CRM Learning and Engagement Manager (known internally as DARS Senior User Engagement Officer)
The Development and Alumni Relations System (DARS) team is dedicated to enhancing the University's engagement with its alumni and donors through an advanced constituent relationship management system. Our team focuses on supporting this CRM system to drive fundraising and strengthen alumni relations, ensuring seamless collaboration and continuous improvement in our processes and user support.
Permanent contract.
Grade 7: annual increments from £36,924 to £45,163 per annum, with possible extension to £49,250 – plus an Oxford University Weighting of £1,500 per year (pro-rata).

About the Role
As a member of the User Engagement team, your role will be integral to supporting and enhancing the University's CRM system for development and alumni engagement. Key responsibilities include:
· User Training and Engagement: Develop and update training courses, create learning materials, and facilitate workshops to ensure effective user engagement with the DARS system.
· Business Process Improvement: Analyse and enhance business processes to optimize the functionality and efficiency of the DARS system.
· Support and Relationship Management: Provide comprehensive support through one-on-one coaching, project assistance, and managing key business partnerships to maintain strong collaborative relationships.
To Be Successful You’ll Need:
· Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey information and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and presentations.
· Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in analysing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.

Our Welfare Officers provide direct and impactful welfare support to RAF personnel and their immediate family. About you
To thrive in this role you will have relevant experience of supporting adults, families and children/young people. You will be able to take a flexible and creative approach to problem solving. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver presentations with confidence.
You will have used Microsoft Office 365 to a high standard. It is important that you have experience of planning and managing your own workload, with minimal supervision.
It would be advantageous if you have experience of carrying out assessments, preparing plans, monitoring and reviewing outcomes.
There will be some travel required and therefore you will need to be able to drive and have access to your own car.

Senior Media Officer
Contract:12 Months Fixed Term Contract, Full-time, 35 hours per week

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role. You will be expected to take part in our out of hours press office rota approx. every 8 weeks, and international may be required from time to time.
About the Role:
You will ideally have newsroom or busy press office or agency experience, work well under pressure, and be full of creative media ideas. As a news driven, creative and ambitious Senior Media Officer, you will lead on a wide range of media activities including timely statements, ground-breaking research reports, fundraising appeals and events, and key policy and advocacy moments.
You will also work on projects with celebrity ambassadors, corporate partners and staff from across WaterAid's global federation - all in support of WaterAid's mission to change normal for millions of people living without water, decent toilets and good hygiene so they can unlock their potential, break free from poverty and change their lives for good.
You will drive, develop and implement proactive and reactive media strategies, use your warm media contacts and build new contacts to achieve organisational communications objectives, including increasing awareness of the global water and sanitation crisis as well as our work around the world and our policy, fundraising and campaigning activities.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Write audience centric media strategies for advocacy research and reports and campaigns, with political and public stakeholders in mind.
- Build and ensure effective media relations by establishing and nurturing relationships with key journalists and media outlets, maintaining media lists using relevant media databases.
- Ensure a responsive, agile news desk and respond to enquiries on the key issues we work on.
- Draft and distribute first class media materials, including press releases, media messages, statements, op-eds and thought leadership pieces, and lines against enquiry.
- Integrate media activity across communications and the wider communications and fundraising directorate to ensure media work is impactful and supports wider strategic objectives.
- Advise WaterAid staff up to the Chief Executive using your media expertise.

About You:
- Proven experience in media relations, working in a busy press office, agency or as a journalist.
- Experience of working in a large, matrix organisation
- Experience of liaising with journalists of all levels
- Strong understanding of the UK and global media landscape, with an excellent nose for a story and established relationships with key journalists and media outlets for major UK and global titles.
- Proven experience in launching policy and research reports and data-driven stories to the media
- Proven experience on working on public engagement and supporter focused media
- Excellent command of written English and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling media materials and media messages at the highest quality
- Experience in developing and executing media strategies and securing impactful coverage.
- To have initiative, deadline driven, strong project management skills, able to work autonomously while contributing to a high performing team
- Willing to travel within and outside of the UK infrequently on travel to further media objectives.

You will lead Woman’s Trust income generation ensuring adequate income to sustain and grow the organisation, increasing its income from £1.3 Million to £3 Million in the next 3 years. You will oversee the development and implementation of the fundraising strategy and the funding pipeline; ensure the maintenance and development of excellent relationships with current and new funders, stewarding grants and reporting back; review, update and develop service budgets; oversee the submission or coordination of quality bids, approaches, and events.
As a member of the senior leadership team, this post will work cross departmentally and will contribute to the overall strategy of Woman’s Trust, working closely with the CEO and the Board of Trustees. You will lead and line manage the Senior Trust and Foundation Manager and Fundraising Officer. You will deliver a direct income target for each year, with a focus on the development and tendering of statutory commissioning.

We’re looking for an Events and Community Fundraising Officer to join our team
Salary: £30,000
Base: Central Edinburgh/hybrid
Hours: Full time and permanent. 35 hours a week over core working hours of 10am - 3pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. The office is open 8am – 6pm daily and our hybrid working policy requires all full-time employees to work at least two days a week in the Edinburgh office.

The Role
The Supporter Journey Team is responsible for delivering world-class behavioural journeys for our charity partners.
You will ensure that we are continuously providing the best supporter journeys in the sector by designing, building, delivering and optimising omni-channel behavioural journeys at scale, in turn delivering value to our clients.
Working across both Social Mind and Social Sync, you will join an existing team reporting into our Campaign Manager and you will ensure all our charity partners and their supporters receive personal, bespoke communications to maximise fundraising for our charity partners.

Job Purpose
Working closely with the Chair of the Board of Trustees, the Chief Executive will provide leadership and operation direction to Age Concern Luton, Working with the Senior Management Team (SMT) they will be responsible for developing and implementing the agreed strategy and achieving the business plans of the organisation, by effectively managing and developing the resources available to the organisation. They will represent the organisation externally by promoting its services and values.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Work with the Board in developing a strategy for the organisation.
- Lead and develop a welcoming environment which reflects an inclusive organisation that values diversity and embeds equal opportunity for all stakeholders.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction in collaboration with the SMT, ensuring strategic plans and policies are developed and implemented to facilitate the achievement of the organisation’s business plans and objectives.

Enabling Governance

- Responsible for managing risks and keeping the Board informed and escalating to the Chair of the Board.
- Ensure that the decisions made, and policies approved by the Board are implemented within the organisation.
- Responsible for keeping the Board of Trustees up to date with accurate information to enable them to make decisions about the organisation.
- Build a collaborative working partnership with the Chair, and enable communication and collaboration between Board members, staff, volunteers and stakeholders.

Financial and Legal Management
- Ensure, with the SMT, that all legal and statutory requirements are met.
- Develop and gain approval for the Business Plan.
- Work with the Finance Manager and Treasurer to ensure budget setting and finance systems provide effective oversight and reporting of finances and budget to the Board of Trustees and the funders.
People Management
- Line manage, coach and empower, set objectives and hold to account the SMT to effectively deliver their roles and objectives and be role models within the organisation.
- Enable a working environment in which staff and volunteers achieve role satisfaction and which encourages personal/professional development.
- Maintain an organisational culture that fosters communication and collaborative working relationships across the organisation, with stakeholders and the wider community.
- Ensure that the staffing structures and resources meet the changing needs of the organisation, developing succession planning strategies for key roles.
- Manage internal organisational, employee and procedural processes, ensuring these are up to date and serving the organisational goals and aims.
General Responsibilities
