About the Role
In brief, this role involves being the first point of contact for any IT related issues at Sunbury Court, in terms of reported issues from Presenters, Delegates, Customers or Staff. Assist personnel and delegates with Microsoft 365 request including the desktop suite & maintain the delegate devices held at ICO.
The role will also aid the ICO processes for visitors including Delegate Visa processes and documents needed by the Zones and Territories. Provide any further administrative support required.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A level or equivalent within an IT Discipline (A degree in computer science or equivalent).
- A broad technical knowledge of IT, PC’s/peripherals, and their architecture
- Good software and hardware troubleshooting skills
- Good knowledge Microsoft office Suites and core application suites
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer facing skills.
- Good organisational skills, able to take a methodical approach to service issues.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet SLA's and remain calm in stressful situations.
- Ability to support mobile devices (Android & IOS)
- Strong administrative skills including use of Microsoft 365 suite.

We are currently looking for a Communications and Engagement Business Manager to join the Foundation on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The Communications and Engagement Business Manager is there to provide project and business management support to enable the Communications and Engagement leadership team to focus on progressing the work of the business area and leading the wider team. Key Resposibilities

The successful candidate will have:
- Part-qualified with a CCAB qualification or evidence of equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Experience of working in a management accounting, finance business partnering or related financial role.
- Ideally experience working in the public sector, but this is by no means essential.
- Proven experience of working collaboratively, including working with internal and external people in positions of influence to develop and implement customer-focused business solutions.

Teaching qualification Level 2 or above is required for this role. Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach.
This role will be prison-based. About this key role
As a valued and integral part of the Fundraising and Communications team, our successful candidate will lead a small sub-team to generate at least £500,000 income each year, including the direct line management of a Senior Fundraising Officer, who you will support to line manage the Fundraising Assistant. The Head of Philanthropy is an exciting newly created role which is responsible for launching a philanthropic fundraising function within the existing Fundraising and Communications Team. The organisation is embarking on a finance process review, in order to improve their ways of working. With plans in place to upgrade their finance and CRM systems the role would suit a change-focussed individual.
Reporting into the Finance Director, the role is a key member of the team with responsibility of three staff, and the involvement in the strategic vision of the finance team. With their main base in Blackheath, the role is hybrid and strives to offer as much flexibility as possible, including a wide-ranging benefits package.
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Ensure the completion of all month end processes and the timely delivery of the monthly management accounts.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to provide a responsive and compliant finance management operation.
- Support the improvement of processes and systems, ensuring robust policies are in place so the organisation can be fully digitised.
- Lead and manage a team of four, quality assuring their work, and guiding their careers and ensuring their continued development and nurturing great team culture.
- Support the Finance Director with the production of the annual financial statements, project managing the team to facilitate a smooth audit delivery across the main organisation as well as subsidiary accounts.
The successful candidate will:
- Be a fully qualified accountant, likely with experience from within the not-for-profit sector.
- Have experience driving change and improving processes and broader cultural change in a finance team.
- Be able to flex up and down from a hands-on perspective to also offer strategic insight to the Finance Director.
- Have significant experience working in a finance function with the knowledge of ‘what good looks like’.

About the role
We’re looking to recruit a healthcare professional support and engagement assistant, who will work closely with the healthcare professional support and engagement team to oversee the smooth running of the team’s activities, including the oversight and management of team email inboxes, responsibility for tracking activities on our database, as well as supporting with the coordination of conference activities, online webinars and meetings.
About you
Are you an experienced administrator, able to work as part of a busy team and across different geographical sites? You will be highly organised and process driven with excellent time management skills. You will have excellent oral and written communication skills as well possessing excellent working knowledge of IT systems, including working with databases.
Friendly and approachable, you will be able to quickly build effective connections with new people and have a sensitive approach and understanding of confidentiality appropriate for working with vulnerable people.
