Accountabilities
There are three main activities within the France team:

The Programme Coordinator will serve as the administrative officer for the team. You will support the France team as needed and have specific responsibilities for identifying and onboarding students at business schools, engineering schools and universities across France, both online (social media, email marketing, webinars) and offline (in-person campus events and sponsored events). We are excited to be recruiting a Philanthropy Manager to join our Fundraising Team. This is a new role which will be instrumental in setting us up well to grow income from major donors over the coming years. Overall purpose
The Senior Communications Manager is responsible for developing, leading and implementing key aspects of our communications and engagement strategy. Your focus will be to maintain our high reputation and build engagement with key audiences – principally target public audiences, corporate partners, funders and supporters, volunteers, clients, and staff.
Bridging the gap between senior leadership and delivery, you will be a confident and strategic thinker, but remain excited by the challenge of getting stuck in. About the Role: Principal Consultant
Join our dynamic Board and Leadership Practice as a Principal Consultant. You'll play a key role in growing our executive search function and contributing to our primary focus-delivering exceptional Executive Search services for Chief Executives and Trustees/Non-Executive Board appointments within the Charity sector.

Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for CEO and Board recruitment
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs and lead on pitches
- Maintain a network of high-calibre contacts to raise the profile and reputation of the Board and Leadership Practice and Charity People
Project Delivery
- Advising clients and potential clients on current sector trends and on running open and inclusive recruitment campaigns
- Challenging and developing the role brief
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies and brief our in-house researcher and delivery consultant accordingly
- Assessing candidates comprehensively and rigorously.
- Playing the lead role in longlisting/shortlisting meetings
- Advising and managing salary negotiations, packages, start dates, etc
- Collate market-related data such as salary surveys, industry trends, etc.
About You:

Essential criteria include:
- Prior experience in an exec search or recruitment firm, ideally in the Not for Profit/ Third Sector

- Managing multiple assignments at a time and delivering to tight deadlines whilst still upholding the highest quality standards

In this varied role the Examiner and Committee Administrator will be high functioning and able to multitask to support and service the RCR’s exam committee meetings. About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development and delivery of a 3-year train the trainer pilot programme in the chosen pilot locations in England or Scotland.
The pilot will train and equip local health care professionals, health promotion workers and local community workers with the knowledge and resources to promote breast awareness, breast screening and risk reduction messages in their own communities.
Supported by a public health development officer, train the trainer (1 based in England and 1 based in Scotland), who you’ll also line manage, you’ll lead on the development and delivery of the in-person programme, including marketing materials, resource packs and ongoing support for trainees. You’ll also identify opportunities, agree timescales and associated logistics for training delivery within the pilot areas.

We are looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to support the Head of Membership Engagement in the overall development and delivery of commercial revenue streams at the Chartered Institute of Fundraising. This will include all current sponsorship for conferences, including our flagship Fundraising Convention, corporate membership, and strategic partnerships.
Job purpose:
- Recruiting, retaining, and developing corporate members.
- Identifying and securing new sponsors and exhibitors for the Chartered Institute’s event business, including one-day conferences, webinars, and Fundraising Convention.
- To identify, secure, and nurture long-term strategic partnerships.
Key Accountabilities
- Work and support the Head of Membership Engagement across the following income streams:
- Fundraising Convention: Responsible for the overall management of expo – planning, sales and invoicing;
- Fundraising Convention sponsorship: lead on this and assist the Executive Director when required;
- One-day conference sponsorship and expo: to be partnership lead on day-to-day conference sponsorship sales including print advertising;
- Develop partnership support for the strategic objectives of the Chartered Institute;
