Main Responsibilities (for details check the job description and person specification):
• Manage Relate’s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and the planning, creation and scheduling of organic content
• Work with the Social Media Manager and Head of Digital Marketing to develop a paid social media strategy and sales funnel to support B2C opportunities and the purchase of Relate’s services and toolkits by individuals and organisations.
• Create and manage paid social ad campaigns at each stage of the purchase funnel ie. awareness, interest, conversion.
• Support other social media channels linked to Relate at Family Action, such as those managed by our charity shop retail teams.

About Us:
ARB is an independent professional regulator, established by Parliament as a statutory body, through the Architects Act, in 1997. We are accountable to government.
The law gives us a number of core functions:
- To ensure only those who are suitably competent are allowed to practise as architects. We do this by approving the architecture qualifications required to join the Register of architects.

The Investigation Panel (IP)
The Architects Registration Board (ARB) is the is the statutory regulator of architects in the UK, under the terms of the Architects Act 1997. The role of the Investigations Panel (IP) is to investigate allegations of unacceptable professional conduct or serious professional incompetence against architects and decide whether there is a case to answer at the Professional Conduct Committee. Each IP has three members, one architect and two lay. The Investigation Panels make decisions at the conclusion of the investigation.
We are looking for candidates that have an interest in professional regulation, have worked in committee settings or working groups are able to work through complex and voluminous information and work as a team to reach outcomes. Architects must be registered with ARB.

The Regular Giving Campaigns Manager will play a key role in growing donations to the College’s Annual Fund by leading on the strategy, execution, and analysis of fundraising campaigns to drive funding for student support. This includes managing telethon campaigns, digital and print appeals, and ensuring smooth delivery with internal and external partners.
The role also includes stewardship and retention activities, such as publicizing the impact of regular giving and managing the 1509 Society donor circle. The manager will support major donor identification and growth, oversee the regular giving budget, and stay updated on fundraising trends and best practices. There is some CRM and data management, focusing on donor segmentation, analysis, and improving data quality.
This role is critical to increasing participation among alumni, ensuring sustainable funding for student support and College priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning, Execution & Analysis
- Lead all Annual Fund campaigns, including telethon, giving day, digital and print appeals, which seek to generate funding towards student support, increasing participation among alumni and community base year-on-year. Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Plan, lead and execute all telethon campaigns including caller recruitment; training and supervision of callers; production and distribution of pre-call and post-call materials; data segmentation, handling, and analysis to ensure smooth-running of campaigns.
- Prepare Annual Fund communications such as leaflets, letters, and other materials from idea through to drafting, design, printing, and mailing.
- Analyse the efficacy of past appeals to improve performance and lead on identifying trends and donor interests to significantly improve the targeting of appeals.
- Produce reports on progress of Annual Fund activities with relevant metrics and propose appropriate responses to these results.
- Establish and maintain an understanding of the College’s academic objectives and their relationship to the Development Team priorities.
- Understand the financial position of the College and be confident in articulating how Development activity impacts upon the work of the College, both now and into the future.
- To be responsible for the regular giving budget and resources.
Stewardship, Engagement & Retention
- Help publicise the impact of regular giving to alumni and friends of the College, including writing for newsletters, the website, and social media.
- Develop and deliver stewardship activities for regular donors.
- With colleagues, ensure timely follow-up on pledge renewals and recurring gifts to improve donor retention and engagement.
- Manage and grow the 1509 Society donor circle, and work with the Development Director and Senior Development Executive to identify regular donors to move into the pool of potential major donors.
- Attend relevant College, donor and alumni events throughout the year as required.
CRM & Data Management
- Manage and update donor data in the CRM to ensure accurate and secure record-keeping.
- Analyse fundraising data to track performance and refine strategies.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and proper stewardship of donor information.
Training
- Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and development and participate in training relevant to the role.
- Keep up to date with regular giving trends, benchmarking, best practice, professional standards, regulations, and new approaches.
General Duties
The post holder will be required to:
- Be familiar with, and work in accordance with, all College’s policies and procedures.
- To participate in training and development required by the College.
- To be willing and prepared to undertake any other duties as directed by the Development Director. The job description may be subject to review in consultation with the postholder.

