Age UK is recruiting for a Partner Communications Manager to develop and oversee communication channels and plans which are aligned to our strategic objectives and which ensure our network colleagues feel supported, informed, included.
Working closely with Age UK's Chief Network Officer, Director of Network Support and Engagement, and Head of Internal Communications, you will be part of a team leading on a communications strategy which helps to make the Age UK network a great network to be a part of.
You'll collaborate with colleagues across Age UK and the Age UK network to develop inspiring content so we can best support people the Age UK network and help them in their work to improve the lives of older people.

We operate a hybrid-working model, a blend of home and office working. This role will include regular days working from our London office. Travel costs to the London office are the responsibility of the post-holder and are not covered by the charity.

JOB PURPOSE

Role purpose
As Digital Communications Manager, you will be using digital communication channels to support the engagement of our community of supporters, partners, patients, families and staff in the work of the charity and helping realise our shared ambition with the Trust to be national leaders in the delivery of patient care and health innovation. Reporting to the Head of Communications and Marketing, the Digital Communications Manager will be proactive in shaping and managing the charity’s digital presence (including the website), with a strong focus on tracking and using data. About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
About the role
It’s been an exciting year for the CoppaFeel! Marketing team; we’ve had a brand refresh, onboarded new agencies, launched award winning campaigns and grown a partnership with Love Island. And it’s all been in the name of our mission; to ensure all breast cancers are diagnosed early and accurately in young people.
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead our Marketing team, help shape the direction of and oversee our 2025 campaign, and collaborate with other Heads of Departments to deliver CoppaFeel!’s three year organisational strategy.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

Job purpose:
The Website Content Manager will lead on the content strategy for our new and improved website - delivering engaging content which inspires our audiences to take action from praying to donating in order for Muslim Hands to continue it’s lifesaving work. The Website Manager will have oversight of all pages, from blogs to appeals, responsible for optimising our each for SEO and CRO.
Main responsibilities:
- Produce and publish new pages from appeals to blogs in line with the organisation’s needs – this includes copywriting and liaising with designers for creative.
- Create and deliver the website content strategy inline with our key fundraising touchpoints – delivering an approach which puts the audience at the centre of our plans.
- Lead on our SEO strategy in partnership with our agency to deliver SEO audits, SEO driven blogs and to improve our overall website ranking.

The Candidate
Strong experience of generating income and engagement via digital platforms and activities.

Advanced user of content management systems (preferably WordPress).
Experience of working with agencies on the development of websites and microsites.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Direct Marketing Coordinator to support the Direct Marketing Managers in the delivery of our fundraising campaigns and development and managing our online shop. Our fundraising channels cover a number of channels including Direct Mail, Social Media, PPC, TM etc. While the role will be supporting the Direct Managers in delivery of the team’s objectives there is the opportunity to lead on projects and delivery of objectives for the right candidate.
