Radley College is seeking to appoint a dedicated and forward-thinking Radleian Society Manager to lead and develop the College’s alumni relations programme. This is a key strategic role, focused on fostering strong, lasting relationships with Old Radleians (“OR”s), current and former parents, and former staff.
Reporting to the Development Director, the post holder will be responsible for delivering an ambitious and wide-ranging engagement programme that reflects the values and vision of Radley College. This includes oversight of events, communications, digital engagement, and the facilitation of mentoring and networking initiatives through the College’s Futures Programme.
The successful applicant will
Lead a dynamic calendar of alumni and parent engagement events, including reunions, networking forums, and social gatherings
Oversee communications, both digital and print, to ensure high-quality, consistent outreach and storytelling
Act as liaison to the Radleian Society Committee and other affiliated groups, managing volunteer engagement and project delivery
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Development Office and Futures Team to connect alumni with current pupils and recent leavers
Utilise data insights to inform strategy, track engagement, and report on key outcomes

We’re looking for our next Senior Digital Mobilisation Executive to join our high performing Digital Mobilisation and Engagement team at Refuge. You’ll work dynamically across the organisation with the Digital Mobilisation and Engagement Manager, finding and developing opportunities to engage potential and existing supporters with Refuge and our mission. Using an agile, test and learn approach, you’ll understand our different audiences and be able to deliver segmented, impactful digital content. You’ll also work closely with other teams, playing an essential part in our service provision, campaigns and fundraising through our website and emails.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, not just being familiar with the platforms, but also in mobilising people to align with our charity and cause and take action through regular touchpoints. You’ll be highly organised and be able to proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll understand data flow processes to ensure that conversion information is available and stored securely and usefully by our data team. You’ll also be inquisitive and enjoy data analysis, working with colleagues to test hypotheses and drill down into the rich data sets that the channels provide. You’ll be the organisation’s expert in effective online handraisers, webpages, forms and email, advising others on how to best deliver campaigns that create real world change. Your experience

Are you an experienced paid digital expert who is also passionate about nature? We're looking for someone to join our membership marketing team and deliver income-generating recruitment campaigns.
You will have proven expertise of managing the delivery of paid search, social and display advertising using a range of targeting techniques including macro demographic and internet-based targeting, as well as micro audience segmentation-based targeting and re targeting techniques. You will manage the media agency at delivery level to ensure this activity is planned and monitored closely and optimised regularly to maximise impact and ROI.
You will also work alongside direct marketing managers to integrate with paid offline and DM/EM campaigns and with the website team to optimise conversion across the join journey.
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:
- Experience in planning and running effective digital advertising campaigns across PPC, Paid Social and Display
- Ability to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing techniques within the media, targeting and creative areas of the role

Job Purpose:
- Manage the digital assets of Islamic Relief UK, particularly the website, ensuring that it operates in an optimal manner.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience and creativity to deliver an exciting digital, marketing and communications plan, including
Digital Marketing
Create engaging brand social media content and publishing it across our channels, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
Support services, fundraising and retail marketing on social media, including implementing paid-for advertising.
Create and edit photography and video content for our website and social media channels
Create and send out marketing emails using MailChimp and report on their performance.
Monitor responses on our social media channels, ensuring messages and comments are responded to in a timely manner.
Support our WordPress website, including updating pages and uploading posts and stories, and look for opportunities for search engine optimisation.
Monitor the performance of our WordPress website and ensure that senior managers are alerted to any issues that arise.
Communications
Write case studies, blogs and other written content, working with colleagues across the organisation.
Design posters, flyers, brochures and reports using Canva, ensuring they are within the SCT brand.
Ensure any materials adhere to SCT brand guidelines.
Retail marketing
Work in collaboration with charity retail colleagues to:
Develop collateral for SCT Shops and Social Enterprises, ensuring materials are high quality and within the SCT brand.
Ensure there is a regular flow of compelling social media content that creates customer loyalty and reaches new customers.
Other duties
Work with the Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications and colleagues across SCT on the implementation of our 60th anniversary campaign.
Maintain a marketing calendar and project plans using ASANA.
Work with the Director of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications on PR activities, engaging with journalists and the media, influencers and other stakeholders.
Work in collaboration with colleagues in SCT services teams.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential
Digital Marketing
A minimum of two years managing social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Linked in.
A good understanding of GDPR legislation and how it relates to digital marketing.
Demonstratable experience of running a WordPress website, planning and uploading content and monitoring its performance
A demonstratable understanding of SEO and Google ads.
Demonstrable experience of managing paid for digital ads via Meta business manager.

The Role

The Digital Marketing Lead will be the key contact for digital communications and marketing within the organisation, providing input into annual budgets and plans from the perspective of their expertise.