Person Specification
Essential skills
- Experience in regular giving, fundraising or marketing within a nonprofit, higher education, or similar environment.
- Strong communication and writing skills with the ability to craft compelling donor appeals and stewardship content.
- Ability to plan, manage and execute multiple fundraising campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, particularly around donor data management and gift tracking.
- High degree of professionalism, tact and diplomacy, and commitment to donor confidentiality and data protection.

Desirable skills
- Educated to degree level or equivalent

Terms and Conditions of Employment
Appointment
This appointment is offered as a full time, permanent contract. There is an initial probationary period of six months. The appointment will be conditional on verification of the successful candidate’s ‘Right to Work’ checks and subject to the receipt of satisfactory references and medical clearance through the University’s Occupational Health Services.
Salary
To be paid on the College Grade 6 scale depending on experience. Advancement up the scale is on merit.
Hours of work
Full time 35 hours each week. Standard hours are from 9am until 5pm, with an unpaid hour taken for lunch, Monday to Friday.
Certain events in Development will require attendance outside of these core hours, notably the annual Telethon which is run over 2-weeks, and will likely amount to two weekends, plus 2 extra hours per day for 1-week.
The postholder will be required to work the hours necessary to fulfil the job requirements and subject to operational needs. A willingness and ability to adopt a flexible approach to working hours and duties is essential according to the requirements of the College.

- Pension - Eligibility to the Oxford Staff Pension Scheme (OSPS). The successful candidate will be entered into this scheme automatically on joining, but on-going membership of the scheme is optional.
- Salary Exchange Scheme - If you join the Oxford University Staff Pension Scheme you will also be enrolled into the Salary Exchange Pension Contributions Scheme on or around three months after joining Brasenose staff. This scheme is financially advantageous both to the employee and the College as the employer.
- Annual leave - The holiday year begins on 1 January and ends 31 December. The paid holiday entitlement for a full-time contract is six working weeks (30 days) annual leave (5 days to be taken over Christmas break) plus statutory Bank Holidays. The remainder to be taken at such times and shall be mutually convenient, and agreed in advance. Bank Holidays which fall within the full terms of the University of Oxford are normally worked, for which compensatory time off in lieu will be given. The holiday year runs from 1 January to 31 December.

How Will you Make a Difference?
The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative support to Amna’s CEO, Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Board of Trustees. This includes administrative help such as managing calendars, drafting communications and briefings, planning, and organising meetings, inbox support, travel, office administration and personal assistance. It also includes working on and managing special projects including research, data analysis, preparation for public speaking, writing and research.
This dynamic and creative position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills including strong written and verbal skills, the ability to work with little supervision, and manage simultaneous priorities within the leadership team.

About the role
The Policy and Public Affairs team is responsible for Carers UK’s policy, media, campaigns, research, public affairs and media functions, working with our colleagues in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We are a small team carrying out the full range of public affairs activity, from raising awareness of caring through public campaigns and in the media, to influencing Parliament, Government and wider stakeholders through new research, policy expertise and our campaigning work.
This role plays a vital part in delivering the charity’s core aims to make life better for carers by:
- Contributing to Carers UK's policy and campaigns function in the development and dissemination of policy and supporting key projects to maintain and improve the reputation of the organisation.

Job title: Philanthropy Manager
We are seeking our first Philanthropy Manager to cultivate, solicit and steward a portfolio of donors and prospective donors (including alumni and other individuals, companies and charities) to generate major gifts £10,000 - £1 million+ for the Trust.
The successful candidate will join a small Executive Team of two (Director and Stewardship Officer) and work closely with our newly appointed Chair (from 6 July 2025), the Board of Trustees, and members of its sub-committee for Alumni Relations, Fundraising and Communications.
The first Kennedy Scholars departed for Harvard and MIT in 1966. In 2026 we will celebrate the 60th anniversary of this significant milestone in our history. The impact of this life-changing opportunity over the past 60 years will feature strongly in our new fundraising campaign.
Reporting to: Director of the Kennedy Memorial Trust (KMT)
Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week. We understand that full-time hours may not suit all candidates, so there is some flexibility in the hours and work schedule.

