About you:

As our Marketing Manager (Regular Giving Growth), you will lead innovative campaigns that enhance the value of our Regular Giving donor base. Through strategic planning and a deep understanding of donor motivations, you will drive income by increasing both the volume and value of our regular supporters.

This role will challenge you to deliver across multiple channels – Primarily, telemarketing but also Direct Mail, Email, and SMS – as you engage with internal teams and external agencies in a fast-paced, agile environment.

In this role, you will: 

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to increase the lifetime value of our Regular Giving donors, leveraging insights and data to understand their needs and motivations.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (upgrade, cross-sell, reactivation, winback, and conversion) that are audience-focused and designed to meet ambitious income growth targets.
• Work with data planning and analysis teams to develop and test robust campaign data selections that support KPIs.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key external partners, including telemarketing agencies and creative agencies, ensuring high standards and shared goals.
• Regularly review and optimise campaign performance to improve outcomes and drive results.
• Keep marketing communications aligned with best practices and regulations, while remaining innovative in a rapidly evolving sector.

Operation Smile is a global nonprofit specialising in cleft surgery and care. We provide medical training, education and mentorship to surgical teams around the world, along with expertise, research and care through our staff and volunteers, working alongside local governments, nonprofits and health systems.

Join Operation Smile UK as our Senior Acquisition Manager and make a difference in the lives of children. We're searching for a fundraising professional with experience in acquiring new donors through a variety of fundraising channels including Door to Door (F2F), digital fundraising, DRTV, cold mailing and door drops. You'll be responsible for managing a £2.4 million budget and developing innovative strategies to increase individual cash and regular giving support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive recruitment of regular givers and cash givers to grow income and supporter volumes, in a multi-channel programme including Door to Door (F2F), digital fundraising channels, DRTV, cold mailing and door drops.
• Manage relationships with agency partners executing acquisition campaigns on behalf of Operation Smile UK for the betterment of the acquisition programme.
• Lead and execute our door to door (F2F) programme with the goal of expanding this form of acquisition fundraising over the coming years.
• Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of OSUK's digital acquisition fundraising program, including the performance of current agencies and consultants. Develop strategic recommendations and a future-focused plan that leverages the expertise of existing or new external partners.
• Full campaign management and execution in line with prescribed deadlines. This includes briefing agencies, sourcing content, managing data, copy development, proofing, briefing stakeholders, training agents, developing campaign analysis and reporting, managing costs and invoice processing.
• Monitor and report on budgets and assist in building future expenditure and income targets. Work as part of the Individual Giving team to reach strategic targets.
• Work closely with the Communications & Digital team, and Individual Giving team to ensure campaigns are in line with brand standards and integrated seamlessly with supporter retention.
• Work closely with the Individual Giving team to constantly refine the newly introduced ‘welcome programme’ aimed at transitioning new donors to retained donors and improving retention rate.
• To work closely with the Senior Database Manager and agency partners to review direct marketing acquisition campaigns and ensure that information is used to maximise income for future campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Senior Database Manager to develop and implement essential Power BI dashboards. Proactively request ad-hoc data analysis to track key acquisition metrics and inform strategic decision-making.
• Introduce new acquisition channels and develop existing ones within KPIs to manage risk and keep fundraising up-to-date within evolving channels.
• To ensure that campaigns are where possible integrated or co-ordinated thematically, creatively and/or by target audience to maximise impact.
• To lead in the training of external agencies, effectively communicating the work of Operation Smile to key representatives.
• Travel to meetings in the UK and overseas where necessary.

Purpose 

The Living Wage Foundation has an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Data and Insights Manager. The role will strengthen network-facing resources and support in a data-driven way, devising and implementing measures to drive membership growth and enhance membership satisfaction. This would include collaborating on research and analysis, translating insights into recommendations to support decision-making, and developing membership content available through to our network. 

The Senior Manager would actively promote greater engagement with our network, demonstrating a commitment to identifying and removing barriers to ensure all members can access the benefits of accreditation. Working under the Head of Operations and Insight, the Senior Manager will need to have excellent data collection and analysis skills, and an ability to translate that analysis into actions for the Living Wage Foundation through strong communication skills. They will also need to be able to build relationships with senior stakeholders, maximising our impact through the development of our membership offer to the Living Wage network. The suitable candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively across the Living Wage Foundation and Citizens UK teams.

Main Responsibilities 

Build and manage projects, and achieve work targets effectively 

• Manage the development and continual improvement of membership services with evidence-based and user-centred design, ensuring network can access benefits. 

• Work collaboratively across the LWF to ensure our membership services offer is joined up and avoids duplication. Focus on working with events, communications, and the membership team.

• Implement processes and mechanisms for evaluating member-facing services and events and champion the use of these findings to guide future work.

• Initiate design and delivery of regular employer network surveys and prepare regular internal analysis and reporting. 

• Work with Research team to conduct regular quantitative network composition analysis and reporting of the Living Wage network, and establish clear ways to present this analysis internally and externally to inform strategic decisions. 

