The Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Lead is responsible for overseeing income generation from corporate partners and growing high-value support from major donors to fund the vital work of Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.
This newly created role will develop and implement strategies and plans across two areas:
- Oversee a team focused on building and maintaining corporate partnerships with businesses across our six-county operating region, covering Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, West Midlands, and Worcestershire.
- Engage major donors and secure transformative gifts both on an individual basis as well as part of a bespoke programme.
The Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy Lead will be responsible for ensuring effective prospecting and exceptional supporter stewardship, maximising income generation in the short, medium and long term.
The role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced high-value fundraiser to work in close collaboration with our CEO and senior leadership team, and Chair and wider board of Trustees, to develop these two key income streams.
The post holder will be creative, an outstanding communicator, and a natural networker, skilled in unlocking new opportunities and securing transformational five and six-figure gifts.

- Update manuals, policies, forms, and notices on the MAF Intranet (SharePoint) and Confluence.
Quality Control:
- Ensure all documents meet MAF standards before publishing.
- Proofread and cross-reference changes across all affected documents.
Support for Programme Document Controllers:
- Provide regular communication and updates.
- Share latest information and updates on procedures.

About You:

To be successful, you will have:

This is an interim role, with the strong potential of extension/permanent opportunity. It is a full-time role, with hybrid working onsite near Kingston upon Thames (and occasional visits to a site in Guildford), and from home (2days).
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee lifecycle administration, supporting on all compliance.
- Administration, development and continual improvement of People systems.
- Supporting the delivery of learning and development training activities.
- General adhoc support to the P&C and Finance team.
Person specification:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified/part qualified/evidence of continuous professional development.
- Experience in using HR database, ideally with Iris Cascade and Networx (but not essential).
- Demonstrated experience of supporting managers with recruitment and onboarding.
- Experience in producing accurate employment/contractual documentation

About the oppurtunity
The London Programme Coordinator will be responsible for managing a caseload of up to seven partner schools, attending and coordinating weekly tutoring sessions, developing relationships with pupils, school staff and volunteer tutors and collecting data for monitoring and evaluation purposes. This role plays a crucial part in overseeing the quality of face to face and online tutoring sessions to ensure effective and impactful programme delivery.
Duties and responsibilities

Responsible for the delivery of Action Tutoring’s tutoring programmes in partner schools, whether online or face to face. This includes working closely to manage and effectively communicate with all key stakeholders: schools, pupils and volunteer tutors; leading weekly face to face and online tutoring sessions; leading on reviewing and improving programme delivery, using data to reliably assess programme performance.

Responsible for overseeing the quality of both face to face and online tutoring, engaging in quality assurance processes, and providing feedback to volunteer tutors to ensure effective and impactful delivery.

Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in partner schools, including members of the Senior Leadership Team and subject teachers.

Update and maintain Action Tutoring’s database, including collecting data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, such as attendance records, baseline and interim assessments and end of programme surveys. Reporting regularly on key performance indicators.

Salary: £28,639 per annum (£26,368 per annum, plus London weighting of £2,271)
Contract and hours: Permanent, full time contract (37.5 hours)

Are you an experienced Angular developer who would like to join with other Christians in Tearfund's work with local churches around the world tackling poverty?
This role within a team of 13 developers will allow you to use your strong technical experience to serve people living in poverty in more than 50 countries around the world through providing effective applications for the design, monitoring & evaluation of our front-line projects and for our finance staff.
This is a key time for the team as we start the migration of our project design, monitoring & evaluation application to Angular. In this post you will work alongside our other Angular developers, sharing their expertise and building an application which will enable our staff and local church partners around the world to demonstrate the amazing impact of our work in the communities we work with.
The team is also crucial to our finance staff, being responsible for the development and support of an Angular application which is critical for finance data entry across the countries we work in. We are keen to leverage AI to increase productivity in this area so experience in working with AI technologies, or an interest in learning, would be an advantage.
Although not essential, experience of Power BI would also be useful as we extend our reporting suite, using our SQL Server data warehouse to demonstrate the impact of our work and provide vital financial information to staff across Tearfund. Thanks to our MS Azure integrations, our data warehouse contains combines data from multiple applications and our developers are key in bringing that data to life in ways that can help users across the organisations make data-led business decisions.

This role is pivotal in supporting the charity’s data and systems transformation programme, ensuring the effective management and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management including licence management, user permissions, and training
- Ensure supporter data, processes, and systems are efficient, high quality, and compliant with relevant regulations
- Collaborate with the CRM Business Analyst to gather requirements for a new CRM and support the implementation of a Super User structure
- Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ThankQ
- Maintain and develop training materials for CRM users, ensuring data quality standards are met
- Provide user support, triage tickets, and resolve issues on the service desk platform, Manage Engine
- Oversee scheduled data feeds and troubleshoot issues with the Data Integration Specialist
- Contribute to the Data Quality Programme by developing and standardising data capture and monitoring processes
- Proven experience in a Senior Data Operations Officer or similar role, ideally within the charity or non-profit sector
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and structured query language (SQL) Server Management Studio
- Practical knowledge of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and ensuring compliance
- Strong IT skills, including comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience in providing database training, creating processes, and procedures