Compensation: Salary £45,000 FTE, 30 days holiday plus bank hols (FTE) and 8% employer pension contribution after 3 months’ service
Location: Home-based but within easy access to London. The post holder can work on a hybrid basis, combining predominately home-working with regular in-person meetings in London. Travel from home to London for work and meetings will be paid in accordance with any expenses policies in force at the time.
The role involves some travel, in addition to the London working requirement, for meetings/events with donors, scholars, trustees and other stakeholders – ie monthly within the UK and twice a year to the US. There will also be occasional evening and weekend commitments.

About the Kennedy Memorial Trust
The Kennedy Memorial Trust funds exceptional UK students to pursue graduate studies at Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Established as a ‘living memorial’ to President Kennedy following his assassination, the Trust has supported around 600 Kennedy Scholars since the first cohort in 1966. The Trust is a registered charity (number 234715) and is responsible for the Kennedy Memorial Fund. The role
1. Fundraising activity
Contribute to the development of the new fundraising strategy.
Research, identify and pursue fundraising opportunities that meet the Trust’s strategic objectives.
Lead one-on-one and small group meetings with Trustees and key supporters to identify, develop and deliver fundraising objectives.
Assist Trustees in developing and maintaining their portfolios of prospects and donors.
Write compelling fundraising proposals and applications for funding, including bespoke proposals tailored to specific individuals.

About the Investment team
The investment team is responsible for selecting portfolio partners, managing our investments in these partners and supporting them to improve and scale their impact.
The investment team also leads the Impetus Leadership Academy, a leadership development programme to support talent from ethnic minority backgrounds in the UK youth sector to progress into senior leadership roles.
The team is made up of 18 people, including former teachers, charity chief executives, charity impact leads, management consultants, social investment portfolio managers and impact consultants.
The team is led by a Portfolio Director who sits on the Senior Management Team. About the Investment Manager role
The Investment Manager (IM) works as an integral part of the Investment Team to help deliver our mission – supporting portfolio partners to deepen their impact and scale their outcomes. More practically, working closely with targeted project teams and other technical specialists, you will play a vital role in creating and implementing context-appropriate, pragmatic project MEL systems. This will include supporting project teams in the design of impact focused MEL based on the project’s Theory of Change, creation of holistic MEL framework and establishment of protocols for the collection, analysis and evaluation of data, and potentially conducting (or facilitating self-) evaluations of project data where relevant. These will all be considerate of the context of the project, ensuring that the time, skills, and funding investment needed is practical. Your skills will be grounded in practical experience of delivering conservation initiatives, and you will have direct experience of delivering MEL from design through to analysis, interpretation and management and use of gathered data.
You will also be experienced at building the capacity of others operating within varied resource constraints and contexts. This could include formal training, accompaniment and coaching. You will be able to think holistically and work collaboratively with project staff, partners, and other technical specialists from diverse disciplines to effectively embed enhanced MEL into conservation projects and to document and share learning. This will include the production of guidance materials, active participation in Communities of Practice, and facilitating peer learning and training.
This position is based in Cambridge. Some local and international travel may be required. As Individual Giving and Appeals Manager, you’ll deliver integrated fundraising campaigns across direct mail, email, and digital channels — helping us grow our individual giving base and strengthen donor loyalty.
Alongside driving individual and regular giving, you’ll help shape a new in-memory giving offer, build our legacy giving programme from the ground up, and grow our Named Funds programme.

About the Role
The Street Engagement Team is a multi-disciplinary team that provides person-led support to people experiencing street homelessness and interconnecting needs.
A day in this role is never the same – part of it will be spent on the street, offering support to people experiencing homelessness. You might be out with another member of the team, or with one of our specialist health partners like a homeless health nurse, or substance use worker. Alongside this element of the role, the rest of your day will be spent intensively supporting a small caseload of people who are isolated from services.
You will have substantial experience in delivering a person-led, psychologically, gender and culturally informed service to people who are street homeless. You will be excellent at building and strengthening trust in relationships. You will be a problem solver, with a positive attitude towards change and service development.
You will also have the personal credibility to build confidence in the wider community and across partnerships. You will be both strength-based and solution-focused, developing and enhancing the relationships with a commitment to embed coproduction into The Connections services.