Learning, expertise and inclusion 

• Act as a learning facilitator, providing direct support and training to upskill colleagues across the Foundation to ensure consistency and collaborative working through disseminating good practice and shared learning.

• Oversee the production of membership resources both to promote membership services and as part of them.

• Monitor the business activity of key external and network organisations delivering membership services, analysing relevant performance data and research. 

• Undertake relevant training opportunities that will increase the Foundation’s capability to deliver outstanding membership services.

Overview of the role

This role, which will be largely remote, with regular online supervision and periodic meet-ups, offers the opportunity to support an important social justice initiative which has received hugely positive feedback from participants. You will have a high degree of autonomy, and a varied and interesting workload, as well as the opportunity to interact with and meet inspiring activists and educators.  Because of the annual cycle of the conference, you will ideally be able to flex your working hours across the year, with the opportunity for a four week break after the conference.

Liberty is seeking an Infrastructure Manager to undertake a number of interesting short-term projects for a fixed term of 12 months to improve the efficiency of its operations.  The Infrastructure Manager will work closely with the Head of HR & Operations, Finance and Operations Director and external contacts to critically review several support systems and databases and recommend improved infrastructure at Liberty.

The successful candidate must have experience of having specified, sourced and implemented new database solutions in other organisations and a familiarity with a variety of monitoring, learning and evaluation frameworks, concepts, practices and procedures. An excellent project manager with experience of delivering projects to budget and on time and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, motivating them through change, the successful candidate will be energised by delivering concurrent projects at pace.

REMAP is a unique national charity. It brings together two groups of people: volunteers skilled at making things and disabled people who need specialist equipment. Each year, around 3,000 pieces of custom-made equipment help transform the lives of disabled people.

The Role

The Referrals Officer role is critical to the charity. It ensures that our referral process is managed effectively for our clients and branches.

This is both an internal and external role. The person in this role is the first point of contact for all referral queries. You will assign referrals to branches, liaise with clients and volunteers, and maintain our CRM system.

We seek a strong people person with at least two years of experience operating a CRM system regularly (ideally Salesforce). Experience working to develop a CRM system and client journey would be advantageous.

We are a supportive team, and you will work closely with our Operations Manager and wider volunteer delivery colleagues to help REMAP support our clients and branches across the UK.

The British Society of Gastroenterology (BSG) is an organisation focused on the promotion of gastroenterology and hepatology within the United Kingdom. It has over 4000 members drawn from the ranks of physicians, surgeons, pathologists, radiologists, scientists, nurses, dietitians and others interested in the field.

Founded in 1937, it has grown from a club to be a major force in British medicine, with representation within the British Royal Colleges and consequently the Department of Health and Government.

Roles and Responsibilities

To support the Head of Digital and Membership secretary in operations of the BSG website:

• Understand all current core functionality of the website - troubleshooting bugs and technical issues
• Identifying areas for improvement and development – understand and help drive the digital roadmap
• Assume day to day management and assume POC for our digital / security and infrastructure agencies
• Reporting and analytics – own and improve on the reporting suite for site performance and membership operations

Membership experience, including but not limited to:

• Day to day support in membership operations
• Support membership secretary with Member’s trouble tickets
• Develop and craft a good member experience and user journey across all digital touchpoints – enhancing and refining them where possible

Managing new Digital Project delivery as they arise eg. Education/e-learning offering and subsequent development, streaming etc.

Improve data quality across all systems, identify gaps in information in records, and update where necessary, keeping a record of all changes

Attend the BSG Live Annual Conference (travel required)

More about the role:

The Database and Gifts Officer role is integral to the Development and Alumnae Relations (DAR) department, supporting the school’s fundraising and engagement efforts. The postholder will manage and maintain the alumni and donor database, ensuring the accurate entry of gifts and pledges, and collaborate with the Finance team to ensure financial data is up to date and reconciled. Additionally, the post holder will create targeted mailing lists, conduct due diligence on prospective donors, and support the identification of lost alumnae. The role also involves ensuring compliance with data protection laws and contributing to DAR events, which may occasionally occur outside regular hours .

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience of working on a database, extracting, interrogating and reporting on data.

• Knowledge and experience of Raiser’s Edge, Toucan Tech or a similar fundraising database.

Are you a natural organiser, lover of to-do lists and adept at juggling different strands of work? We are looking for an all-round project manager to support our Operations team across our programmatic work and internal operations, to cover a maternity leave vacancy.

This will include working with our programme leads, assisting with project planning larger pieces of work, following up on task lists and deadlines, and making sure we are delivering on time.

You will be involved in liaising with external contractors on contracts and invoicing, and working with the Finance Manager on budgets and reporting for specific streams of work.

You’ll oversee planning of our regular team days, training and teambuilding events, working alongside other team members to make sure we are getting the most out of our time together.

You will help the Director to coordinate quarterly Board meetings and prepare relevant updates with input from the team.

This is a varied role in a small and fast-paced organisation. It would suit someone with a genuine interest in the work we do at ECIU, with project management or operations experience and good attention to detail.

Previous experience of working in a grant-funded organisation or communications role is beneficial but not essential.
