The IT Project Manager will be key figure for the successful delivery of our transformation plans and it present a fantastic opportunity to deliver projects that will directly have a positive benefit for young people and those who support them.The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading on the project management of individual projects and all IT related projects. This will involve managing Salesforce development projects but will include other IT related projects.
The post-holder will be part of the IT department within Central Support Team, but they will also be working on strategic digital implementation projects across the organization. They will be joining a fast paced and busy environment, with plenty of autonomy in managing their own responsibilities but they will also work closely with others to deliver the project therefore a collaborative approach and clear communication skills will be needed to be successful.

About the Role
As Marketing Manager (Digital Acquisition), you will plan and deliver digital campaigns across paid channels to build consideration, prompt action, and drive income through acquiring new donors.
You will manage end-to-end paid social campaigns in-house and partner with our media agency on other paid digital channels such as PPC and Performance Max. By identifying key audiences and inspiring action, you will play a crucial role in growing our supporter base.
In this role, you will:
- Plan and execute digital acquisition programmes to achieve ambitious donor acquisition and income targets

Job summary
The Office Administrator plays an important role in PSTT’s central administration, operations and office functions. They are the public first point of contact for general enquiries. They are responsible for various areas of administration involving our staff, Fellows, trustees and external organisations. They play a logistical role in several important areas of PSTT activity: supporting planning, logistics and key processes for our College Conference, awards, College Bulletin and other events and activities. The role also involves the collection, collation and maintenance of essential PSTT data sources.
This would be a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills and/or for someone seeking their first post in the charity sector.

KCLSU is looking for a Student Voice Coordinator work within the Student Voice team to coordinate the development and delivery of representation practices, and embed these processes across KCLSU’s Community Engagement Department and our student voice partnership work with King’s College London. This will be focused on Student Futures, a large-scale transformation portfolio King’s College London is undertaking.
Student Futures aims to improve student experiences in key areas across the next three years. These areas include improving core processes and systems for education delivery; ensuring the university is able to provide proactive and personalised support for student wellbeing; and delivering a distinct, valuable extra and co-curricular student experience.
At times, the post-holder will also be required to support other King’s Transformation Office programmes, such as Campus Futures, which is overseeing the development of King’s campus spaces and facilities in the next few years.

Job Specification
ENHANCING REPRESENTATIVE PROCESSES
• Act as central point of contact for colleagues across King’s and KCLSU for centralising and sharing information about student voice and representation structures related to Transformation Office projects;
• Set up and oversee systems for the management of student representative data between KCLSU and various King’s project teams;
• Ensure that all areas of student representative recruitment, induction, and support are conducted smoothly;
• Record student attendance and other participation data to support evaluation processes and ensure appropriate remuneration;
• Support the payment of remuneration and/or incentives to student participants where required, working with the KCLSU Finance and relevant King’s teams to ensure this is appropriately administered and recorded.

BACKGROUND
The External Communications Officer forms part of the Communications and Engagement Directorate, reporting into the Senior External Communications Manager. As Research Assistant for the Children and Young People’s Engagement Team, you will be responsible for providing vital support to a dynamic team working with children, young people and parents all over the UK.
The Research Assistant will be responsible for providing qualitative and quantitative analysis of views, voices and experiences of children, young people and their families in relation to child health topics. Reviewing engagement raw data, you will analyse, code and theme, using thematic analysis, grounded theory or other relevant approaches. You will also ensure all engagement data collection activity by the team are appropriately rigorous, ethical and of value.
Taking responsibility for performing literature searches and the production of reviews of the literature to support the delivery of engagement projects, you will critically review reports produced by peers, academics and other agencies to triangulate children and young people engagement data.
Reporting to the Head of Children, Young People & Engagement, this is a varied role in which you will support the wider engagement team in how to collect and collate data for review as well as developing a system for managing out voice data.
Degree qualified or with relevant equivalent experience in a social or medical science, statistics, or other research discipline, you should have experience of producing and presenting high quality written reports, documentation and promotional information suitable for a range of audiences.
With a background of working with Nvivo and Microsoft Excel for cleaning, aggregating, coding and merging data, as well as producing thematic and trend analysis, you should have experience of analysing mixed datasets including carrying out literature reviews, and applying appropriate advanced methodologies that are ethical, robust and validated.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with a demonstrable ability to understand and discuss complex issues around child health and health related statistics are essential.
An understanding of governance systems and document control along with a background of working in direct delivery teams, supporting those who work with children and young people, would be desirable.
The Research Assistant role offers the opportunity to work closely with those in the field of child and youth engagement, youth volunteering and children’s rights. You will be a professional advisor and counsel to senior leadership and operational staff, especially the Head and senior members of the Partnerships Team (including BD Project Leads) and the TC Leaders, and will work in cross-functional teams to find solutions for delivering strategic projects.
You will work closely with the contract managers in the Legal team to coordinate and manage the contractual needs of the organisation, including delegation and supervision and generally being a collegiate member of the Legal team providing advice, training and supervision to both colleagues in the team and across the organisation.
About you:
You will be responsible for the following:
- Being a strategic legal business partner to the Motor Neuron Diseases (“MND”) and Global Health (“GH”) Translational Challenges, proactively seeking out information to anticipate and deliver all relevant legal support.
- Developing strategies for delivering that support, including triage and delegation within the Legal team.
- Setting up new collaborations, grant funding initiatives, licences and other contractual arrangements by advising on the structure of these projects and by drafting and negotiating agreements.
