- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of our content, channels, and campaigns.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on communication best practices.

We are looking for an Interim Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to join RBL on a 6 month Fixed Term basis.

People’s Economy aims to build the agency and power of people facing injustice and working for social change so that they have the expertise, capabilities and resources to develop their own analysis of how the economic system is a root cause of the injustice they face, develop strategies to change it and then take action with others. Our vision is for a world with economies that meet the needs and priorities of people currently experiencing economic injustice.
The Movement Collaboration Lead or Senior Movement Collaboration Lead (depending on experience) will work closely with the Programme Director and the Programme Team to lead the development and delivery of an exciting emerging programme of work building collaboration for economic system change between grassroots groups and new economy organisations.
We are looking for people who are: passionate about addressing economic injustice, are excited about the role of collaboration in creating systems change and capable of creating partnerships and strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
The first twelve months of this programme will take an action inquiry approach to facilitate a mixed group of new economy organisations and grassroots groups through a collaborative process that will develop shared knowledge and practice about how we can effectively and equitably collaborate on economic systems change work through practical experiments, facilitated dialogue and collaborative research.
The role will involve responsibilities for project managing and delivering this work including programme development and delivery, developing partnerships, changemaker recruitment and support, conducting desk research and interviews, managing and running events, supporting project related fundraising, conducting project learning and evaluation and writing a learning report about the project.
Following this first year we plan to scale work on supporting collaboration between grassroots groups and new economy organisations, subject to funding we hope this could become a permanent role.

Project Development
- Working closely with the Programme Director and the Programme Team, lead the translation of existing strategic thinking, planning and relationship building into a project plan.
- Working closely with the Programme Director and the Programme Team, contribute to business planning and fundraising for future development of the action inquiry beyond the first year.
- Working closely with Programme Director lead outreach and relationship building with new economy organisations, funders and other relevant stakeholders.
- Working closely with the Head of Community, lead outreach and relationship building with changemakers and grassroots groups for the action inquiry.
- Working closely with the Programme Director, develop a plan for learning and evaluation of the project.
Project Delivery
- Working closely with the Programme Team, coordinate the delivery of the action inquiry.
- Lead on organising the logistics and resources required to effectively deliver the action inquiry
- Working closely with the Programme Team, recruit and onboard changemakers to the project

Overview
To date, Global Dialogue’s finances has been overseen by an external accountancy firm. Over the last eighteen months, we have been working towards bringing our finance function in house. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced accountant to take the reins and complete the development and roll out of our internal finance function.
The Head of Finance is a new role within the organisation that is both strategic and handson. In the first phase, the postholder will be required to roll up their sleeves and, with the support of Global Dialogue’s Finance Officer, get stuck into the detail of financial administration, including overseeing twice monthly pay runs, monthly and quarterly closes, and other day-to-day financial management tasks. Alongside this, the role will lead on bringing the finance function fully in house, eventually taking on full responsibility for the preparation of management and statutory accounts, cashflow and FX management, and budgeting and forecasting processes. This role will play a key coaching role for the Finance Officer, with a view to eventually delegating all bookkeeping tasks. The postholder will also be responsible for ensuring finance systems are innovative, robust and fit for purpose, and will be a business partner to our hosted programmes, providing advice on compliance and strategic matters.
Global Dialogue’s role as an international fiscal host means that we have a complex financial model, receive income from diverse streams and manage a high number of restricted funds. Our programmes lead cutting edge work, which means that our work is varied and fastpaced, requiring frequent innovation. The role
You’ll be key to delivering our corporate partnerships income strategy, identifying and driving vital new business as well retaining longer term support from priority sectors. As Corporate Partnerships Manager you will be responsible for driving income growth and leveraging Ovarian Cancer Action’s increasing levels of brand awareness and creating compelling, mutually beneficial partnerships. From planning with Head of Marketing and Communications to developing and delivering alongside internal teams and external partners, you will thrive on achieving impressive results. There is a very strong focus on all aspects of digital campaigning for this role and you will be fully knowledgeable about Google ads, Google analytics, SEO, PFA, PPC, SEM, CRM, mobile, social media, website design and content creation, podcasts, blogs, vlogs and email creation. You will be at a significant advantage if you have design and WordPress experience. You will be a part of a small but dynamic and friendly marketing and fundraising team and involved in many aspects of our life-saving work including sales plans for our training courses, raising our profile, protecting our brand and reputation and supporting our fundraising activities. You will have no paid reports to you, but recruiting suitable volunteers is something we would encourage.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Drive engagement, increase visibility, improve our course sales and fundraising targets
· Manage our national and localised digital awareness campaigns from development stage to presenting results and assessment of impact
· Manage and optimise our website and landing pages for improved user experience and conversion rates
· Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing
· Help develop social media engagement strategies with our social media officer
· Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis
· Conduct audience and market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences
· Collect, manage, process and analyse data, making recommendations to inform future strategy
· Engage different audiences on different channels such as writing press releases, website pages, podcasts, blogs, socials, and press releases

For this role, you will need:

- Experience of copy writing and proofreading for different audiences on multi-channels

- Identify, cultivate and manage relationships with a pipeline of donors and prospects
- Deliver pipeline activity and income targets
- Secure and deliver a high volume of donor/prospect in-person touchpoints, involving Parkinson’s UK senior leadership in key relationships
- Deliver first-class stewardship by maximising engagement opportunities within our stewardship programme
