We are looking for someone to join our team as our Senior Legacy & In Memory Stewardship Officer to manage our Legacy and In Memory Retention and Stewardship programme – delivering bespoke and personal, multi-discipline stewardship and excellent supporter care to Legacy enquirers, Legacy pledgers and In Memory Donors, to build lasting relationships with these audiences and maximise income.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven ability to plan, implement and evaluate direct marketing campaigns with substantial understanding of retention and stewardship journeys, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of building, maintaining and managing successful individual relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
About the role
We are seeking a talented Database Officer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about data to play a key role in supporting the charity's mission through data management and analysis.
As a Database Officer, you will help support the final stages of the implementation of Beacon, and then will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and maintenance of the CRM moving forward. You’ll collaborate across departments, manage data imports, ensure data accuracy, and provide valuable insights to improve our engagement with supporters and donors. Your work will contribute to the growth of the charity by enabling data-driven decision-making.
The Database officer will sit within the CoppaFeel! Operations Team and will work closely with the Data and Compliance Manager and the Director of Operations to support the organisation with the roll out of Beacon.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
You will report into The Data and Compliance Manager and sit within the Operations Team.
The Role
Duties & Responsibilities
Database Management:
- Maintain and update the charity's CRM database Beacon, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Manage records, ensuring data is up-to-date and compliant with GDPR regulations.
- Conduct regular data cleaning, deduplication, and quality checks.
- Support integrations between the database and other systems (e.g., email marketing, online donation platforms)
Data Imports and Exports:
- Process and import data from various sources, including fundraising platforms, events, and direct marketing campaigns.
- Extract and segment data for use in fundraising campaigns, communications, and reporting.
- Process and reconcile donations and assist with direct debit and gift aid claims
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate reports for teams across the charity, including fundraising, marketing, and senior management, using tools such as Excel or CRM reporting functions.
- Provide data analysis and insights to help optimise fundraising and supporter engagement strategies
Data Compliance:
- Ensure all data processing activities are in line with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
- Maintain and manage consent on the CRM ensuring GDPR compliance
Training and Support:
- Provide database training and support to colleagues, helping them to utilise the CRM effectively.
- Assist with the development and documentation of database procedures and best practices
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- Proven experience working in a database officer or similar role, ideally within the charity or non-profit sector
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Beacon, Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, Donorfy, or equivalent)
- Proficient in performing data imports, exports, and segmentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Familiarity with GDPR and data protection legislation, with practical experience in ensuring compliance

We are looking for a Chief Executive with the energy, vision and experience to take on the strategic leadership and direction of our well-respected and fast-growing national charity, which brings tangible benefits to men’s health, mental health and suicide prevention across the UK. The Evaluation Officer role is a specialist post created to support the management, development and implementation of evaluation programmes across Alzheimer’s Society. The role is pivotal to promoting a culture of continuous improvement across all directorates. The Finance Officer is part of the Organisational Support and Development (OSD) team at the Tax Justice Network, which is led by the Director of OSD, and the role reports to the Head of Finance and Reporting. The OSD team leads and delivers on a range of operational services from finance management, risk management, project management, event management, human resources, IT systems and other enabling functions. The Global Communications Officer will help boost Compassion’s international media profile and campaigns through traditional media, social media, and other communication channels. Job description
Following a restructure, DMI is looking to recruit a Grants Management Officer. This new role will provide a critical link between DMI’s national teams, HQ staff, and donors. It is an ideal role for somebody wanting to work in international development / public health as you will be exposed to a broad range of tasks and will work across all of DMI’s projects. You will also have exposure to DMI’s Africa Leadership Group, a new committee that aims to exploit the knowledge and experience of our national leadership. To succeed, you will need to be well-organised and a highly proficient writer (in English). You will also need to have the confidence and interpersonal skills to liaise independently with senior staff in the UK and in DMI’s national offices.
More specifically, the Grant Management Officer role will include the following responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the Head of Operations, collating, revising, and submitting project reports to donors and other stakeholders. This will require regular collaboration with DMI’s national teams (who will typically draft the reports) and other staff at DMI HQ
- Assisting with the effective and efficient implementation of procurement processes across the organisation, ensuring that goods and services are acquired in accordance with DMI’s and donor’s requirements
- Assisting national teams, and relevant staff at DMI HQ, in ensuring that project activities are in compliance with donor guidelines, contractual obligations, and any relevant statutory or legal constraints
- Ensuring DMI maintains thorough and consistent project documentation

Required knowledge, skills and experience
- A good degree in a relevant field (international development/relations, public health, social sciences etc), or equivalent professional experience.

The Diocese is seeking a Church Building Support Officer to join our team on a fixed-term contract, to work closely with parishes to help secure sustainable futures for some of our most historic and cherished church buildings. You'll help PCCs to identify and explore complimentary non-worship uses for their buildings, helping them to become vibrant and viable centres of mission and community life. The main focus will be on providing additional support for learners who need wrap-around support relating to a range of additional personal and educational needs. About the role:
As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for providing a housing management service to the service users living in Vibrance owned and managed services.
