About EduSpots
EduSpots is a dynamic, community-driven UK and Ghana-registered charity that connects, trains, and equips volunteer community educators (known as ‘Catalysts’) to drive grassroots educational change. These efforts center around the creation and operation of community-led ‘Spots’—innovative education spaces benefiting learners of all ages.
Founded in 2016, EduSpots has grown to support 50 communities through 400 local Catalysts who play a central leadership role. We believe in a community-led model that can be adapted globally. Our Ghana-based team facilitates three leadership programmes—Ignite, Catalyse, and Inspire Mentoring—enabling Catalysts to run clubs focused on early-years education, digital literacy, STEM/environmental education, and gender equity, ultimately reaching over 15,000 learners each year.

About the Role
EduSpots is seeking a Global Philanthropy Manager—an engaging, dynamic, and proven fundraising specialist who will play a key part in our next phase of growth. As we continue to expand, we need an individual with a track record of securing income from trusts and foundations, ideally at the 5- to 6-figure level (GBP), and the ability to cultivate new funding partnerships.
In the past two years, we have doubled our income and expanded our programmes significantly. We are now poised for further growth and need someone who understands the value of community-driven change. You will collaborate closely with our CEO, Ghana-based Heads of Programmes, and Head of Operations to develop funding proposals and nurture donor relationships at a strategic level.
Depending on experience and availability, this role may involve overseeing a small part-time fundraising team (including a Fundraising Manager, Trusts and Foundations Manager, and Communications Manager). In time, the position could evolve into a Head of Fundraising role.

Overall Purpose
To work as part of the Grants & Programmes Team to support organisations applying for funding each year through the Foundations grants programme. You will work in partnership with South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust (SWLStG), to ensure Carers are identified and routinely referred into the service. The Role
We are recruiting for a Community Fundraising Manager to join our Fundraising team. The role will be instrumental in the Foundation’s engagement with different communities and building fundraising partnerships across a range of community audiences, including youth and education, sports clubs, community groups and individuals doing their own activities. - Project Manage the delivery of the community fundraising programme at RSF, leading on activity working group meetings, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure campaigns, activities and events are managed efficiently
- Work closely with the schools lead and school manager to grow our schools fundraising programme – working collaboratively so the training programme objectives are also met
- Develop a long-term growth strategy for Turn Cricket Red – focused on maximising current opportunities as well as diversifying to increase our reach
- Deliver high value supporter stewardship to increase lifetime value and impact of their fundraising
- Build and maintain a variety of community relationships across varying stakeholders and seniority, ensuring opportunities for growth are maximised
- Alongside the team, co-ordinate event/activity logistics including but not limited to sales, bookings and liaison with supporters and suppliers, material production, promotion, set up, and delivery
- Oversee relationship with key providers of event fundraising mechanisms such as online donation platforms, auction platforms and text to donate services

About the Ruth Strauss Foundation
In early 2018, Ruth Strauss, the wife of Sir Andrew Strauss the former England cricket captain, was diagnosed with an incurable lung cancer that affects non-smokers. Ruth died on December 29th 2018; she was 46 years old and mother to two children, then aged 10 and 13.

Direct Marketing Manager-Acquisition at the Disasters Emergency Committee delivers key direct marketing activities during appeals for major disasters. You will work with the Direct Marketing Manager-Retention to deliver a programme of supporter communications to feedback to donors on the impact of their donations and to retain their future support.
The purpose of the role is to:
- Contribute to and develop DEC direct marketing strategies,
- Implement the direct marketing strategies during each appeal with income maximisation and supporter acquisition as the key focus,
- Manage the capturing and analysis of results to ensure channel optimisation between appeals,
- Lead the benchmarking process of DEC Member Agency fundraising performance.
The role will deliver responsibilities for strategy and planning, fundraising, networking and building relationships.
You must have strong direct marketing experience with a focus on high volume donor acquisition. Demonstrable knowledge of offline marketing techniques in press, outdoor, direct mail and telephone. A proven track record of developing effective digital and direct marketing strategies, which resulted in significant growth of income. Experience of managing complex budgets and proven ability to manage a complex operational plan within very short timeframes and within budget.
Ideally you will have experience of working in the international humanitarian aid sector, have used Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google analytics.
You must have excellent communication skills both written and spoken, with the ability to write compelling and emotive fundraising copy. Significant technical marketing expertise across a range of direct marketing channels. Excellent numeracy, budget development, planning and project management skills.
An ability to work under extreme pressure during appeals and to very tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail is a key driver for success in this role.

Job Purpose
The Specialist Policy Officer plays a vital role within Clinks’ National Influencing & Networks team, delivering high-quality policy work that supports systemic change in the criminal justice system. The postholder will contribute to shaping evidence-based policy and influencing decision-makers, working closely with colleagues across Clinks and external stakeholders. Duties and key responsibilities
1. Policy Intelligence and Research
· Lead horizon scanning of central, local and devolved government policy developments (with the Senior Engagement & Development Officer – Wales) to assess implications for the voluntary sector.
· Conduct member-focused research to inform Clinks’ consultation responses and policy publications, including blogs, briefings, and outputs from the Reducing Reoffending Third Sector Advisory Group (RR3).
· Lead the design, delivery, and publication of Clinks’ annual State of the Sector research.
2. Policy Development and Influence
· Draft clear, evidence-based policy materials for engagement with political stakeholders, including Ministers and officials.
· Develop mechanisms and opportunities for voluntary sector organisations to engage in policy development with statutory agencies.
· Provide policy support and analysis for Clinks’ Chief Executive and Director of National Influencing & Networks in high-level meetings.
3. Internal Collaboration and Support
· Work closely with Clinks' Area Engagement & Partnerships team to ensure member experiences and regional insights inform national policy work.
· Support colleagues across Clinks to understand policy contexts and improve their influencing work—including restricted specialist projects.
· Share policy updates and emerging trends during internal staff meetings.
4. External Representation and Stakeholder Engagement
· Represent Clinks at external meetings and events, including with senior political stakeholders and at Clinks-facilitated regional forums.
· Contribute to the development and operation of policy-focused groups, networks, and advisory structures.
· Work with the communications and admin team to maintain Clinks’ stakeholder database and ensure the distribution of policy content.
5. Content and Communications
· Collaborate with the Specialist Communications Officer to produce accessible and engaging social media and website content related to policy.
· Contribute written materials that engage audiences, influence decision-makers, and promote understanding of key issues.

What will I be doing?
Building data workflows within Adobe Campaign through the creation of segments that meet the audience objectives of the campaign brief, maximising the value of our contactable base
Ensuring the accuracy of the data extracted to prevent any negative supporter experiences
Building database queries to provide data counts and analysis to teams across MFE
Providing data extracts to support business processes and campaign selection requirements
Ensuring that all selections and administrative tasks are scheduled in line with the campaign planning schematic
Maintaining all data selections documentation and working processes
Maintaining the campaign stem code database, ensuring it is kept up to date and can deliver future insight needs.

About the role
The PA team to SLT play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of SafeLives mission by supporting SLT to navigate a complex landscape of responsibilities and initiatives. They represent the charity with many of our senior stakeholders, manage a busy Senior Leadership office and deal with senior executives across the charity sector, government, business and philanthropy.
