Hours: 18 hrs average per week - Rota split into Week A & Week B.
Hours of work – 3.00 – 11.00pm, with the flexibility of working some day shifts and finishing at 6.00pm to meet the needs of the service
The current service operates a daytime service, 9.00am – 6.00pm and evening service 3.00pm – 11.00pm.
(This will include weekend work, approximately one in three weekends or more.)
Contract: Fixed Term until 31st March 2025 (likely to be extended), Part-Time
Location: Main place of work will be Fairfield House, 10 Altyre Road, East Croydon (and other locations that may be used in the future)
The Recovery Space operates in the day and evenings with people are referred by our Trusted Assessors in various Teams such as Croydon University Hospital, Psychiatric Liaison and Home Treatment Team. A RAG rating system where red is unsuitable, and amber/green is suitable to be referred.
The aim of the service is to divert people, who would be better supported elsewhere, away from Accident and Emergency (A&E) and other crisis services in Croydon. The Recovery Space Workers provide a non-clinical, warm and welcoming setting to support and hold individuals during the evening. Mind in Croydon will operate the Recovery Space during the hours of 6pm – 11pm 7days/week, 365 days per year. Referrals will not be accepted after 10pm for attendance that night.
The Recovery Space, which will operate from our social Networking Service in the heart of East Croydon.
We are looking for someone who has solid experience in the mental health field as well as the ability to work well within a team, has clear professional boundaries and able to input into the development and growth of the service.

About this vital role
Our successful candidate’s focus will be to provide operational management support across one or more contracts awarded by the HMPPS to deliver Finance, Benefit and Debt (FBD) services in Wales. This will see you provide leadership and operational management support in debt and welfare benefits to a team of Financial Wellbeing Coaches (FWCs), Team Leaders and Administration team employed in the delivery of the contracts, and to plan and support the day-to-day workload for the team and setting performance objectives with the team and monitor progress.
You will also be expected to monitor and manage all aspects of delivery and performance to ensure compliance with policy and procedures and to manage partnerships including local and national delivery partners and any agencies with whom we are developing referral arrangements. Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with local Wales Probation managers and staff and other external stakeholders is an essential part of this role, as is providing regular reports in a range of formats to the Service Manager and monitoring use of the Customer Approved Database including regular reports on usage to ensure accuracy and timeliness of inputting by teams.
What we are looking for
- Experience of working in or managing services supporting challenging people
- Experience in working in or managing multi-agency partnerships working towards common objectives and outcomes
- Evidence of training at specialist level in money and/or welfare benefits advice from an accredited training provider
- Knowledge and understanding of the requirements of managing a caseload
- Wide range of money advice knowledge, budgeting, dealing with priority and non-priority debts, County Court/High Court options, insolvency options and welfare benefits
- Ability to coach and mentor staff to motivate and facilitate optimum performance in a team
- Strong IT, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

You will be a Mental Health Deputy Manager who is passionate about supporting MAC-UK’s objective of working collaboratively with young people, innovating services and systems and their approach to mental health, to address health and social inequalities. We aim to support services to be more accessible, flexible and responsive to excluded groups, and to change the systems that lead to and maintain inequality. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to apply their proven management and therapeutic skills alongside the area of social action.
We are very excited to be part of a pilot service, new in England working as part of a consortium of four organisations, alongside Lambeth Council. This will be a residential support service for young people aged 16-24 years at risk of serious youth violence, who are already caught up in the criminal justice system and at high risk of remaining part of the system. You will be working across three London properties alongside a large multi-agency staff team made up of experts by experience/profession in psychology and therapy; youth work; offending; education, training, and employment (ETE) and housing. The service will work creatively and holistically to enable young people to exit environments involving youth violence, identify and reach their goals and aspirations, move on successfully to appropriate independent living, and importantly to sustain this life. Wherever possible staff and young people will co-produce what this service looks like and what activities the young people engage in.

