· Provide digital support for online and onsite events e.g., Synod and ReNew events.
· Produce regular social media analytics and insights, including identifying trends from social media feedback, sharing results with key stakeholders, and using findings to inform future activity.
· Contribute to mission team project planning and idea formation and speak into the broader digital connexional work where appropriate.

The Digital Campaigns Manager will play a crucial role in driving supporter engagement, fundraising, and brand awareness through the planning, execution, and analysis of effective digital marketing campaigns. They will work closely with the Senior Digital Channel Manager to ensure campaigns are aligned with ARUK's overarching goals and deliver optimal results.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
· Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyse in-house digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid online advertising, social media marketing, and other relevant digital platforms.
· Campaign Calendar: Own and manage the digital campaigns calendar, ensuring effective coordination and scheduling of all digital marketing activities.

· Creative Development: Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to develop compelling and effective campaign assets.
· Campaign Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform optimisation and future strategies.
Strategic Support:
· Agency Management: Support the Senior Digital Channel Manager in managing relationships with media agencies and platform suppliers, ensuring optimal digital marketing support for outsourced campaigns.
· Budget Stewardship: Responsible for advocating for budget to be invested in a holistic way across key channels, such as paid search to maximise income, action and influence.
· Campaign Integration: Contribute to the development and implementation of a holistic digital marketing strategy, ensuring campaigns are integrated and aligned with ARUK's overall goals.
· Data-Informed Decision Making: Champion a data-informed approach, utilising analytics and insights to inform campaign planning, execution, and optimisation.
· Additional Responsibilities:
· Trend Monitoring: Stay current on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
· Innovation: Explore and test new digital channels and technologies to expand ARUK's reach and engagement.

· Proven experience in digital marketing campaign planning and execution, with a track record of delivering successful campaigns.

Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

The Role
The North West England Methodist District (NWED) is seeking to appoint a Digital Enabler. The role is home-based, with travel throughout the District. The Digital Enabler will facilitate the effective participation by all members in the life of the Church in the North West England District by supporting stakeholders at all levels to facilitate digital evangelism and building and maintaining the District’s online presence.

NWED came to being in September 2024 following the joining together of a number of Methodist Districts. We cover the geographical area of Cumbria, Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, and parts of Cheshire and Derbyshire. Within this are inner city, industrial, post-industrial, suburban, and rural areas – no two towns are the same.
The District embraces a rich breadth and variety of theological perspectives and worship styles. A range of fresh expressions of Church (messy church, café church, arts-based projects, digital spaces etc.) are nurtured without neglecting the other, more traditional, expressions and all are equally valued.
We exist primarily to advance the mission of the Methodist Church in our District by supporting churches and circuits (a circuit is a group of churches served by a team, including one or more ministers). The District seeks to support each circuit and church to meet the needs of their members and the communities in which they serve, offering opportunities to worship, work and learn together.

About the role

Responsibilities and Person Specification:
The Media Communications Manager is responsible for overseeing Independent Age’s media communications programme, including media and PR, social media, celebrities and stories. They will lead the team to secure profile-raising coverage for our work in a range of print, online and broadcast media outlets including national news, consumer, sector-specific, and regional titles, oversee our organic social media and ensure our channels amplify our work and reach older people, decision makers and other influential stakeholders.
The Media Communications Manager will build excellent relationships with older people with lived experience of poverty, ensuring the voices of older people in financial hardship are at the centre of everything we do. They will also grow the organisations relationships with journalists, channel owners, celebrities, ambassadors, and other influencers to ensure that our media communications activity supports our organisational objective to tackle poverty in later life.
You should have broad experience of developing and implementing innovative, successful profile-raising plans (across digital and traditional channels). You will bring an ability to work both proactively and reactively, and experience of handling reputational or crisis issues. You should also have a passion for, and affinity with, the charity’s cause.

Essential skills and experience you will need to demonstrate:
- Degree or relevant marketing qualification.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
- Experience of email marketing, social media (including advertising) and content marketing.
- Digital content design skills with experience in creating and repurposing digital content through applications such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Audition (or other equivalent.)
- Strong written communication. Able to write engaging copy across digital marketing channels.

The Foundation is seeking a Digital Communications Coordinator to support in overseeing its presence on the Club website and develop the Foundation’s social media presence through planning, production and distribution of compelling digital content showcasing how the Foundation inspires and empowers people living within our local communities to thrive. The role will also involve assisting with the Foundation’s digital marketing outreach.
JOB PURPOSE
- To support overseeing the Foundation’s presence on the Club website, ensuring it amplifies the Foundation’s voice and fosters meaningful connections and engagement with all stakeholders.
- To develop and help maintain the Foundation’s social media presence – this is an exciting time to get involved, with the Foundation discussing its launch on Instagram and some other major platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the Foundation’s growing fundraising & communications team to develop digital and social media strategies that meet the organisation’s objectives.

You will have the incredible opportunity to translate our powerful narrative, outstanding achievements, and ambitious plans to all touchpoints on social, working directly with our programmatic and marketing teams and the Co-Founder. You'll build and grow our engagement and conversions by tailoring content to our different audiences.
Working alongside our external agency and the Digital Marketing Lead, you will also be proactively engaged in our paid social activity.
The Social Media Officer will need to have the energy and hands-on attitude to thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment with strong focus on outstanding content, accuracy and performance. - Working under the direction of the Digital Marketing Lead, design and deliver creative and engaging social media plans
- Ideate, curate and collate holistic content that reflects the history and diversity of Born Free, tailored to the interests of our followers, harnessing the unique aspects of each platform.
