

Experience, Skills & Experience we're after

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365; certifications a bonus.

• Experience supporting portals (Umbraco familiarity is desirable).

• Skilled in configuring Dynamics 365 and using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).

• Experience delivering Agile projects.

• Proven success as a product owner or functional consultant.

• Understanding of GDPR and data protection compliance.

• Strong grasp of Infosec and Microsoft 365 architecture.

• Experience handling first and second-line operational issues.

• Confident working with stakeholders at all levels.

• Solid customer service and relationship-building track record.

• Experience with strategy development or project management is a plus.

The charity shall shortly begin the discovery phase of its CRM project, to deliver its future Dynamics 365 CRM.  The new Dynamics 365 CRM will be at the heart of the charity’s success, to deliver excellent supporter data quality for its fundraising and communication campaigns to supporters. 

Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, and collaborating closely with the Head of IT, CRM Project Manager and Data Analyst, the CRM Officer shall be a vital and visible role, fundamental to the charity’s fundraising success, to further its vision of a world where every horse is treated with respect, compassion and understanding.

Through your proven Dynamics 365 CRM skills and experience, you will also lead on the charity’s CRM business processes and data quality, collaborating with fundraising, communications, IT and finance stakeholders, colleagues and third party suppliers.

Location

What is a Portfolio Delivery Test Lead?

As Portfolio Delivery Test Lead (a new role to MSIUK) you will oversee testing and lead the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for all new MSI UK system deployments, responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing UAT to ensure that the solution meets business requirements and is ready for deployment.

You will work closely with the Project Managers, Products team, Business Intelligence team, Digital, IT teams, Governance, Contact Centre, Clinical colleagues and Operations, Clinical Safety, UK Learning & Development team, Global Information Services and all colleagues across the business

The objective of this role is to ensure any DDaT deployment to the business is fit for purpose, fully tested and accepted by the business to improve the client journey with MSI UK, on small pathway changes to larger projects alongside process improvements to enhance the client experience and overall business.  The role will support other teams in DDaT such as test and release or regression testing with the Product team.

We are looking for an exceptional Advocacy Manager to work within our Policy and Strategic Partnerships team.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic international charity that shared the 1997 Nobel Peace-Prize.

You will be working with the Director of Policy and Strategic Partnerships in the development and delivery of MAG’s advocacy work, including leadership of MAG’s UK parliamentary engagement, and contribution to the European and US engagement strategies.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of engaging and influencing UK parliamentarians, including the House of Commons and House of Lords, in support of advocacy objectives through a variety of tactics. About the Role:

As a Senior Events Manager, you'll lead the growth and delivery of British Heart Foundation's (BHF) iconic London to Brighton Bike Ride.

You'll guide a dedicated team to ensure comprehensive delivery from inception to completion, identifying strategic opportunities for improvement, growth, and innovation based on data and insights. By collaborating with stakeholders, you'll optimize reach, quality, and ROI to support life-saving research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning and execution of the London to Brighton Bike Ride, collaborating with partners for success.
• Identify and leverage data-driven opportunities while implementing growth strategies.
• Manage budgets, achieve income targets, and provide financial reports and forecasts, utilizing insights to deliver objectives, KPIs, and contingency plans.
• Develop and deliver an outstanding supporter experience and maximise income via strategically developed supporter journeys.

About You:

As our ideal candidate, you'll have significant experience in growing major events and products, with a proven track record in managing and delivering mass participation events, both digital and physical, preferably within a fundraising capacity. You should have a comprehensive understanding of marketing and a background in working within leadership and/or management teams.

You will have extensive knowledge of diverse fundraising activities, event methods, and principles, coupled with the ability to successfully manage and develop a varied product portfolio. You have experience leveraging customer, market, and financial data to drive innovation and sustained growth, as well as experience managing significant budgets.

A highly numerate strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, you'll have a solid background in commercial project management, delivering on objectives while remaining agile and responsive to internal and external influences.

With excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, you'll be able to collaborate effectively with key internal stakeholders in a complex organisation and external agencies. As a motivational leader and a member of the Events Senior Management Team, you will coach, inspire, and foster the development of your team. 

Working arrangements 

This is a fixed term contract until Aug 2026 covering family leave.

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London Office (NW1 7AW) .  There will be a requirement for flexible out of hours working to support evening and weekend activity. You will be compensated for this with time off in lieu.

At the BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average.  The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. • Experience of managing an expenditure budget of £1.5m

The Head of Mass Participation Fundraising is responsible for overseeing our mass fundraising team. Leading the Events, Community and Individual Giving teams to maximise income and to introduce and lead on a new and exciting mass participation programme. Developing outstanding supporter relationships and delivering long-term sustainable income through innovative, audience led fundraising.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES  

Specific Duties 

Leadership

• To lead and inspire the Mass Participation team fostering a collaborative and high performing culture that delivers against income and objectives
• Provide clear and supportive leadership that motivates staff to achieve, develop and grow in their roles
• Undertake quarterly reviews for all direct reports

Mass Participation Fundraising

• Lead the development of all fundraising products, propositions and community and events, to effectively acquire and engage our mass audience target markets
• Use innovation and donor and market research to help define and shape Winston Wish’s Mass fundraising offer
• Lead the development of a robust lottery programme
• Work collaboratively with the Director of Income Generation to develop an approach to Gifts in Wills and legacy marketing
• Maximise income, by overseeing the development of key income sources, including community, challenge events, in memoriam and regular giving programmes
• Drive an innovation-focused culture, constantly evolving our product offerings to expand the charity’s reach and impact
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on sector and market trends, the legal environment impacting on public fundraising and ensure compliance with standards determined by Fundraising Regulator
• Lead on the development and execution of acquisition strategies to meet agreed targets
• Lead on the development and execution of retention, conversion and upgrade strategies to ensure donor LTV and sustainable income

Strategy, Planning and reporting

• Develop and execute bold strategies to grow the charity’s mass participation portfolio, optimising supporter journey and maximising income generation
• Work with the Director of Income Generation and the Head of Mass Participation Fundraising to develop the annual budget, including leading on monthly performance reports and contributing to quarterly reforecasts and reporting against KPI’s and milestones
• Oversee the development of supporter journeys and stewardship of all mass audiences and key community relationships to maximise retention and ensure long-term income growth

Collaboration

• In collaboration with the Marketing Communications team, oversee the development of compelling integrated fundraising acquisition and engagement plans
• Liaise with trustees’ internal stakeholders to develop Mass fundraising activity, and contribute to reporting for trustees and SLT as required
• Manage key agency relationships to deliver successful fundraising