About the role

The Information Governance team are the champions of Data Protection and Information Governance within Alzheimer's Society. The team’s overriding objective is to enable all areas of the Society to use information appropriately whilst achieving the Society’s overall aim of creating a world without dementia.
The newly created Senior Records Management Officer role is an exciting opportunity for the role-holder to develop and implement standards and processes for the management of organisational records in compliance with applicable legislation and standards. You will help the Information Governance team to establish a culture of effective records management and support the Society in measuring and maintaining the quality of its records.
Working closely with the other members of the Information Governance team, you will develop a process framework for managing hard copy and electronic records within the Society, propose improvements to the Society's record management systems and be the first port of call for handling records management queries from within and outside the Society. These queries will be from across the Society and could be in relation to service delivery, fundraising, campaigns, IT, volunteering or employment matters.
The Senior Records Management Officer will also support the Information Governance team with other matters including handling personal data breaches, creating reports on trends and recommended remedial actions, managing rights requests, developing, delivering and maintaining learning resources for Society colleagues.
About you
- You will have an expert understanding and experience of records management policies and processes and how to successfully embed them into working practices for frontline staff.
- You will ideally have experience of working in or with an information governance environment.

Kingston Bereavement Support (KBS) is the only bereavement service in Kingston Upon Thames. We are a registered provider to local GPs and an organisational member of the Childhood Bereavement Network. The Saying Goodbye Project (SGP) is our children and young people’s service. We help children, young people and families who are bereaved with 1:1 counselling support, advice and information. About the role
The Faculty Impact Manager will take a lead role in the development, coordination and delivery of research impact activities within King’s Business School (KBS) and the Dickson Poon School of Law (DPSoL), working closely with the faculties’ Associate Deans (Impact) and an Impact Officer for both faculties, line managed by this position, as well as colleagues in the Research and External Engagement teams. About the Role
As Marketing Manager (Digital Acquisition), you will plan and deliver digital campaigns across paid channels to build consideration, prompt action, and drive income through acquiring new donors.
You will manage end-to-end paid social campaigns in-house and partner with our media agency on other paid digital channels such as PPC and Performance Max. By identifying key audiences and inspiring action, you will play a crucial role in growing our supporter base.
In this role, you will:
- Plan and execute digital acquisition programmes to achieve ambitious donor acquisition and income targets
- Oversee the delivery of paid social campaigns, using test-and-learn strategies and data integration to optimise performance
- Collaborate with the Marketing Executive and media agency partners to align digital channels with broader marketing plans
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights to optimise results
- Develop creative testing strategies and work with teams to inspire audience engagement
- Manage budgets, ensuring efficient planning, reporting, and re-forecasting
- Provide expert guidance on Paid Social campaigns to other teams, such as Legacy Marketing

About You
To be successful, it is important that you have:
- Strong experience in acquisition/performance digital marketing, using audience insights to drive direct-response activity

Key Responsibilities
Day to day delivery of Internal Comms projects & content:
- Work with the Corporate Communications team and senior leaders to deliver the internal communications strategy
- Develop, deliver and evaluate annual internal communications and engagement plans
- Provide strategic communications input on people-related projects including activities coming out of our new People Strategy

This role will focus on managing and driving the implementation of cloud-based business support systems to modernise our organisations digital infrastructure, enhance service delivery, and streamline operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting into the Operations Manager, the Brand Operations Officer is responsible for managing the distribution of products donated by brands to community-led projects. This role plays a key part in developing and coordinating relationships with key logistics and storage partners.

As a CRM Project Data Lead, you will support the successful migration of data to our new Dynamics 365 platform on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external delivery partners to ensure a smooth and accurate transfer of data.
Your key responsibility will be leading the data migration process, from mapping and cleaning data, to ensuring it aligns with our new CRM structure. You'll work closely with our delivery partner to transform data from Raiser's Edge into Dynamics 365, ensuring all data is correctly mapped and validated before migration. Part of your role will involve minimising disruptions during any downtime and advising on potential risks or training gaps that may arise throughout the project.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the migrated data, checking for losses, inaccuracies, or duplications, and developing a robust recovery plan for the migration process.
